Terribly unprofessional business. Appointment time means nothing because the technicians don't show up on time. I'll never go to any ken towery location for anything again

So I dropped car off for a diagnostic. Not a repair . I was told it would be $150 plus $75 each day the car was there. I was told it be $400 (ok) Picked the the thing up. Went to pay asked for a print out was told there wasnt one and wasnt charged. Was the most stupid thing....

There were no other customers when I arrived. I had a truck tire with a small leak and it took over an hour and a half for them to patch the hole. And the tire was not rebalanced.

This was actually the best experience I have had in a long time with this location. The new manager introduced himself and I told him of past issues with this location, he listened and promised a better one. My vehicle was in an out so fast there was no need for update on vehicle status. I had said I would not return but I will give this new manager opportunity to prove himself. No complaints

This location had hit rock bottom on customer service and the place was just plain nasty inside. Heard it was under new management so I went back. Carlos is the best thing this place has ever had. Very professional and has worked hard at cleaning the place up. Got my oil changed on one of my vehicles and scheduled the others. I truly hope someone up the chain can recognize what this young man is doing for the company.

This location deserves a 10 star rating . As we all know car trouble usually occurs in a weekend. But with my luck I had it combined with a weekend and holiday .After resorting to paying some wanna be mechanic on a Sunday to fix an overheating issue I later realize the problem was not fixed. I dropped my car off late Monday evening and by noon it was fixed. Extremely polite and efficient service. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing their vehicle fixed right the first timeThank you all for your quick service

We took my daughter's car there for a tire issue and they were great. The wait was a bit long but it was a Saturday and we weren't on the schedule, but we were treated respectfully and professionally.

First time customer with a tire issue using a protection plan to pay for service... From the beginning staff was courteous, professional, and I received no grief from them having to do the extra steps required by the plan. I'm a fan of compassion and will definitely return!

Took my tire in with my 4 kids and received amazing service. Repair was fast and price was great. Frank was super helpful with pointing out a few other concerns but was in no way pushy. I could tell he just genuinely wanted me to know I had a few issues I should look into. One of the best I've been to, I'll definitely be back.

I walked in for a nail tire repair, manager was informative and helpful. The tire technician was really helpful and offered to reprogram my tire sensors; which no one has ever offered anywhere else, including Big O, where I bought my tires. Good job!

I ve never felt so hustled out of my money. First of all, they were rude jerks. I had issues with my truck that needed to be fixed before I could get a proper alignment. Instead of telling me, they charged me for an alignment anyway knowing it wouldn t help. So I came back to fix the other issues, then they tell me I ll need another alignment afterwards. Which was basically charging me for 2 alignments. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

So my 04 Expedition was transferred to this location from the Dixie location because they couldn't figure out why it was overheating. After having my thermostat and radiator flushed from the Dixie location Cane run said the lower radiator hose needed to be replaced. After this failed attempt the arrogant manager Jaime did not refund me my $200 plus dollars unless I paid $145 for labor so they could take back hose they put on there; now what sense does that make. No thank you my ride has been in their for 2 weeks between the 2 locations and I only have time and money wasted to show for it. Never again.

I was greeted at my car by a young man named Bubba. He and the other technician, Tyler, worked swiftly and expertly performed a tire rotation and oil change on my vehicle. While they were performing the work on my car, I walked into the waiting room. The coffee was fresh and hot and the manager, Joey, made sure I felt at home. His customer service was wonderful and he even recommended I come in soon to get my tires changed as they are starting to wear out. Thanks to the technicians and wonderful atmosphere there is no doubt that I will be returning here from now on.

I have had several dealings with this particular store and based on those experiences highly recommend them. I have interfaced with several employees including two managers over time (latest "Memphis" who is a really great guy) and all have been wonderful to work with. Whenever I need work on my car I just go there and recommend them to others whenever the question of auto maintenance comes up.

Ken Towerys on cane run road is the absolute BEST shop I ve been to. Joey( the manager)is so friendly and professional. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to help me out. Their mechanics are the only ones I trust with my car. They are honest and helpful. They explained anything I was confused or concerned about with detail. And trust me I had lots of questions. They really know their stuff. I m so happy I finally found a good shop to take my care too! Thanks again to everyone there!

Worst experience I've ever had at a shop. First the store manager lied straight to my face saying my tires were no longer under lifetime warranty because the tread wasn't deep enough. Which that isn't anywhere on the paperwork. So I say okay I'll pay it. And leave. I call customer service. They tell me they do not go by tread depth. But they go buy what the manufacturer rated the mileage for that tire is. Mine was rated at 60000. I have 27000 on them. Call the store back. Speak to the store manager and let him know what customer service just told me. And what they just sent me through email. He responds with Idgaf what customer service says I'm the general manager and you're not getting your car until you pay what I say you owe. Then precedes to tell me that the warranty is 4 years or 60000 miles. And he's not giving me a new tire for a tire that's older than four years old. Well my tires are 2 years and 8 months old. I have the receipt from where I bought them. We proceed to get into a yelling match in which I hung up. I go and pick up my car after closing and come to find out that almost all the air had been let out of my spare. This place is trash. I will never go back. And I warn everyone else to not go either. They will try and cheat you.

Do not go here! We called on Saturday for new tires and were told that they had them in stock and they charged us to hold the tires for us. We were also told to show up anytime on Monday and it would be done in an hour. Since my husband works a full time job, I had no choice but to bring my 14mo with me, which I was already hesitant about because of COVID-19. It wasn t until after 3 hours of sitting there With a restless, tired, and hungry toddler, that anyone came and told me that there was a mess up and the order was put in wrong. Turns out they didn t have the tires so they sent an employee to pick them up and he only picked up 2 of the 4 so he had to go back and get the other two. I was there for nearly 4 hours when we were told it would take less than an hour. Another customer came in upset because she had dropped her car off for new tires at 10am and was told they would be done at 1:30. She came in at 3 and they still weren t done. She was rightfully upset and walked outside to wait. When she walked out, the manager called her a fu$&@!? Bi@&$ . There was also an elderly lady who had already had a rough morning with her car breaking down and having to get it towed. It wasn t until 3 hours of waiting that the manager gave her any update and they hadn t even looked at it yet because they needed a special mechanic on it. The poor lady sat there all day long.I was offered a free oil change that was never mentioned again when I left. But honestly, I d rather spend money and take my business else where. It s not even worth a free oil change or alignment.

Great experience at this place. I was looking for a place close by as I was working and found my tire pressure was low. Had a nail in my tire that needed to be plugged. Memphis was working the counter and they got me right in and took care of it quickly and even checked all my other tires including making sure my air pressures were good. They definitely get two thumbs up on customer service.

Best place I ve ever been. Went in for an oil change and they did that plus more! Steve Lewis fixed my windows, he s an awesome guy! Memphis was amazing also, right there with us the whole time. You don t see that anywhere else. I just can t say how thankful I am for these guys

On top of the rude man at the counter (not all of them, but one dude is specifically crabby) and the fact that they charge you for procedures without your consent, I am now dealing with a broken brake caliper and a broken lug bolt, because of KT's. Let me explain. Last year I had KT's replace my brake pads. After that, there was a weird groaning sound when I pressed the brake pedal deeply. I brought it to their attention and they blew me off, saying that metallic brake pads are just noisy. Still didn't feel right about it but chose to trust them because they hadn't done me wrong before, my brakes were still stopping well, and my mental illness makes doing new things very difficult so I did not seek out another mechanic. Here we are a bit down the figurative road, and my brakes have gone from groaning to smoking! The caliper went bad on my first day at my new delivery job and now I am off work replacing it. I have had several oil changes and alignments and tire services done, and unfortunately it seems they over-torqued the lugbolts (or crossthreaded them). When removing the wheels to work on the brake caliper myself, a bolt snapped. So now I have to fix that as well. On the topic of them charging for extra services, they charged me $100+ to put dye in my a/c system when I asked them to take a look at it. Never followed up with it. Brought the car back and they just shrugged and said it was fine. Waste of $. Not all my experiences with KT's were bad ones, and I'm not trying to slander them. But they really set me up for failure here. Do it yourself, you'll save a ton of money, know the job gets done right, learn something, and maybe even have fun with it! For all the headache that is not having a car while I borrow tools, research, run back and forth to AutoZone, and discover new setbacks, I'm having a good time with it.

This place is AWESOME!! I went up there today at the last minute and they were swamped. I needed a flat tire repair due to a nail. I thought I would be up there for a while because they were so busy. I didn't mind if I had to wait but that wasn't the case. Got me in and out with no problems! Thank you Damion and team!!! You guys saved the day!

Customer Service that I received was AWESOME! From the time I called to schedule the oil change and tire rotation until I picked up my truck- customer service was excellent. I will continue doing business with this location. Thank you for taking care of your customers.

This place sucks! I scheduled a service for the tires I bought last weekend and after waiting all day they never even looked at my car and took other vehicles in front of me. They said they were too busy to help me. I tried to give just one star but it wouldn t let me post!

OMG Damon Harper is a HEAVEN SENT to this shop!!! I had such an amazing experience today, the staff were understaffed but yet they worked diligently to get my car finished in a timely manner. Damon was at the front and had to deal with the blunt of people's complaints about the lack of staff due to COVID but Damon handle each situation with honor and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicles issues and eased my mind on the work that was being performed. When you have people in the company like him you take pride in doing business there! I will definitely return for my future services after what I've experienced today!

Very friendly and helpful employees. I will be returning for the other services they recommend. *** EDIT *** I have returned for recommended service. Once again everyone was professional and friendly. Work was completed when they said it would be. They called me when then found additional problems and offered me options.
