This location is not safe to leave your vehicle at.I dropped my SUV off for an alignment at this location. Unlike every other shop in the area that would use good judgement and common sense, this particular location parked a high profile vehicle with known valued cats right next to a main road overnight.Following up on my own police report, this location has had 8 police reports filed for theft from vehicle since 2020. You'd think this establishment would have cameras, more so with the aforementioned information in mind.I gave them a chance to make it right, I called and filed a claim with their corporate department. By this review I'm sure you can imagine how that went.So now I'm out the time and labor to resolve an issue that could have easily been prevented but instead, negligence by the management of this establishment is going to cost me hundreds of dollars.If you do decide to have your vehicle serviced here, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE UNATTENDED. This location is clearly not safe to do so and you are better served to go elsewhere.

They won't even let me in the door. I set up an appointment a month ago and I even called a few days before to make sure I'd be able to drop it off so they could perform the services. They called the day of to cancel --when my car was already there for the entire day and they'd already agreed to do it. Then they kept putting it off because they're "slammed". Clearly, they don't need my business. All I wanted was basic maintenance done, but every person I talked with told me to come back the following week (Saturday at 10 am) when their "master tech" would be there, then had the audacity to tell me that I "didn't have an appointment scheduled" once I arrived. Week after week. Pretty sure they don't even have a master tech, at this point. Full disclosure, no idea what their end result is like because we never got that far. I guess it's good if they're that busy. They're friendly, but the customer service experience is terrible. So I'll take my business to someone who actually wants it.

The office ordered the wrong tires and left my husband without his work truck for 4 days rather than 1 day.That is 4 days he was unable to do multiple parts of his job. The office did not offer him any discount or promotion for them making a mistake.Click

Between my last oil change at this location and my most recent one, my oil plug somehow managed to become stripped out and couldn't be removed.It was chalked up to "normal wear & tear on the plug" on my 60k mile car. I refused the "deal" on a $800 replacement oil pan suggested and left.I shopped around and was consistently told Ken Towery "owed me an oil pan".Next morning, come to find out I've lost half of my oil.Back to Ken Towery I go...after explaining the situation to someone new. I got another, larger, discount on a new pan . With oil rapidly leaking from my car and more reasonably priced shops booked out, I relented and had the work done at Towery that day.Were the employees at Towery polite? Yes.Did they manage to get the work done in a timely manner? Yes.Do I blame them for destroying my oil plug and then making a buck off of the fix? YesIn my hunt for a more cost-effective solution I found a couple local shops that really impressed me with their pricing and customer service.I will not be going back to Ken Towery.

Used to be good, but I'm not sure I want to return anymore. Latest visits have not been great - they often forget the work they've done on my vehicle, they say they can't hear the cabin noises that are so obvious to me and my occasional passengers making me feel uneasy about driving. Insanely, long wait times despite having an appointment (they will sweet talk you into leaving it so they can put it in the back of the queue).

Single lady s do not I repeat do not take your car to this location!!!! They think we are all dumb was about to charge me triple the price on just changing a tail light 65$ called another location to get a price check and they told me it would only be $20 to change a tail light I came in for an oil change around 11. It s 3 o clock now start reading the reviews got so terrified. I called them and told them I refuse for them to work on my car, so they told me they were pulling my car back out of the port as we speak I mean just Ridiculous!

I needed a tire rotation and oil change. I also asked Greg the Manager at my local Ken Towery Auto care location to check my brakes since it has been a good while since I had them serviced. It turned out that I needed a full brake job. They got the job done in the time promised. Flushed my old brake fluid, replaced with new. The tire rotation was free with the oil change. I am very happy with the Ken Towery experience.

TERRIBLE OLACE DONT RECOMMEND, I WOULDNT TRUST THESE GUYS TO FIX MY LAWN MOWER. If you re gunna read any reviews , please read this one and find ANYWHERE else to take your car , I will be reporting this shop to the better business bureau. I honestly don t know why they are even still in business .

Steve has a very indifferent personality and very very mean. Very bad service, after fixing my AC. Still, it continues with the same problem. I don't recommend this place.

I was there on Sat Dec. 30th for an 11:00 appt. to get my car checked out for gas fumes inside and out, the 1st gentleman was very nice and attentive to me (didn't get his name). So as I waited knowing that they were backed up for almost 3hrs, I sat in the lobby patiently waiting. The 2nd man who was wearing a pinkish shirt and wore glasses however was not so nice when he called me up to talk to me about my car. First of all he asked me"Where I got my car from, was it up north somewhere" I said No from Craig and Landreth in 2009. So basically he told me they were unable to fix my car and that I should think about getting a new one (IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS).... Needless to say, I felt very embarrassed and belittled after being loud talked by this man. As a female customer, that day...I felt disrespected (IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS) as I just turned and walked out. I was not very happy about how I was spoken to by that... (GENTLEMAN)!!!!!!

Long time customer. Purchased multiple sets of tires less than a year. Had issue with a tire that led to replacing 2 other tires due to original alignment from Ken Towery. Cost was going to be an additional $1k for new alignment Ken T could not do. Attempted to talk to corporate over 3 x s was told Districr Manager would be calling. Never called and 2 weeks later customer service person nothing else would be done. Did not like my frustration with how things were handled and when I explained how customer service as a whole was handled in the situation told me Thanks for telling her how to do her job. As a result will never set foot in a Ken Tower or Monro affiliated site ever again. Lost a very loyal customer that often told others how good I was treated in the past. Never again.

Dennis and his staff went over and above to take care of me and my car. They were extremely knowledgeable about my car issues and worked to get it right. In addition, they were fair and honest on the price. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Rejected my request for alignment service even I made appointment online few days ago. Worker had ugly attitude and said they can t do it. Because I am deaf and asked him to write down, He wrote you made appointment line. We can t do it. Not enough help .

I have used this Ken Towery as my go-to auto shop. They have taken care of pretty much everything maintenance-wise for my car and have always done a great job. I have found that the prices are competitive as well. Their staff is always very proactive and helpful as well. Would recommend to anyone.

In the past I have gotten my oil change from another place, similar to Ken Towery, and the customer service has not been to my standards. The guys that greet you act as if they are annoyed that you are there. I met Greg at the Hurstbourne PKWY location and I was greeted with a smile and I did not feel as if I was a burden to the staff. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and there was great service.

Honestly the absolute best service I have ever received! Never expected to be able to get my car fixed and looked at in the same day! I came in thinking it may be the end of my car but the team here was amazing at getting everything that will get my car safe and back on the road with my limited amount of cash. Absolutely top notch experience! Thank you so much to the team here!

My wife had gotten a flat tire on our 2019 Civic on a Sunday, so there were very few options available. After calling 3 places that WERE open, this location told us to bring it right in and they would help us out. Once we got the car there, we were told by the manager that he didn't have our size tire in and that the car would probably be done the next day. We dropped the car and went home only to get a call about an hour and ten minutes later saying the car was done. Very grateful for fast friendly service especially since they had to get the tire from another location in order to get us out the door same day. Thanks a lot guys!

After calling another location closer to my home and not being able to get an appointment for a relatively urgent problem, I was pleasantly surprised to talk to Carl at this location. He took my problem seriously and told me I could come in at my earliest convenience. He warned me they were busy, but that did not stop the crew from providing me with excellent, prompt service. They took good care of my car and were very friendly to us. I highly recommend this location to make a stressful situation less stressful!

Normally this place is great. I'm not really sure what happened this time. The best I can figure out is they were too busy to mess with it. I was in for an oil leak. Before bringing it in I spent the time finding the leak to see if I could do it myself. I could not so I took it to Ken Towery I always take my car too. I told them at drop off where I found the leak. The service writer simply wrote check for oil leak. The next day I called for an update and they said they couldn't find it and they needed $80 to clean the engine bay. I again told him where I found it and he said ok, but I need $80 to find it. I said ok I just need it fixed.for work, so do what you need to. The next day I called and they still couldn't find it, I again told them where it was and they ignored me. Finally on day 3 the tech called and he said he found it. Oddly it was right where I said it was the whole time. He said there was a new all metal part that replaced the rubber one that went bad. This is an update by Toyota. The next day they call and say my car is fixed. I go and pay what they said it would cost, no problem there. However when I get it home I check the part and they ended just replacing the rubber part with another rubber part. The price certainly didn't get any cheaper. Clearly I was quoted for one repair and got another. I feel ripped off.

I ve been using Kentowery for years. Their customer service is excellent! Very reliable staff that does quality work for a fair price. You may not get as fast an oil change as valvoline, but the price is so much more reasonable, staff doesn t try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge, and no unnecessary upsell-pitches.

Gave me honest advice about my tires. I wanted to remount and balance them which would have made them $130, but the guys told me it wouldn t fix my problem. They recommended against it.Great service. Friendly and helpful people. Fast. This is an excellent business! I would highly recommend you come here for auto a tire services. I ll be back soon when I need a new set of tires.

I always have a good experience at this Ken Towery location. The visit before this I had to replace a tire in which they did not have in stock but they called the closest location and they had the tire in stock and managed to get me in immediately. They are always very helpful and get you in and out as quickly as possible.

Ryan and the mechanic were great. I stopped on my way back to Wisconsin to have my tires balanced. The price was great and my ride home was smooth!

Had a flat and was in a crunch for time.The friendly staff worked us in..took care of business.This was a 5 Star at one time.All the work at this location has been perfect.Recently brought my car in on Saturday, October 15th, 2022. Had new tires installed from tire rack.Everything went smooth except the tech who installed my tires, chipped the inside of my rim, where he pulled the factory installed balance weights off. Also left the sticky substance/silicone from the old weights on my rims.
