Somehow I got a screw in my front driver tire and decided to replace all four tires instead of patching the one. Cooper tires were suggested so i went with the suggestion. Turned out to be a good choice as they feel pretty good on the car. I decided to have an oil change done while I was there. I'd have to say I am very pleased with the products and the service I received. I'll be coming back in the future for any of my needs.

Great customer service. Slight wait but they will have you vehicle riding smooth. They sale wiper blades and batteries. Also while you wait there are vending machines and free coffee.

Fantastic and quick service! I came in with a problem from another store and they were quick with the fix and apologized for the inconvenience. Also told me about getting my oil changed here and roaring my tires. A+ on everything. I bought tires here 2 years ago, and my next set will be from here too!

I drop my car off to have a tire repair and a headlight replaced. The service was great and they called to keep me updated on my car. Steve was the one that waited on me and was friendly and very helpful.

Went in for an oil change on two different make and model year vehicles. I kid you not, oil change on one was done in under 10 minutes. The techs here know what they are doing. Got a replacement tire and some other work done on another vehicle, was done within an hour. Make sure you show up to your appointments on time if not a little early here and they will get you taken care of in a nice, professional and timely manner. For sure going to keep recommending this place to people who ask.

I was in desperate need of a tire repair and oil change. With it being Sunday I had very little hope. So, I took a chance and called the only place open within a 10 minute drive. I was greeted by Carlos who told me to bring my car in and they would take care of me.So, I brought my car in and was greeted again by Carlos. He was polite and professional.I waited inside the shop while my car was being worked on. I was in and out within an hour.Super impressed by the speediness and professionalism of the techs and staff.They made me feel comfortable and taken care of.I highly recommend.

I watched 3 people stand and one work manager I guess he never said but would not answer me about anything but had no problem taking my 660 .I gave them 2 stars because of the poor mechanic. Maybe that's why parking lot was empty.mr Don was helpful and nice .he was only one to help me . Now my slippery when wet. Won't shut off.with new tires and alignment .

Donnie got the tires I needed in quickly and got them installed even quicker. Great price too!I ve just started having my car serviced there and I have no complaints. They all seem to be straight talkers and I appreciate that.As the Terminator says, I ll be back!

Awesome place, awesome people and great business! Very happy with my visit today! Had to get an alignment and replace a tire, i got a very fair price and the cashier was super cool! Great place, will definitely be coming here for all my future repairs!

Dixie highway Ken Tower 4900 Dixie highway.. Twice in the last the first time I was trying to get service for mechanical issue today to get service for a flat tire very poor customer service the guy told me he just woke up which doesn't concern me I need a new tire I need to know if you have my tires in stock not if you just woke up and if you didn't feel like dealing with me .. I ended up going to tire discounters I stay very close this is inconvenient for me

This is the second time I have had a issue with this store. On 6/19/17 @ about 5:30. My wife and my 2 children went to this store to get a slow leak fix in a tire. The same tires that we bought from them with a warranty. They told her that they could not help her because none of them had lunch yet. So my wife had to load up my to children in the car with a leaking tire to find a place to get a 5 min plug done. Thank God that it didn't go completely flat when she got home. Her father took the tire off and went to pep boys and they had it plugged in 10 min. Great warranty. Lucky I was at work 60miles away. This store is the most horrible ran shop. I had to get brake work done under warranty They could not do it because they didn't have a tech. Theirs quit 2 weeks ago. So I had to go down the street then. If you go here to get anything done good luck. My best advice is go to your local shade tree mechanic there warranty is better. When this store was Goodyear it was great that is where I had all our cars worked on. That's why I have the warranties and have deal with these clowns. Now that they changed it is nothing but a bad joke as you can see from there rattings.

Very helpful. This was my second visit and first time I was told would have to wait....it was not too bad. I went next door to Good Will and it took a call to pull me out of the store and get my car .Very professional and the prices are a $1.00 or $2.00 different from Wal-Mart. This particular store is a life saver. Next time I need my vehicle serviced I'm mot wasting my time driving to Wal-Mart (it's either I'm late or the department is short on staff, or things can't be done the way I would hope for).I hope everyone experiences a similar pleasant experience at Ken Towery's.

I came in due to my tire leaking air. Cody and his team took care of me with fast friendly service and had me in and out in no time! I will certainly be bringing my car back to this location when I need repairs.

This was my first visit. I had my tires rotated and oil changed. The ironic thing is I tried to call Byerly Ford to set up an appointment. Byerly Ford service department DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I tried calling them on 3 different occasions. I WILL NOT be going back to Byerly Ford again, unless it is warranty work. Ken Towery's oil change and tire rotation is CHEAPER then Byerly Ford. I LOVE my Ford Focus, but I do not like their representatives. So long Byerly.

Horrible experience, turn around and go anywhere else! *Manager said the oil change special was "in small print" *had an appointment and still waited 44 mins *left the key to my car sitting on the counter for anyone to take *left nasty hand prints all over inside and out of my car *ink pin on the interior door and when I asked why, the 'mechanic' said he didn't do it and Now I have a massive oil leak!

I had a TPMS sensor that broke this morning and a birthday party this afternoon. Carlos was great at helping fit me in to get my problem resolved as soon as possible. They also explained that the same issue would eventually happen with the remaining tires. I appreciated the great customer service and the accuracy of the quote prior to fixing the issue.

Went here today and had great service. I went to buy a new tire, I thought I needed 1, supervisor there was extremely professional, he was honest and told me there was just a screw in the tire, so they repaired it. I will definitely go back again.

Scheduled an appointment online for 2pm just for wheel balance and I got an email confirming the appointment for 2pm. Went there the guy told me that they re unable to see me because they re booked and when I told him there were many openings available according to their website and that I have the confirmation email. He lied to my face and said that he had replied to my email about scheduling!!!

First time taking my car for repairs. Price was reasonable for all the work that was needed. Upfront with the problems and the pricing. Everyone very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and use in the future.
