If I could give more stars, I would! I ve taken multiple cars here over the past 3 years for a variety of reasons and have always been so pleased by the quality, price and speed of service. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I m always confident I m getting top-tier work for a fair price. I never feel pressured to buy unnecessary services or worried I m being taken advantage of. I d recommend this business for any tire needs!

When I called to ask about my issue, the rep was very pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable.I dropped my car off and the rep called me within 20 minutes letting me know the issue, that it had been resolved, and the cost. I was shocked (in a good way) at the speed and cost and very, very happy with the results! I will definitely bring my car back to this location for future car needs.The staff were all extremely nice, courteous, and professional.

My Honda Element was not starting - suspected the starter. Called in and they gave me an estimate of $707.27 for a new starter.Got it towed in the next day and they confirmed it was the starter - and gave me a new estimate of $1000, telling me that was a deal, too! They were "supposed to" charge $1300. They would not honor the estimate they gave me the day before for the same work.I would have called around for more estimates before getting it towed if I knew the real estimate. This bait-and-switch on the price locked me in (would have to get it towed again!) and then they jacked up the price.EDIT: I have tried to call customer service. They took my information, said the regional manager would look into it, and I never heard back.

I highly recommend this Ken Towery store. They got me in same day to look at two of my tires that went flat. The team was so nice and professional. They took care of me and I really appreciate them! 10/10! I will definitely be back!

Took my car here this morning. Even though they couldn t help me with my issue, they took the time to explain the issue in detail, and where I can take my car to get it addressed. Very pleased with the courtesy of the staff. They will be my first stop for any future vehicle maintenance.

I bought a new set of tires from here a few years ago and have always received great customer service. Due to nails and stuff getting in my tires they've patched my tires for me no charge. I never have to wait on hold if I call and they always get me in and out quickly. I drive out of my way to go to this location when there are other ones closer to me.

Took care of a situation with my Grandma's car, where another shop may have actually caused the problem.They were very friendly, and showed me (who was seeking to handle most of it).what could have actually caused the issue.Thank you all so much, we really appreciate the work.. God bless!

I had a slow leak in my tire for a little over a week, based on reviews I decided to stop in after work. Without delay my car was taken into a bay, small nail removed from tire, all within 15 min! And I didn't have to pay a dime!Grateful for the fast...friendly...and FREE service! Thank you!

I m from California and was making a quick stop here before I returned home and found out the last mechanic I brought it to didn t install my fan and put on the wrong hose. Which eventually leaked from the heat and cause my alternator to go out. Daniel and Kevin were great at fixing the problem they even helped me get my door lock to work on my Lexus ls 430. You guys rock thank you so much! I put in the photo on how I fixed the door lock! Thanks again guys

Got tire quotes from Costco, Tires Plus, Discount Tires and Ken Towery's was right in line so I went with them bc they're super nice and they're fast and they're open on Saturday and I've had oil changes and batteries replaced so I felt comfortable going with them (ps: they patched my flat tire for free once). Got new tires with life time balance/rotation + an alignment and break pads for my minivan AND got the ac motor, etc. replaced in my husband's 4runner ... all that for $1500 + a future free oil change. Very fair pricing I think. AND they did all that in 3 hours. Darrien and his mechanics are fair, fast, friendly, honest and skilled - can't go wrong. Also kids really enjoyed their waiting room (see photo)

Dave and his team are hands down THE BEST IN THE CITY! They have a can do attitude! I will continue to drive past other KT stores because this one gets the job done right EVERY TIME! Thanks guys. You are appreciated.

My partner called and scheduled a full service for my car. The evening after my car was serviced, I noticed the heat in my car didn't work at all - which I wasn't having an issue with earlier in the week (I get cold easily and often use my heat in the evenings even in the summer). We checked and my coolant had not been replaced and was brown. When we called back to ask about why that was not checked during the full service - the staff member said that coolant checking/replacing is included in a full service, normally. We were told that if it wasn't changed, it's because it didn't need to be changed. When my partner told them that the coolant in my car was in fact brown, the staff said that in that case it should have been changed. We were then told that the itemized receipt for my full service didn't state that we paid for checking/replacing the coolant, so we would have to come back and be charged for that service separately.We went to a different shop to have the coolant replaced today and one of the mechanics checked the passenger blend door actuator (b/c it has to do with air flow/heat etc in the car) and it was ENTIRELY missing. He said that this is what was causing the sudden heat issue, almost certainly. I am unsure why this part is missing after my service at Ken Towery, especially since my heat had been properly working prior to this appointment.I would hope that it was not removed and accidentally lost OR that it was purposefully removed to encourage my return for another check-up.Either way, not a great experience. I don't feel comfortable returning to this shop.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I am new to the area from Massachusetts and today I found a nail in my tire looked up the best place to get it removed and Ken Towery was number 1 on the list. I called them up they were super nice and professional and told me to come right down and they would fix my tire. Not only did they do a great and speedy job but they were so nice they didn t even charge me a dime. I am still sitting in their parking lot just so I can write this review. Go here please! They are great!

My husband took our car in for 4 tires. We needed pads, rotor and brakes also. We were sent a photo showing the reason why we needed the other work done. There was no pressure in having it done and no obligation. The tech and manager were completely upfront and honest, which is not always easy to find with car repair shops. The pricing was far less expensive than we anticipated. This particular car is old and high mileage so it needs work. In fact we just dropped it off this morning to have a few things done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the great work.
