I bought tires last year and only put 8k miles on them when one separated. Took it in and they refused to replace it at a pro-rated price. The tires were originally about $350.00 a piece and rated for 40k miles. I will never go back to them.

The WORST customer service. These people are disorganized and incredibly disrespectful of your time. We special ordered tires for our SUV, and were never called when the tires arrived. My husband called to inquire after a few days and BUTCH could not seem to find the details of our order, told us tires weren t in yet and that he would call us back. Well, turns out the tires were in, so we made an appointment to bring the car in. When I showed up at the appointment time, Butch acted like he had no idea what or where our tires were. He said there were no notes made about our appointment or vehicle. He called SARAH and after having a conversation with her, told me that since she did not do her job properly, the tires were not at this location. I was sent away and he promised to have the tires in the shop by the next day. He said we could bring the car in at anytime and he would squeeze us right in, due to this inconvenience. Well, I left, but when my husband called later that day, it turns out Butch was able to locate the tires in the shop. Who does that?! The tires were there all along and he was too disorganized to figure out where they were, so I was sent away. This was a terrible inconvenience for me as I had to leave work early to make the appointment. My husband returned to the shop two days later, but instead of fitting us right in , he was told it would be a 3 hour wait. So he left again. Throughout the following week, we made multiple attempts to stop in and have the tires changed in a timely fashion. They never held up to their promise to try to facilitate the process and prioritize our appointment. I have just left the shop again after waiting close to an hour, as I had another appointment to get to. I find it ridiculous that they screwed everything up in the first place and have done nothing to try to rectify the situation. This has been a huge inconvenience to us and although they are close to our house, I will never use them again. They cannot keep appointments and have the worst customer service.

We initially had a positive view of this business, especially due to its convenient location in Norton Commons. Our first visit was satisfactory, so we thought of recommending it to others. However, a recent experience changed our perspective. We entrusted them to repair a tire with a nail, paying in advance, but were let down. After a whole day, they informed us the car was ready, but we found the nail still embedded in the tire, and no actual repair work done. They hastily attempted to fix it as they were closing, resulting in a messy job. Glue was carelessly applied, covering the rim, and the wheel lock was improperly left on the rim. I will try to scrub off the glue today. This lack of attention to detail and customer service was disappointing. Despite their response to a similar complaint three days ago promising they will take that as an opportunity to improve, it seems those were mere words without action.

Made an appointment, 3 days out, to look at a noise in the steering and to fix the TPSWent in, was told a mechanic wouldn t be in until 0900. I was leaving the car for the day, so no big deal.Received a call a couple of hours later with info on the TPS. I agreed to the work and asked about the steering.They couldn t look at the steering because they didn t have a mechanic available.It was the steering that I needed looking at at, the TPS was a distant second.I can t imagine the guy at the desk really didn t know that he wouldn t have a mechanic available.Wasted my time.

My car was in for 3 weeks with very poor communication. Initially they couldn't find the parts so I made one phone call and found the parts. Then the mechanic was sick. Delay after delay. I finally just went there to check and the receptionist told me I should take my car to a dealer because they couldn't do the repairs. My car was in worse shape when I picked it up then when I left it. This was the worst experience I've ever had in getting a car repaired.

Schedule an appointment online. Showed up 30 mins before appointment. Store manager showed up 15 mins after my appointment and I was informed they couldn t do the brake work I was scheduled for.I asked why the website let me schedule brake work when they didn t have the workers for it and I was the online scheduling was just to get the customer in the door First and last time I ll be using Ken Towerys

Poor customer service from Quentin who never followed through with what he said he would do. I got a diagnostic done. Looks I needed a new blower motor. Quentin never once followed up with me, I had to make the calls, he never called in the claim, and never updated me. His communication was extremely poor. Sarah was the only employee to push this through and get my claim called in and was diligent with my case. Sarah was wonderful. Quentin has very poor customer service and communication with customers. Won't be returning to this location.

I have been to ken towery numerous times in the past in Lagrange and they are fantastic. So when my son s vehicle broke down near the ken towery on Brownsboro rd I thought we were in good hands. Nothing could have been further from the truth. First off they had the vehicle for a total of 12 days. I had to call pull teeth more to the point they never called with updates. All I got was poor service and excuses. I would give negative stars if that was an option. The company is owned by Monro Company whose motto is the following:We promise to give you our best every day - to keep you safe, give you value, and earn your trust. Our 16 brands are united as one team, and we share the same mission to bring our guests the highest quality tire and auto service in the industry.Well I sure as heck did not get any quality. Stay away from this location unless you do not need good service or your vehicle in a timely manner.

You put my lug nuts on way too tight and stripped my lugs in the process. Stuck on the side of the road jumping on my tire iron with rope tied the other sideGotta strip my bolts just to get the tire off.Did the back ones before at home with my tools and lost 2 lugs nuts in the process and bent my factory tire iron. Got it eventually after 2 hours of frustration. Get a different impact drill for crying out loud.On the side of the road now for two hours I got one bolt offNot happyHad an alignment, fair pricing kind staff

The team here was absolutely incredible & extremely kind regarding a situation where another oil change caused an issue. The team was able to diagnose the issue, help me communicate with the other store, and were extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole process. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I knew my thermostat was going bad in my SUV. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that not only was the thermostat going bad but the radiator also needed replacing. My SUV severely overheated 1 1/2 weeks ago so I called AAA and had it towed to the Brownsboro location as it is the closest to my home. Quinton called me 2 days later confirming my suspension. I needed a new hose, thermostat and radiator. I approved the repair and was quoted $1348.00. Quinton said the would get started on Monday. I called Wednesday requesting an update and was told the radiator was a special order, we were waiting for it to arrive. Friday came and I was told we were still waiting for the radiator. Saturday morning Quinton called and let me know that the radiator had arrived. A few hours later I received another call advising me that the new radiator was defective and we were now waiting for a replacement. Finally, about 5:30pm Quinton called me to let me know that the repairs were finally completed. I walked over the final price remained $1348.22. After making the payment I drove home with everything working just fine.Thank you very much.Deanna Wolford

The store bated people in for free tire rotation years ago. Of course you will feel the vibration when you brake after left the store. Came back to the store, questioned their tech, of course they didn't do anything causing the problem. Avoid this place and go find another honest business.

Would give zero stars if I could. Why call yourself an auto care center if you cannot even get a timely tire rotation done. Disgrace, keep your car away from here and these rude people.

I went to the 10006 Brownsboro Road store around 3:00 p.m. today without an appointment, after discovering a nail in one of my tires. As soon as I walked into the store I was courteously greeted by Assistant Manager, Dwight. I explained the problem and he said they could help. And help they did, Dwight was able to squeeze me into the schedule and I was out in about an hour! While I was waiting, Dwight noticed in the computer system that I hadn't been to the store in about two years. I explained that I'd had a bad experience with previous management, service and pricing. He and store manager, David, asked if I would give them a second chance, and said the service today was "on the house." I jokingly protested that I wanted to pay them for the quick and courteous service. They insisted that the only payment they desired was a second chance to earn my business. You can't get much better than that! I'll certainly give them another try and appreciated their generosity and sincere commitment. Thank you, guys!

About a month ago, I took my truck to the Ken Towery s Tire and auto #1165, 1006 Brownsboro rd, Louisville, KY 40241) for brakes repair.The job was suppose to take a few hours, so they had promised. A few hrs in I called in, but nothing, second day, third day and finally on the fourth day and went in upset demanding answers or my truck (Tundra 20012) back.They told me that they had been short staffed and that I would be able to pick it up that afternoon.I paid , got my keys and proceeded to my truck; to my dismay, my truck had been ransacked!! Anything that was on the dashboard on the floor, my riverbank transponder that was attached to the mirror had been been pulled out, my glove compartment was open and I lost my old iphone x and a hunting knife. I called the cops and made a statement. I called the cooperate reported the matter and no one ever reached backIn my humble opinion, I think the tech(s) did it and not a bulgar. Reasons? I think it was racial motivated.

I would recommend avoiding this location if you have not done your research or do not advocate for yourself well. I was met with resistance for nearly the entire experience to assure I was not taken advantage of: 1) They were going to charge me about $30 more per tire than the advertised regular price on their website because they did not happen to have that tire in stock at that time. They lowered the price to "match" their own advertised price when I mentioned I would shop around other stores. 2) They were not going to honor the road hazard protection policy I had purchased on my existing tires because their system only keeps records for 4 years. Luckily I had the original receipt so they honored it. 3) When presented with the bill, I was charged full price and I had to remind them again to account for the pro-rated discount on the damaged tire covered under the road hazard warranty. 4) I said I wanted "just regular mounting and balancing" and that I did not want to purchase road hazard protection - and they verbally confirmed I was being charged for "just regular mounting and balancing". When I got home, I noticed I was charged $30.99 per tire for the "Lifetime Installation" instead of $19.99 per tire for "Basic Installation". Overall, I had a very negative experience.

They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I woke up the morning after Christmas to discover that my rear passenger side tire was basically flat due to a slow leak. I called them in the morning on the following Monday and they were able to get me in to get my tire patched without an appointment. Very thankful and appreciative that they were so willing to work with me. Got me in and out in about an hour. Will definitely be returning for any other service needs I might have.

Customer service is really good. Needed a tire rotation and they took care of me as a walk in. Also needed to purchase new tires. Adam suggested a set for me and was very accommodating to my many questions. He was very assuring of the quality and performance also. So, I went with them. I have yet to enjoy the drive, but I m sure they will do fine! Thanks guys!

Wanted $400 dollars to do front brakes on my vehicle. Pads were only $69. The alignment price of $100 I thought was good until I was told they could only adjust the toe and not the camber. Staff was friendly. The tech was knowledgeable but pricing is way off. I would not recommend for an alignment as they cannot fully complete the task.

Dave and his team exceeded my expectations! I spoke with them about my needs, and the tires I was wanting, and within a few days had them in stock. We brought them a fresh set of powder coated wheels, and they took the time to make sure everything was done right with the mounting and such.Been using this KT on BB road for a few years, and nothing but good things to say.

This establishment has been great to me and my wife. We have brought our vehicles to them for services multiple times, but this is the first time posting. They are always honest regarding timing and what is necessary to be fixed. They have worked us in even when busy and have been gracious enough to not bill us for the time they've taken looking at our vehicle if they can't find an issue (multiple times). Would highly recommend the staff and quality of services.

Winston and the guys in the shop were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed my issues and made it a point quickly repair my problems.Most importantly - typically when you come into a tire shop you aren t in the best mood for obvious reasons. The positive and accommodating attitude by everyone here is their value proposition. I ll definitely be back.

I had a screw in my tire and they took care of me in an excellent manner. Very professional and still friendly and courteous to me. As I was getting ready to pay, they said No Charge . Music to my ears! I am a widow on a budget and rarely do I get this level of expertise, assurance and those magic words, No Charge. They have just gained a new customer! And I told my friends. . Work completed. I was told my discount but not the cost of oil change. About $30.00 more than I expected with added on costs, taxes. Supplies, disposal and oil costs up about $20.00 from last year. Inside customer space and bathroom less than acceptable. No change from last year. It is convenientfor me to go there.

Went in for oil change. Simple oil change. They left the plastic cap on my window shield and did not put the metal plate and clips together back appropriately. Now the plastic clip is missing and the metal plate is bent. Have to replace them from dealership now, costing $$$ that does not need to be spent. Unbelievable that Ken Towery can't perform simple oil change right. Huge disappointment. Will never use them again.

Great service! Took my car in with a flat a few months ago and they patched at no charge. Took it in again today and there were two nails in a different tire. Again patched at no charge. Also advised me that I don t need new tires yet (as I had recently been told by a different company that I would need them very soon). Very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend
