Amazing service! On our way to visit our son, who is in the hospital and got a flat tire. (We are an hour away from home)No one else was open. We walked in 5 mins before closing. They we very helpful and squeezed us in to mount a new tire for us! Very polite and helpful

I was having a rough day with my car, then found a nail in my tire, to top it off. I drove up and Carlos recognized my bad day and repaired my tire immediately. This is the kind of service that will make me a return customer and refer my family and friends. Great experience!

SHAAADY. This event happened about a year ago. Popped a radiator hose off in the back of the engine bay against the fire wall where I couldn't reach. Had no choice but to take it to these guys; care was overheating and it's within walking distance to my job. Knowing I was stranded, they quoted $500+ to swap it because "they had to remove the intake, distributor, basically a quarter of the engine" to get to it. My back was against the wall, so i reluctantly said yes. Car was ready in 30 minutes. Upon inspection I saw that in fact NONE of the aforementioned parts had been removed. When asked about it, they boasted about how they didn't have to remove any of that after all. When asked about the work I was charged for that was never actually done, the assistant manager said "you agreed". Some lessons in life are free. Others run about $500.

Have been taking my fleet vehicle for routine service here for many years. As I started my engine to leave today, my car did not sound right, and the check engine lights were on. I went in and told them to look at it again they had drained the transmission fluid and did not replace it! Good thing immediately realized something was wrong. How could the person who drove it off the lift to the parking spot not have noticed this? The manager tried to downplay it. If this was my personal vehicle and not a fleet car, I would be livid.I won t be back to this location.

Just got home from Westport store. Got oil change, rotate and balance and check engine diagnosis. Well, the cap to my master cylinder is missing (right there by air filter housing), and my tires clearly weren t rotated, because I scheduled this due to significantly more wear in the front tires still like that. And they charged $99 to tell me my Mass air flow sensor is bad, and offered to replace it for almost $250. That s a $60 part and 10 minutes of labor. Looks like I just paid $200 for an oil change. I used to like this store, but this was the last time.

I went there to have my car looked at for transmission issues. I dropped it off and they called me 30 minutes later saying the part I needed was under recall and nissan would be able to replace it for free. The problem is it wasn't under recall so I just payed $115 for something I already knew and told them before they looked at my car

I made a same-day appointment on friday to have 1 new tire put on my car. I arrived at my appointment time, and it took just under 3 hours for my 1 tired to be changed. After i left my tire nearly fell off driving down sleepy hollow road as the technician had not tightened the bolts on the new tire. They were so loose i was able to twist them by hand. I came back sunday morning and they corrected the wheel immediately and were very apologetic but still dissatisfied that it happened to begin with. I will give credit to the front desk and phone workers for being very polite and attentive through the appointment and ordeal.

I paid to have a tire put on a Rim and Ken Towery s Tire the technician that was placing the tire on my rim broke the sensor in my tire and they offered to pay for half of it, which is $90. Don t understand why they broke or why should I have to pay for any of it then they went to put the sensor inprogram wasn t able to program so I m around low tire signal on my car not good

Had a great experience getting tires installed on my stepdads 1981 Camaro Z/28, chatted with a couple of the technicians after they noticed my cleetus McFarland shirt. They even cleaned up the wheels and tires when they were done, plus while i was waiting they attempted to get my cheap Amazon tpms sensors to sync with my F150. All of the employees i had an interaction with were all very friendly and professional.

Haney and Dennis went over some issues with my car that will need attention in the future, but never got a copy of the courtesy inspection. I m ok with that as we discussed my cars issues at length. Both were honest with me, courteous and professional.

Called with details of what was wrong with my vehicle and even offered to provide error codes. They insisted I must still pay the $100 diagnostic fee for them to confirm those with their machine. They learning nothing beyond what I had already told them. After doing this, they suggest replacing parts I recently had replaced and then wanted to charge me $874 for a $84 part(Purge valve) that takes 10-15 minutes to replace. Also, they refused to provide an itemized list of what their repairs would be before performing service. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Absolutely love this place! Haney, Dennis, and that other guy really knows how to take care of me. Went to get my air pressure checked before a vacation and discovered I was in need of tires. They gave me great peace of mind and made me a customer for life!

Bought a new to me car last year. I work at the nearby truck plant and needed an oil change and general service check on the new vehicle.This is the only place that I have brought the vehicle since purchase for work. Had my next oil change done here and tire rotation and balance as well and they mentioned the rear brakes needed changed. I waited until my next paycheck to get those done this week. While the shop had my vehicle for the brakes I asked them to pull the codes for a check engine light that had come on.They called me to inform me that the code was for a solenoid valve, and they were able to deduce that my vehicle had no air filter in it. OK, so I had them install one. When I picked the vehicle up I noticed my color matched valve stem caps were missing. I called them and they told me to stop by in the morning.So I arrive early this morning, before my twelve hour shift, to pick them up. They told me that the technician never checked my air. I mentioned that this is the only place I've had the vehicle serviced. They said that they wouldn't do that as standard unless specifically requested.It would have been as simple as I'm sorry, I don't know what happen have some 25� valve stem caps. That was not the route they took. They argued that because there was a k&n sticker on the air box, that it couldn't be their fault. Apparently tire rotation and balance doesn't involve checking air pressure here and their supplier severely overcharges them or at least for valve stem caps.So they got me for almost $1000 of what I can only assume at this point is some of the least detailed and precise service I have ever seen brave enough to call itself professional. The location is convenient to my work, but I would rather spring for an Uber from a more reliable, honest, friendly or even professional shop.TLDR: Pay that cousin who tinkers on cars to fix your vehicle over this. He's likely to be more straightforward.

Went in on May 14th for new tires and headlights. They did have some equipment issues which caused some delays to get my car done (happens). That however is not the issue this sets this up.Right before they closed for the night, they called to say it was done. Charged me for tires and bulbs. (I should of checked the lights before I left) When I got home I saw the reflection and saw they weren't changed. Was it a mistake? You be the judge.As I returned the next day, they told me it will take about an hour to an hour and a half to do a 5 minute job. I didnt have that long to wait. As I thought about I wanted my money back for the bulbs. Here is the issue, a gentleman told me they have to order bulbs to be delivered, that's why it will take that long. Wait a minute, if they don't have them now, they didn't have them late last night. So, as I called them out on it, he told me he giving me a refund, and didn't appreciate the commentary. I told him, he is getting the commentary, because they messed up. I didn't raise my voice, nor did I swear at them. His response was, "I'm giving you a refund, and you can take your business elsewhere!" Really?What a shame, they did great work on my car in the past, but they passed it on like it was done, but it wasn't. Had they told me they were out of stock, would of been frustrating, but the honest and right answer. But they chose to charge me $60 instead. I'm still waiting on the refund.Yes, I will take my business elsewhere!

I was in trouble with a flat tire and even though their wait was long Quintin helped me change the spare. He saved me because I didn t have the compressor to air the spare! Thank you so much!!!

I had a lot of work done on my 2010 Honda. Everyone treated me like I was the most important customer there but they treated everyone there the same way. My car runs like new now. Great experience and half the price I would have paid at a dealership service.
