I stopped in to have my vehicle checked since the brakes were making a noise. Thomas waited on me immediately, took my vehicle for a ride. Told me what he thought it was & quoted me a price.I went home to double check that the front brakes had not been done when the back were done 2 yrs ago at another tire store. They weren t. I went back to see Thomas he gave me the next available appointment. Dropped the vehicle off Monday night it was done Tuesday morning. Everything works great! Very satisfied with the service & how friendly, and helpful Thomas was.

Chris and his team are fantastic to work with! I had a low brake fluid light come on. They quickly got me in and found a loose brake hose that they tightened and topped off the fluid. Super honest and reliable! Would recommend to anyone!

Don t use the online appointment system. Your tires won t be there. You ll have to come back another time after they order your tires when you show up for your appointment. And when they do put your tires on, they ll be sure to scratch,gouge, or otherwise damage your rims. But don t expect them to say anything about the damage they caused or even notice it for that matter. Nobody in my family will ever visit any Ken Towery store ever again.4 months, called the customer service number they provided. was told a bunch of nonsense of how they would look into it. Was never provided any resolution and have not been contacted since 2 weeks after this review was originally posted.

Overall bad experience. Went to get brakes checked and was told the issue would take about 3 hours, called them at the 3 hour mark and they said it would be an extra 45 minutes, so we arrived 45 minutes later and then sat for another 30 minutes. Finally we had to leave (it was 15 minutes after closing and they still weren t done). We were told the car would be ready when they opened the next morning, so we came and was told that they did not have a key to get our car and did not have a password to check us out, so we were told to come back later (again). Finally after about an hour and half they got the key and password. So total our car was in the shop for 24 hours for a 3 hour job.

I ve been to practically every auto repair shop in and around Middletown but just now had the chance to visit one. Some other Ken Towery employees at the nearby location told me that for what I was dealing with, I better go see Carlos at this location. This guy is the man! He was knowledgeable enough about my car and its computers to save me weeks of sitting on the wait list at a dealership, which everyone else was telling me was the only option. I ll definitely be coming back.

I used to go to this Ken Towery when there was a different manager. Doug was great and always got me the best discount. Also, an oil change would take less than an hour.Management changed a couple years ago, and the new guys aren't as good. The staff sold my daughter a bunch of things she didn't need, or didn't need done there, such as fancy snow moving wiper blades. Also, I was lied to about why they did a synthetic oil change on my car. They didn't ask which I wanted did the more expensive one and then claimed that the manufacturer said the car required synthetic. Lies. Also oil changes now take up to 90 minutes sometimes.

I just went to Ken Towery s and they did a great job patching up my tires and had me in and out really quick. They patched up my tires free of charge as well. I will definitely be returning!

They replaced a single tire on my car due to a road hazard They didn't even bother to make sure the tire was up to pressure. As soon as I pulled out on Shelbyville Rd my low pressure tire light came on. I pulled into Thortons and the tire was at 21lbs when it needed to be at 35lbs.When I called to let them know. They were not concerned.Check your tire pressure before you leave.

I was trying to get my car title transferred from Indiana to Kentucky and failed the inspection due to my brake lights being out. I was able to walk in to Ken Towery's, get the lights fixed on the spot, and make it back to the County Clerk's office just in time. You guys helped me in a tight spot and I really appreciated it!

Winston and Devon both stayed after close to help me get a set of 4 tires and oil change done on my truck, both were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing work on their vehicle. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I do not generally comment on business, but this Ken Towery's was exceptional. They treated me with dignity while offering superior service. The service extended was on a Saturday morning and time was not an issue for them. I cannot express the appreciation I have for this store, Please feel comfortable in using their services.

Justin took excellent care of us and helped us get back on the road in no time. We were visiting Louisville for the weekend, and he was able to fix our tire in less than an hour. We are so very grateful for him and his services. Would highly recommend!

End of July and the AC in my truck goes out. I took my truck here and after some troubleshooting, Justin said we'd need to look at replacing the condenser. He was able to get my truck in the following morning. After dropping it off first thing that morning, I get a call before lunch saying not only did he NOT have to replace the condenser, but that the port which caused the leak was able to be replaced for free. They could have easily let my truck sit until the end of the day and collected the $600 and I would have been none the wiser. Hats off to these guys! They're knowledgeable, hard working, and honest. Being new to town, it's nice to have someone I trust to work on my vehicles. I'll absolutely be back and will refer others as well.

Went there for a replacement battery. They installed it incorrectly--they didn't completely connect it, so the battery would completely drain after a few drives. I took it back and they claimed everything was fine. Exact same thing happened. I assumed it was something more serious. But then a friend looked at it and showed me how simple of a problem it was. Got a jump, and took it back a third time and TOLD THEM IT WASN'T CONNECTED PROPERLY. Guy looked at it for 30 seconds and said, oh it's fine. Had to get them to look at it AGAIN. How on earth could it possibly take alleged professionals 4 tries to properly connect the negative battery terminal???? Enormous headache and inconvenience.

Ken Towery has always been good to me for tires, oil changes, and repairs. Earlier in the year I had a nail in a tire that I bought here. I didn't have road hazard coverage, but they repaired the tire for no charge. Thank you.

By far the best automotive care in town. I drive 30 minutes just to go see these guys because they always do quality work and I can trust them - that's hard to find these days. Whether it's an oil change, other routine maintenance or something suddenly awry; they always point me in the right direction. Even if the answer doesn't earn them a penny they're always willing to help!Justin and team, keep up the great work!

Customer service was awesome but I will not be returning here. I went in for an oil change yesterday which I thought was good until a friend of mine, who always checks the basic for me after having work done on my car, told me they didn't put enough oil in the car. Also, the documentation on the windshield was inaccurate and the mileage on the paperwork was totally different from the windshield and my actual mileage by over 1,000 miles. How? This was my first time at this location and also the last. I've been using Ken Towery for about 2 years at a different location and they've always done good work but lack in customer service. I'll take bad customer service over bad/unfinished work any day. Also fluids weren't topped off so I can only assume they weren't checked

I have gone to this auto care store since I moved into the area 2 1/2 years ago. I ve always been pleased with their service and the managers are helpful and kind. Justin was a life saver today for me right before I left for a short trip. I have recommended them to others on Next Door app. I will continue to use them for my cars Maintenance

Very satisfied with the work guys do here, management goes above and beyond to make sure you re taken care of and technicians are very professional. If you need your car serviced at Ken Towery this is the location to take it to!

I love this place! I drive for a living and these guys always do an awesome job! Always have me in and out really quick even when I make last min. Appts! The customer service here is amazing! If you need oil change or even blow out a tire they are here to help! Definitely try them!

I've been to this Ken Towery several times, and every time it's been a good experience. They charge very reasonable rates, and don't try to push you on things you don't need. My daughter is disabled and has a wheelchair van. It was leaking gas which is a serious safety threat, and we needed the van desperately to transport her. We dropped it off on a Friday, and told them we needed it by the end of the day Saturday. They made sure to make us first priority to get it done in time. The bill was very reasonable, and everyone was super friendly. I won't go anywhere else with my vehicle.

These people are awesome! I called before coming for an oil change cause my dad had said u have to make an appt.. I called and i told them I needed it done today and he told me come right in, soon as i got there they got my car in and out and i was on my way! They were very nice and explained everything to me.. Never once told me i needed something else the way other places have done me to get more money! Great experience!

I always go to Ken Towery for my oil change and maintenance of my car. They are the most efficient, thorough and reasonable cost car company in all of Middletown or Louisville, Kentucky.However, this last time I went, the team working and the looks of the waiting area had drastically changed.

I hate to say this, but as an Automotive Service Technician this was the worst job I have had in the Automotive field. It was a good stepping stone to find a better place to work, and I learned a lot, not automotive related though. What I learned is: Management has no problem lying to your face. I was underpaid, not treated with respect although I have a good work ethic. I worked there over a year. No mechanic I worked with was happy or treated fairly. All I'm saying is an underpaid, overworked, disgruntled workforce can lead to problems: That most definitely trickle down to the consumer. I would not take any vehicle of mine to any location. Just my opinion.

I do not recommend thisplace at all. They lied about my diagnostic. They want yo charge me $200 + for a bypass on a switch( a piece of wire no longer than 10cm) or $500+ if I choose to replace the headlight switch ( a part that you can have on Amazon for $ 62.00 or $118 on Autozone...) They are not happy to charge you 100% ...no, they would like to charge you 500% on anything...talking about charges, they charge me $70 for a very wrong diagnostic: it was not the headlight switch, and my tail light bulbs were not burned out like they said. It was a simple fuse(15 amp) Imagine...and the customers sitting as stupids on the waiting room paying for their lies on this "super complicated diagnostics" ...never again i will set foot on that den of thieves!

Had to set up appt 4 days out for a set of tires. I arrived at my scheduled appt time and my vehicle wasn t even pulled into the shop until 1 hour past my appt time. Add another hour and a half for a 30 minute job and then I had to cancel my plans for the evening due to lack of transportation. I ve been to several Ken Towery s locations and never had a problem until I went to this location. I will not grace this location with my presence again
