HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Staff is very knowledgeable. I had new tires balanced and mounted, oil change, brakes, rotor brakes checked, under carriage inspection that brought to my attention the CV axles were damaged and the need for an alignment. All done quite speedily. If you need any of the above services, I highly recommend their services.

I bought new car and was required to take it here from my dealer. I called Thursday and spoke to a man who seemed to know exactly what was going on with my car and that it should be an easy diagnosis but told me to casually drop it off Friday or Saturday morning. He didn t want my name or anything at that time which I thought was odd. Then I called back Friday evening and spoke to a different man who seemed to be more by the book but also very agreeable and met me at some of my expectations with my car after I explained my situation. Ensuring me I could drop my car off Friday evening for it to be looked at Saturday so It could be diagnosed. I was also made aware there was only one mechanic who was could do the thing I was needing replaced. Saying more than once that was the plan and that I could possibly pick my car back up Sunday or Monday after it was looked at, then return my vehicle once they had the parts to fix the issue. Then I call Saturday evening because I d not herd anything and the guy on the phone didn t recognize my name or my car put me on hold and then got back on the phone and asked me if it was possible if my dad payed for it which is insane in it own right as I m a 35 year old women but I digress. When he figures out which car is mine he tells me it won t be looked at until Monday. Which was not the agreed timeline. So now my cars been there multiple days and hasn t been looked at. Not having much of a choice I disappointedly get off the phone and wait for Monday. 2pm on Monday still no update so I call but they say they have to call me back. They do 40 minutes later and say I need to take it to the dealership. So not only did everyone seemingly fluff my feathers to be agreeable with my cars issues all it did was prolong my ability to get my car fixed elsewhere.I understand I had a tight timeline due to work and the dealer who I received the car from but they are partners with the said dealer and should know how to properly handle these situations. Also they told me they could so I had no reason in the beginning to believe they couldn t because everyone was extremely agreeable with me.I m disappointed to say the least. If my expectations were unrealistic or if from the start of me explaining the issues my car was having If they were honest about their capabilities or timeframe it would have been incredibly helpful. Because now I ve wasted four days for them to just tell me to take it to the Honda dealer.So beware in this sense of feeling like things are too good to be true.

Went in for a wheel alignment and they sent me off with no charge saying it barely needed anything. It can be hard to know if your mechanics honest, but this place can be trusted. Good people.

Took my car in and charged me 730 to fix one thing and returned it to me with 800 in damages . ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE . Would not recommend anyone to go here . When I dropped off my car . Brakes worked just fine . They return it to me with a broken vacuum line and the brakes won t even press down , then say that I need to pay them another 800 to order the part and install it . I towed my car to another shop and got a way better deal than what they had offered . If you want your car fixed right , DONT BRING IT HERE . And when I brought up the issue to them one of the staff tried getting into an altercation with me . lol they mothers should be real disappointed with them.the 5 star reviews are just the so called mechanics posting to get there stars up so people wil come but it s all a sham

They were great. I was running late and found a screw in my front tire. I was in and out in less then an hour and was only 1/2 hour late. I was afraid I was not going to make my appointment at all.

I went into Ken Towery s panicked thinking I had a nail in my tire. They checked & it wasn t a nail - they checked all of the tires and all were fine.They wouldn t let me pay them. This is a class act business and I recommend them very highly

We were visiting from out of town for Thanksgiving holiday & we got a flat tire on our way out of town to return home on Sat morning. We pulled in to Ken Towerys & within 5 min they took our car, found the nail & leak & repaired within 30 minutes! Excellent, friendly service!

Amazing tire shop! Very fair and simplified pricing, no install, mount/dismount, alignment fees. They have 0% interest financing options that make getting the tires you need even easier.

Called Ken Towery to see how much it would cost to change a turn signal bulb in my 2012 Ford Escape, they was charging 9 dollars for part and 80 dollars for service , went to auto zone they only charged me for the bulb, they put it in, some of these place like to rip people off with over charging

Had an appointment for 1:00pm and a coupon for a $94 oil change. I left just before 5:00pm and got charged $132. The manager said the extra was to cover there costs . 4 hours is to long to wait when I have an appointment scheduled. Next time I will go somewhere else that can do an oil change in under 3 hours.

Got my oil changed at a Valvoline instant oil change place the other day, and apparently they didn't reattach the skid plate properly. It was making a ton of noise at speed so I took it to the nearest place, this Ken Towerys, to just have someone take a look.Brandon stepped out to take a look, and was able to kind of pull the plate under the bumper, so now I can drive on the interstate back to the place that did the oil change and have them properly fix it. He offered the help just to help, and was crawling in the ground to do it.Excellent customer service and I was there for less than 5 minutes. Will definitely be using this location for maintenance in the future.

They took 6 hours and just did oil change. We asked for AC heater , charger slot and oil exchange. They told that will be done in 1 hour but just did oil change when we called after 6 hours. Very great place that we should never go.

The staff at this particular branch are very friendly and courteous to customers. They still accommodated me even though I was late to my appointment. I would definitely visit this branch again. Very helpful in explaining tire options and explaining vehicle issues. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the tire website estimator was wrong and gave me the wrong tire size. But the staff were helpful enough to double check my vehicle and show me where to find the right tire size. They even gave me a discount to try and match my original quote.

Very bad experience.I attempted to have my vehicle aligned by this shop. I came in and asked for a alignment. They took my keys and I left. I later got a phone call that their technician performed a test drive and that the following items needed to be replaced. Swap bar bushing, sway bar link, control arm bushing. I said "that's fine but I don't want those I need a alignment"I was shocked at what the service advisor said to me "You can't have a alignment with those items needing replaced they will affect the alignment" I asked again "so you're not going to perform the alignment?" and he said "no".anyone that knows anything about vehicles or double wishbone suspensions knows that a SWAY bar does NOT affect alignment. control arm bushing maybe, but the runout would be negligible.What bothers me is that I know about vehicles and what it takes to maintain them. I only brought the vehicle there because I don't have a alignment rack at home and didn't want to get out tape measures and perform one myself. But these guys specifically LIED to me. they tried to make me feel like these items needed to be replaced before they could perform a alignment.It's shops like this that seriously give mechanics a bad name. I will never do service with Ken Towerys again and I will make note to never recommend and be sure to bad mouth their name from here on out.The kicker: Alignment $85 All other things that they said must be done before a alignment (WHICH IS A LIE, NONE OF THOSE PARTS AFFECT ALIGNMENT!) $1217 !!!These people should be ashamed of the kind of scheming they try and do to make a buck. No wonder their parking lot was empty, that should've been my first sign.This place will not hesitate to do the jiffy lube upsale and lie to a customer to try and make a bigger sale. It's disgusting show of unprofessionalism.I've attached the service writeup to show the ridiculously price repairs they said must be done. I figured, maybe I'm crazy maybe they are right. I've asked 3 separate mechanics and they've all concluded that this was a attempt to scam more money out of me for services I didn't request. One of them even said "I'm guessing they'd charge $900 for all of that" ha! not at Ken Towerys, they'll take your house if you let them.

Took my car here towards the end of December, beginning of January. Car was making a on-and-off humming noise going highway speeds.Took the car in, they test drove it. Said it's either wheel bearing or drive train.Had the car for around five hours, said it was not wheel bearing and referred me to a transmission place.I took it to a Nissan service center this week and it ended up being the wheel bearing issue...Wasted so much money and time taking their advice saying it wasn't wheel bearing.Steve was very nice to me though and trying to help any way he could. Can't say the same of the mechanics who were quick to send me elsewhere.

Steve and Bryan were extremely professional throughout the process. They got the job done within half an hour. We had a flat tire, and they, diagnosed and fixed it. I highly recommend them for their professionalism.

I just took my car in because my tire had a nail in it. Turns out the nail didn't even puncture the tire. The 3 guys who helped me(I apologize for not knowing their names) were so nice and didn't make me feel stupid for bringing my car in which actually didn't even need to be brought in. It is sometimes tough these days to receive kindness from people so I greatly appreciate them. Thank you.

I can t say enough about the fast and friendly service I received from Stephanie, Dylan, and one other guy (whose name I didn t get). I was on a 9.5 hour drive from the Smoky Mountains to Chicago and had a tire blow out on the highway. I was lucky to exit at Hurstbourne Parkway and see Ken Towery s right there. Within 5 minutes, Stephanie had found me a tire and within 40 or so minutes, we were back on the highway with a brand new tire. In addition to getting my car done quickly, everyone was so friendly. I am so grateful for their kindness and great service!

Last month I had an issue with a slowly leaking tire on my rental car. I live out of state, so I Googled to see who was close and able to help. From my first call 'til I walked out of this location, the service was extraordinary. While we weren't able to solve the problem (rental car companies no longer include spares OR the kits needed to unlock the rims), Stephanie Guyer tried everything possible. I knew that I was in good hands the entire time, which is rare in today's world.

This Ken Towery location has been my go-to vehicle place for many years. I have brought several vehicles here over the years and have my regular maintenance including oil changes done here. I love the convenience, as I live in the neighborhood. I love the familiarity I have with their friendly and helpful staff. I love that I can count on them to get me in & out as quickly as possible. I love that they work with me to use coupons and promotions to yield the lowest price possible for my services. Everyone is courteous, respectful, and gracious...it s clear they appreciate my business. There s been no reason for me to look elsewhere!

Customer service was excellent. The young man that waited on me, Cody, was very nice. He showed me to the waiting area and kept me updated on my car. I could hear him talking with other customers on the phone or walk-Ins and he was always nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I will def go back if I need anything else done to my car.

They were quick and very nice! Especially Stephanie who helped me out and can understand and use sign language! 10/10 and if my car ever needs something again I will definitely be going back
