My feedback to Phil (owner) sums it up:"I m just letting you know how much we are amazed at the incredible quality and craftsmanship in the job you did on the 2000 Camry.We are just thrilled at how the paint matches so perfectly. It s flawless. It s impossible to tell that any work was ever done in that area. The entire roof color is as uniform as if it came off the line yesterday and the entire roof shines as it never has before. The windshield install looks perfectly flawless. It s an incredible job on a 23-year-old car.Cleaning the whole car inside and out looks like the car has been detailed. The tire dressing was also a very nice touch.And I was very glad to hear of the work and preparation, along with the photo on your cell phone, that went into preventing the rust from returning.You have some seriously skilled people working for you.Absolutely outstanding."In addition, Phil kept the cost exactly at the estimate, which was significantly less than the only other estimate I got from 6 other shops (and that higher estimate was only after the adjuster got special permission from the owner - MOST ALL other shops are collision only shops and will not take jobs involving rust restoration). Kavanaugh's handled a job ALL other shops rejected and delivered an absolutely outstanding, nothing short of astonishing, end result.

I've had a minor work done on my Ford Taurus and they did a fantastic job. It came out beautifully...People work there are nice and listen to your needs. Phil Jr and Karen were the two people I encountered and they were exceptional. I'd recommend Kavanaugh to anyone who is looking for their car body repair.

Paid over 3 grand to end up getting towed out of the highway. Three weeks calling in to be left with their annoying PA system coming back with one excuse after another. Will never set foot there again. Truck was fire sold after their service

Would not go back. The work they did was fine, although a bit overpriced and took longer than it should have, but then they tried to sell me on additional unnecessary work (I'm always suspicious of mechanics "finding" additional problems, especially when they know a woman is paying for the work, sad to say in this day and age that kind of stuff still happens a lot, not saying that was their motivation but I wouldn't be surprised). I didn't even try to go there in the first place, I had a different place that I told AAA to haul my daughter's car to, but AAA brought it here and based on google reviews, I let it stay there. Wish now I had forced the issue and made AAA take it to the place I said. Won't make that mistake again and will stick with my tried & trueService: General repairs & maintenance

This place is awesome! They do incredible work, and they are even better people. I gave them 5 stars because I could not give them more. I will go back over and over again! Excellent service! Had taken my car to the dealer and been told (after spending $100 on initial diagnostic) that they needed $300 more to continue trouble shooting why my convertible top wouldn t work. I declined and took my car to Kavanaugh s who found the issue on first attempt and fixed within a few hours at a very reasonable price! Loyal customer right here! Phillip was great to work with and I felt I was in good hands from the start and that he truly wanted to resolve the issue and he did!

I am very satisfied with the job they did. Took a little longer than expected but did more repairs than first taken in to do. Was easy to get updates on progress. I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey that was a complete paint job. Also had both sliding doors rebuilt and a sensor installed to fix and stop my engine light coming on. My paint job makes my Van look new again. Will use them again if I need their services.Services: Painting, Battery

I should have left this review some time ago but now that I have to take my car back for some new work made me think of them. They did a great job repairing my car. Work and communication were top notch. I recently had some new damage to my car and I will definitely be taking my car to this crew.

Citizens of Louisville -----you are fortunate to have a company like Kavanaugh's Complete Car Care. We had a serious issue with our vehicle on our way back to Canada and the professionalism , service and care was incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were treated fantastically. The repair was finished quickly and fairly. After being towed in, Phil told us they would diagnose the problem ASAP and then offered to take us to a hotel. Next day our repair was complete and we were on our way by noon. Thanks to Phil, Mike and Karen.

While Kavanaugh's workmanship exceeds expectations, the personal commitment I have received from Phil is not only rare from a business, although uncommon, and therefore setting the standard for excellent customer service. Accordingly while the business name states Paint and Body, rest assured, the quality mechanical work is equally outstanding.Most recently, Phil personally involved himself in assisting my daughter with a challenging safety issue, which as a father, I strongly appreciate and therefore would highly recommend any parent to entrust their vehicles to Kavanaugh's.While there are many shops in the Louisville area competing for your business, rest assured the value and commitment to quality service is top priority for this family-owned establishment.

I first used Kavanaugh s around 2+ years ago to have my THOR 29M Motorhome s complete routine services done, including tire rotations and etc.Everything was done to my specifications with 100% satisfaction. I was really impressed when my bill was under the estimated cost.I then contacted them around a year later to install additional suspension gear to gain better stabilization on the highways. They were able to out source all the needed parts locally to save on freight and etc.Just last week I had an issue with my 2 marine coach batteries. Both appeared dead. Philquickly researched the battery history and I was told they were still under warrant, including labor. Yesterday Phil installed my two new batteries at no charge.You can see why I feel they deserve a five starrating. I will never take my motorhome to any other service company.

They have the best customer experience I have ever experienced! When i had issues with a part they had previously replaced plus some additional issues they fixed everything free of charge. Not to mention they were able to pick up my car from another shop it had ended up at, also no charge. They did absolutely everything in their power to make everything as convenient and cost effective for me as possible. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and were able to answer all my questions and concerns quickly. They worked so efficiently that i really only went a day without my car. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Kavanaugh's did a great job on my Grand Cherokee. You'd never know that I hit a deer. They were very professional, and responsive to phone calls and questions. Added benefit, they washed and vacuumed out the car prior to my arrival for pickup. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have used Kavanaugh's on multiple occasions for both mechanical and collision. Most recently I used them for a small collision. From the factory, my Kia Soul had both the front and rear bumpers that were slightly off. After the repair of the rear bumper, it matches 100% better than before!! Everyone at the shop is always professional and courteous! They treat you like family!! I would definitely recommend them in the future as they will always be my go-to shop!

Love this family owned business! High quality work and every visit is a personable one! This shop has been doing business with my partner and his family for many many years and I ALWAYS recommend this shop to EVERYONE I know looking for body work. They just recently fixed my mother's car and did a terrific job.... Took a car that the insurance was wanting to total out and instead repaired lile new and kept a clean title! And did I mention their prices were very very reasonable? Yes they are.... I am satisfied completely with the personable experience, high quality of work all for the lowest dollar feasible for all! Now that is worth talking about

I've know the owner going on five years. He is one of the few honest mechanics I've had to deal with. They help people out on cost and he is always helpful and professional. Please go here if you need literally any work done to your car. Outstanding customer experience.

Outstanding service. Phil jr. Was more than helpful and amber was always friendly. You could tell they really had your best interest financially and safety in mind. This is the second time I have needed their services for possible framework issues. Both times they could have told us anything, but they are good people and only did the work needed. An honest run shop is hard to find these days, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all the help.

When my old luxury car needed to be repainted, I researched Google reviews for many shops, and decided to trust my car with Kavanaugh s, because of the way they responded to their customers. I chose wisely. Kavanaugh s took the time to paint my car perfectly, transforming an old worn-out car into a shiny factory-fresh vehicle. Quality work done right, happy, happy, happy.

My experience with Kavanaugh was great! The staff are very professional and friendly. Very family oriented. My car looks like shiny glass it is more beautiful than when I dropped it off. Amber is the first face u see when u enter the business and shes very welcoming and friendly, very sweet and keeps you informed about your vehicle from start to finish. Karen is also very sweet, she knows her numbers and shes very meek and mild. The owner Phil Jr is professional, great conversation and explains the work if theres any confusion. His staff are very professional and very talented I must say. I felt like family the entire process. I wish I could post a pici, it's even more beautiful than when I dropped it off. If u ever have issues with Insurance, Phil Jr is the go to guru. I give this establishment 1000% I would definitely recommend for all of your auto-care needs I posted a photo in the photo section, Cardinal Red Mercedes...

Had my first accident, rear ended on the highway, and I chose them based on other Google reviews to do the repairs. They navigated me through every single step, put me in a rental on their own account while I waited for insurance to kick in, and returned my car in better shape than it had been pre-accident. Can t recommend them enough!

I highly recommend Kavanaugh's. I got 3 estimates. This was the first one. And I went back to them. Phil was detail and explain to me why it was necessary to do the repairs this way. I thought it could just be repaired on the car. Besides being satisfied with price. And it ended up being less than I was quoted. I 'm very satisfied with the work that was done. It's like perfect. My uncle didn't see it before I had it repaired. But looked at it afterward. He said it looked exactly the same as the other side of the car. And thanks for resetting my clock and the wash and shine. I knew I had to write a review this is why I decided to come to Kavanaugh's for a quote. When I saw the rating and read the reviews. I have recommended you to someone.

Long time happy customer. My truck had a wheel bearing issue common to my vehicle. I dropped truck off Sunday night and they had it fixed the next day. You can t ask for anything more. Great service. Great people.

Good straightforward and honest. I have no complaints. Any service that was added I got a text with pictures of the issue. Also troubleshot my reman engine when the people that it was purchased from messed up. If you need work on your vehicle come to this place

Kavanaugh s is a great auto body shop that I have used 3 times now. They do great work and a fair price! I come all the way from Lexington to have them work on my cars.
