Had my '98 Chevy truck towed in with a no-start condition. A number of parts were replaced including the ignition switch. It now has an intermittent no-start issue due to a tamper code in the Passlock antitheft system which still needs to be sorted out. On returning home a crack was noticed in the instrument cluster bezel which was not required to be accessed for any of the work done and a number of pieces of broken plastic, a spring and zip ties were found on the floor which was somewhat disconcerting.Changing rating to two stars. Went out for an appointment and found the whole electrical system dead. Upon examination found a battery cable was left loose and a relay box was left hanging loose. All screws were missing. Two more things I have to repair myself due to negligence.

They were polite and professional, they did a great job on the body work and paint as well. They had our Mercedes truck for nearly 6 months. I wrote a check before they would give me the keys. When I got to the truck it had a hole the size of my hand in the side. The truck wouldn t even start. I had to pay $600 for the larger truck to be towed out of their lot. They then tried to gaslight us, and tell us it was our fault the truck was damaged, bc we gave it to them to work on?! I getting quotes for the damage caused by this company on our company trucks. I will not be going back, ever!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We come here to get our tow truck repaired because it's associated with the company that sells all of our tow truck parts. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Literally if you have any tow related questions or concerns this is the place to talk to. We have had our truck repaired here on several occasions and the experience was always great.

Had 4 door actuators and one tire pressure monitoring system replaced here. Experienced issues with the TPMS within the year warranty and they wouldn t cover it claiming it wasn t their part. To add insult to injury, they charged $135 to look at the car. I would NEVER recommend this place. Go somewhere reputable.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

The staff at Kavanaugh's is just awesome. Very knowledgeable very friendly and quality work. They're very fast and very efficient. I'm definitely recommending this place if you need any type of Automotive work done

I can't say enough about the staff at this location, me and my buddies van broke down on our way to Nashville, Friday after 2pm, derby weekend.... they went above and beyond to find an aftermarket part that literally nobody should have. Got us out of there same day, seriously... if you need good, solid, trustworthy work... these are the people you call!
