They were very pleasant. Quicker than I thought. I bought wiper blades, and he put them on for me. I'm differently going back for my oil changes.

Just got two tires replaced and they patched my two bad tires I previously thought were the main problems, so I appreciate that...just in time for upcoming winter weather, they've been doing right by me and it's the only place I go to for serious automotive needs

Great and friendly service, they treat you with respect and are well priced for everyone's needs. Anytime anything is wrong with my truck I take it to Kaiser's. They are always nice, helpful, quick, and do quality work. I've never had to have the same thing fixed twice. They know what their doing and don't try to upcharge. My whole family has been using kaisers Kaiser's for about 4 to 5 years now and we've never had a complaint. Ordered tire was told it would be delivered to their shop the next morning. Called them to verify that it was delivered and was told they had it. Called one more time to let them know I was on my way but running a few minutes late. Was told no problem we will be here. When I arrived was told they didn't have anyone to do my tire change. So I was just going to buy the tire and have someone else mount it. Come to find out they didn't even have it. Very poor service I called twice and was told they had tire and could do the job. I drove thirty minutes to get to them and had to drive home thirty minutes empty handed. I will never do business here again.In your response you say you had my tire. If so why wouldn't you sell it to me. I ask to just purchase the tire and I would take care of mounting it. Was told tire was not there. Also when I ordered the tire I explained to the person on the phone exactly what kind of vehicle I had and was told you could do the job. Someone doesn't have their story straight.

I shopped around for tire prices & chose Kaiser because they quoted me the best price on what I wanted. I also decided while I was there to get an oil change. The guys at the 3rd Street Rd location were very professional & did a fantastic job. & they were so quick!!! I am now a customer for life! I went in with front end vibration, I asked for them to look at my front end before balancing my tires to make sure that was the problem. They balanced my tires and told me everything looked right; and sent me on my way but the vibration was still there. I then took my car to Michel tires who discovered I needed a hub replaced.

Okay let s start from the customer service is 100% excellent, The Manger Ragan is the man you can tell how he taking care of the customers, I fixed my Mercedes S500 there (not all auto shops deals with this kind ) my car like new absolutely recommended for any Auto service

Treated me very professionally. I scheduled a time to have my oil changed and was in and out in about 20 mins or less. Best part is the price was very good for conventional oil. I'll be back. Thank you.

Sean and his guys are the best! Anytime I come to see Kaiser's I always know that they'll be 100% honest with me and explain everything in as much detail as I want. They're also extremely quick at all repairs. Had to have some front end repairs done that another shop took months to do, and ultimately failed to do, and Kaiser took all of 2 hours to complete it

Kaiser is the only place I have ever had my vehicles serviced and repaired that I feel has treated me fairly. I've been lied to and taken advantage of at other places, but not here and I've been a customer for several years now. I appreciate the owner, management and staff. They are all great to deal with, they present fantastic customer service and are all honest and dependable.

Went here for a while with it being my go to shop, and the service was always great. Went in to get my catalytic converter and O2 sensors replaced (almost $2,000 fix) and left with a heavy internal engine issue just after a few miles of driving from picking it up. My vehicle broke down on the side of the road, got it towed back to the shop, so not for them to tell me bring it to the dealership... I get things happen, but none of these internal engine rod issues were happening before I dropped it off. They just said it was an unfortunate coincidence... Service was always friendly and professional but because of this scenario, I don t think I m coming back. Would give a 1 star if it wasn t for all the other good experiences I had.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

They re very quick and helpful if you happen to have any questions. The prices are very reasonable and the insurance for your tires is well worth it. Mary is a friendly face right when you walk in and was able to recommend the best tires for my car. Very happy I went here.

Kaiser Tire Pros always gets my automotive needs taken care of in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The staff is courteous and attentive to my needs. I live 20 miles from their nearest location but the customer service is well worth the drive. Do yourself a favor and let Shaun and his crew show you why they're the best!

Great customer service, very friendly, and very honest staff! The mechanics are exceptional at this shop and they have very reasonable prices! The mechanics there have found and fixed an issue that I have had with my check engine light for a year and a half now! It s a Chevy and I have taken it to 2 different Chevy Dealers and spent a fortune and they couldn t fix it! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you so much for excellent service and reasonable prices!

Friendly, honest staff and mechanics. Fair pricing. They can be a little hard to get into sometimes but just call and make an appointment for oil changes etc. And your good. Them being busy just shows how much people like them.

Outstanding customer service! Mary goes that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. The mechanics are top notch also. I haven t had to return my car for any service performed, that earns them an extra star. 13 year-old car owner.

Very accomadating! I needed a special oil for my car and they ordered it for me, set me up an appointment and got me in and out really quick! They also discovered a huge bubble on the sidewalk of my tire and managed to get me a matching tire to replace it with. I drive a lot throughout the week and if I had had a blow out, that could have been much more expensive than a new tire! Also very competitive on prices!

I came for a flat tire on 2016 Nissan Maxima. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to work me in.. . Found out flat tire was not repairable. Talked replacements and was waiting to hear we don't have what I wanted in stock. Surprisingly they had the tires I wanted in stock and could have them on that day. Very happy camper. Our entire family uses Kaiser for all our car service needs. We are constantly giving referrals because time after time they have proved to be the best. I'm fairly new to the neighborhood and drive by Kaiser everyday. One of my tires wasn't holding pressure so I stopped in to have them look at it. They adjusted the air pressure and asked me to watch it for a couple of days to see if it held. It went back down so I made an appointment to have it checked. When I entered the building, I was greeted by my name. No one does that. I was in and out in 20 minutes. It was the rim and I was charged $29.95 which I felt was fair.
