I would never recommend these guys I got two tires from these guys for 100 bucks and one of them had a plug in it I take it back and he says that's how they do things he will not make it right told me he had plenty of customers he don't care shady business here buyer beware

I had my tire replaced Sunday before labor day. Got home it deflated. My onstar alerted me my tire air was low. By the time I got the Alert they were closed. Then Monday was labor day..they were closed. Tuesday I arrived before they opened at 9am. A worker said no problem we will fix it. Then shows me a trim nail in the middle of the tire. Perfect spot. This isn't a nail or screw with a flat head..it's a trim nail with no head. If I ran over that..I guarantee it wouldn't go in the tire. It was placed there when sold, so I can come back and be charged $20 to pull it out. Then he said ok..I'll do it for $10. He takes the tire off then tells me cash only. Then says give me your phone to hold while I go to ATM, or let some random guy ride with me to ATM. Then he says give me your ID while I go to ATM. So I did..definitely hesitant.they were rude and obviously do this to a lot of folks. Saying all his tires are perfect, and he wouldn't sell one with a nail. Of course he wouldn't..or that's what they want us to belive. Pure scam. Bad business. Check the tires BEFORE they put it on!!

I needed two good used tires, saw this place and pulled in, 30 minutes later I was all set and in my way. I recommend them for new and used tires, but keep in mind it's cash only. UPDATE, Since being here I've had to replace multiple bolts because they cross threaded lugs on multiple tires. 2 star for speed and convenience, but won't be going back

This place is awesome from service to the staff. Prices are outstanding and unbeatable. Do yourself a huge favor if in need of tires for whatever you drive this is where you need to go.

They not only tried to over charge me for a USED tire but they wait till they had put the tire on to tell me it was cash only, although it s not posted anywhere!! Then when I informed them I only have card, that they should ve made me aware of this cash only before changing my tire they insisted that an employee of theirs.. A STRANGER to me, ride with me and my two children to the ATM 3 blocks away. And when they got mad, rude and hateful after I refused to let a stranger in my car with my children and insisted they just put my old tire back on for me to go elsewhere they started to be rough with my car causing body damage seen by the tire shop I went to instead of them.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Called, prepared with the size of my tire, to get a price. They sounded half asleep when they answered, told me I had to come within the next 30 to 40 minutes and then, when I questioned that to verify what he was saying, he simply hung up on me.. lol.. I called back and said, "Did you all just hang up on me?" and he sat there.. I said.. that's ok.. you don't have to answer.. one bad Google review coming up so here it is.. ::-) Take care gentlemen.. good luck with your business... you'll need it.

Got 2 tires recently and as my mechanic was replacing an inner tie rod he informed me that they broke my tire sensor and it is rattling INSIDE my tire. The 2nd tire is considered unsafe as it has a plug less then an inch away from the side of the tire. I will take my business back to rush hour auto off of Dixie. I went to them for years and never had any issues. Worth the drive as long as I get good tires unlike what I have received from this establishment. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Don't waste your time here. I stopped at their location on Grade Lane yesterday because it was near work. I was quoted a price of $50 for one good tire. I told the young man that I couldn't get the vehicle to him until today, Sunday. He said he would be closed but bring it here to his dad's place Sunday and he would take care of me. When I arrived he tried to milk me for more money and said the tire is now $80! DON'T GO HERE! I'm telling everyone I know to avoid both places. They have way too much competition nearby to be abusing customers. They blew it BIG TIME!

Needed a new tire unexpectedly late Saturday evening. Turned down everywhere on Preston, but Juniors not only said time not issue, but we received 2 awesome tires for a good price. Good group of guys. They had me laughing.

Called at 10:02, need two used tires. They have the size and come on down. Arrived at 10:48 and before I got out of my car I was directed in to a lane. Quick and easy in and out. Need tires quick and in a pinch?? Right here!!

TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR TWO FRONT TIRES... as a woman they played me. sold me a tire with a huge plug inside of it that my father pointed out immediately upon my return... the owner himself didn't care one single bit when I returned the next day and asked for them to replace or refund me. in addition to that I had my daughter and to think he had no concern about the safety of a mother and her children. THE ICING ON THE CAKE was that I explained how my sensor. was working fine before they touched my car and it didn't matter either they held no accountability whatsoever and he even turned away and walked inside his building in my face as I was politely talking and trying to negotiate a solution for everyone. i was really shocked and couldn't believe they treated me so poorly. especially when I went up there with a mannerly tone, and non aggressively confronting the situation.

The only reason I m giving it 3 stars is cause they ve upped the price from $40/tire to $60/tire. I came ready to get 4 tires with $160 and was told I needed another $80

Quick and speedy service. They were able to fix everything in less than 10 minutes. I stood outside in the cold, but they gave me a nice new tire for a fair price.

Even on a Sunday at 10 minutes before close , they went above and beyond by helping me out . Dismounted 4 tires , then mounted up 4 new wheels and 4 new tires and installed .Thanksagain !

Broke sensor in tire and didn't notify us. The works are very shady and have little to no costumer service. Will not be going back will be luck if I don't sue
