Super Friendly.They were able to get me in quickly for an estimate. Worked seamlessly with my insurance company and, we're prompt on establishing finishing dates. They even helped with my rental accommodations. They do excellent work. THANKS JOE

Took my car in for repairs after a deer broke my headlight and bumper. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They seamlessly worked with my insurance to get the repairs completed and paid for. My car was fixed ahead of schedule and looks great!

They were amazing! They had our vehicle done 2 days prior to the estimated date and kept us in the loop the entire time. They had fantastic customer service and even helped us with communication for our rental during the repair time. Thanks Joe Hudson's for a great repair to our van, we will definitely recommend to others in the future!

I recently left a less than good review because my car would not start the day after picking it up. But, my battery has now tested at a ten. 650 is a good battery according to Honda. Scott, manager at Westport Rd location, has done everything he could to assist me, including coming to my home today to get me started so I can come for a new battery. si, I am pleased with Joe Hudson collision center and will recommend and use them again if needed.Thanks, Scott!

Joe Hudson Collision Center was very easy to work with after we had a collision. They were able to get us an estimate quickly and worked well with our insurance agent. Props to the office staff and collision estimator because they were so friendly and courteous.

I had my car worked on 4 years ago by Saint Matthews Imports when it was at this location, they replaced my driver s side door. Here I am 4 years later and my door won t stay closed when I m going 70+ mph. I called Joe Hudson s and they told me just to bring it up. Aaron took my car back and fixed it within 15min, FREE OF CHARGE! Just a nice person doing a nice thing. He definitely earned my future business and this review!Service: Body & Trim

I stopped in to get a quote on repairing a shopping cart ding/scratch. I was told I need an appointment, so I asked if I could go ahead and make an appointment. She said I can, but it's more than 2 weeks out on appointments just to get a quote. I decided to check elsewhere.I got the impression they weren't really very interested in my business, probably because it's a small repair. They may be great if you have thousands of dollars worth of insurance-covered body damage, but if you have a small job you should probably skip Joe Hudson's.

I have never been treated so terribly I had my car taken here for an initial estimate with the state farms representative and the person I dealt with was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional they had my car for a week and a half and when I finally received the estimate via phone and I chose the cash out option I was told he's not getting paid so my car needs to be picked up asap he then refused to turn in my estimate for my car that he did almost a week ago to state farm even though per their contract with state farm they are obligated to turn in the claim whether I choose to receive repairs at this garage or one of my choosing or even to choose the cash out option I have since filed a complaint with state farm and will refuse to ever allow them near my car again I highly recommend choosing somewhere else to receive a state farm initial estimate

Took my 2021 Kia in to get an estimate to repair a dent in my trunk. Was told I had to make an appointment to get an estimate which I thought was weird but went ahead and did it. Came back on my appointment day and was given an estimate. I accepted the estimate and was then told it would be 2 months before they could get to it so I then went ahead and made that appointment. I dropped my car off on Monday the day before my appointment just to make sure they had all the time needed as they told me it would be ready by Friday. Thursday evening I called to check on the progress just to make sure they were on track and was told they were finishing up the final details on the car and should be ready end of day Friday. I received no call Friday and come Monday afternoon I called again myself. They then proceeded to tell me they hadn't even started the car and oh by the way its going to cost twice what we quoted and were not sure we can match the paint. This is a 2021 Kia with a factory paint job not some custom car. So they started off with lies and act like they don't care about their customers time enough to let them know what's going on but I guess that's because I was a cash customer and not an insurance claim they can charge whatever they want and get away with. If I could have rated them 0 stars I would have as 1 star is way to high of a rating for their sub par service and unethical business practices. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.Service: Painting

I'm hoping I can improve on this review but for now I'm not happy with the paint job on my new bumper. I was told it would match the faded color of my 2011 Corolla but there is a noticeable difference. I'll be taking it back to see if they can get it right the second time.Update: I now see there are 5 or 6 dings in my window tint on the driver side! How does that even happen?11/04/2021: The paint job IS much better the second time around. Why couldn't that have been achieved the first time?Also, I currently have an appointment to have the window tint replaced.Service: Painting

Really slow to process estimate for insurance. Delayed my settlement by weeks. People were friendly, at least. Cannot rate yet on repairs quality.
