Today was an eventful day with a PCS move and vehicles being shipped, Murphy s law hit. Joe Hudson s Collision Center was fantastic. I needed a simple fix from a fender bender this morning. Without hesitation and extreme professionalism they corrected my vehicle immediately.I cannot thank the location or the managment team enough for the services they provided in a timely and professional manner. Joe went above and beyond his services and help. The technician performed magic, performing an outstanding repair job.I highly recommend this location for any of your services in Louisville, KY, off Westport Road.

I honestly couldn t have asked for a better experience! The customer service is incredible and my car looks brand new - even better than I had hoped (they replaced my damaged hood and fixed my scuffed/scratched doors). I would recommend anyone and everyone to use JHCC.

Zero stars. My car is still not fixed. They gaslight my husband when he points out the error. Telling him it's supposed to be like that. We have returned it everyday Tuesday thru Friday. It is still not fixed. They continue to try and say it is supposed to be the way they fixed it. We brought pictures proving otherwise. Still not fixed. And I'm pretty sure the dude was avoiding my husband Friday. The front dest lady seemed annoyed and the guy on the phone seemed clueless. If this was a task they could not do, it should have been sent elsewhere. They state they guarantee satisfaction but they do not up hold it. I know it will not be exactly they way it was before but to have it be visibly different to that extreme is unacceptable. At this point I would rather them put the damaged bumper back on, refund the money, and let me go to Gerber Collision and Glass- They fixed my husband's car and there is no trace of damage or that there ever was and he was t boned in his car. The damage was very extensive. I only went here because my insurance recommended it. I will be sure to notify my insurance company. My truck is not fixed. They have had 4 opportunities to correct and now it just seems we are inconveniencing them with a vehicle that is still not fixed. Would not recommend this place to a person I don't like.

This shop is awful in communication. I was approved to get my car repaired by April 12th and had taken my car into this shop in February to get the quote and let them get with my coverage. However, I called several times and emailed items the shop asked from me and I was never able to set-up a date to get the repair. Even after I received confirmation that my coverage approved the repair quote from this center. The employees seemed uninterested in my time or my repair. NOW it is past the time for my coverage to pay for my repair and I am left with damage to my vehicle. Thanks for wasting my valuable time.

I had gone to the "big boys" to get an estimate only to be told I would have to wait 3 weeks to get an estimate, and then no idea as to when the work would be done or how long it would take. There reply to my question was " we have over 200 vehicles here". I left and went to Joe Hudson's Collision Center--was seen immediately and was given a good estimate on when they thought the parts would come, and how long it would take to do the work. They did the work faster than promised and the work was excellent and my vehicle was returned very clean. Very happy with all aspects of the process

I was funneled to Hudson when filing a claim with my insurance because they were close to my home. It was a great choice anyway. They were a nice team who made the process easy for me. The repair was perfect, like it never happened. These guys did an incredible job with my wrecked vehicle. They're very professional. They go above and beyond your expectations. I was of course, very frustrated and aggravated having had by car wrecked, and it looks better now, then it has in many, many years. They cleaned it inside and out and fixed all th damage. They are professionals in every way. Thanks, guys, blessings!

This place is a joke. If you are a women, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! They treat you like you don't know what you are talking about. The staff is extremely rude. They try to get out of their "warranty". Sure, they can get you in fast but that's because NO ONE wants to have their car "fixed" there. I now have a wire issue & had to replace my battery because there is a wire that isn't grounded -which is due to a rear light/turn signal wasn't hooked back up properly. Don't worry my lawyer is handling this.

The car business is one that I hate to deal with from sales to service. This does not exclude body shops. I took my wife s car in for a repair. For a front end. These guys were great. Kept us informed, got the car back early and they even detailed the entire car, it looks like a brand new car. Professional and returned a car beyond my expectationsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my bumper fixed firat rime they had did a decent good jon second time they had not. The quality was horindus i had people who know nothing about cars pointing out the flaws in there work too them almost a month in order to complete my bumper and i still pointes out mistakes

Extremely satisfied with my repair and the staff. I was able to get a quote for the repair on my Nissan Rogue the day after I called and they were ready to start work three days later. I received updates via email throughout the process and my car was even ready a day early. They returned my car cleaned inside and out. Such an easy process.

I had an insurance claim and my insurance company suggested I use Joe Hudson, out of convenience because they had adjusters on site, and said it would be fast and easy. Unfortunately, Joe's Collision outsourced my claim because it was to replace a catalytic converter, no body work needed. My experience wasn't the best with the outsourcing, however, Douglas and Asia at Joe's listened when I called to air my grievances, and went above and beyond to make it right. Good customer service isn't a right anymore, and I was extremely happy that they treated me with respect, and worked with my insurance. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center.

We had a house fire, and the back passenger side of my vehicle was melted sitting in the garage. Literally, melted. I also had my windows down and the interior was covered in smoke and soot. Joe Hudson s did an amazing job of returning my car to perfect condition. It hasn t looked this good or been this clean since it rolled off the line. Everyone there, especially Nick and the front office staff, were equally amazing to deal with. Prompt. Informative. Helpful. Professional. Not enough positive adjectives to describe them or the service they provided. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very easy to work with for collision repair. They keep you informed and are on-time with their repair estimates. Our insurance company seems to be very agreeable with the use of this company for collision repair. The quality of work appears to be very good. They will leave your car cleaner than when you dropped it off or had it towed there. We have had multiple repairs on multiple cars there over the years and will return if needed.

had a fender bender, no big deal, St Matthews Collision Center was so kind and flexible with my repair scheduling. The email updates are awesome and on point. My car was ready in less that two days and it was spotless inside and out. They even put a card inside of my vehicle to thank me for being a customer, super sweet. Thank you for giving new life to my car

I need body work on my car and just happen to be driving by Joe Hudson's so I stop and scheduled an appointment. Other body shops said it would be weeks before they could get me in, but Joe's got me in the next week.They did an excellent job so much so that I scheduled again for more body work. The staff is courteous and Ed and Nick were awesome! This will be my go to body shop.

I've taken 3 cars here over the last 20 or so years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Having a wrecked car is a horrible experience, but there is never a doubt in my mind where that car is going. Professional, skilled, organized, informative, and on schedule. I have yet to be anything but 100% satisfied. No easy feat, in the auto body repair business.
