Joe was extremely helpful in getting me a car when I needed it most. He made sure everything was working, let me test drive it and was on top of communication with me about it. He also gave me multiple tips on how to make my car last longer. He was very honest about everything. Trust me he will sell you a reliable car! Highly recommend!

I bought my daughters first car from Joe. She's headed to college and we needed something reliable, nice looking and SAFE! Joe was impeccable! He was honest and thorough with the inspection of the car and made sure the car would be a good fit for her. We decided on a 2014 Chevy Equinox and she loves it! The car has no issues. Joe is unlike any car salesman I've experienced. You are in good hands with him!

Let me tell y'all something about Joe. My family has been without a vehicle for almost a year. We honestly walked in terrified but this man was HONEST. He didn't have the vehicle we were looking for at the moment but literally went to work on it after we left the lot and called my husband back not even a few hours later to let us know he fixed the sensor and the car could be sold. We drove off the lot with good tires, new brakes, a 4 month oil change and smiling children. Thank you Joe. You deserve more than five stars. 10/10 Highly Recommend! Oh.. and he's on Carfax as well

Joe is that rarest of things, an honest car salesman. He s an independent businessman who knows that his reputation is everything. That said, he is good people.I bought a wonderful Lexus from him for a great price and he was able to get me a warranty that let me drive away in peace. He even still talks to me about how the car is doing. I trust this guy and his eye for cars, he won t steer you wrong.I can t wait to go see his new location on Frankfort Avenue!

I just purchased a vehicle from Joe's Auto Sales and was a great experience. I was able to test drive the car and it ran well. The pricing was fair and the dealer was knowledgeable about the vehicle. The dealer also was very reliable and respectful. Overall, I would recommend this dealer as a place to definitely put on your list of places to go if you're looking for a vehicle.

Joe is amazing, really knows his stuff and doesn t hide anything at all about his vehicles. If theres an issue with the title, he puts it in the description. He also doesn t charge any dealership fees and is very easygoing to negotiate with. He even offered me help for basic repairs if I needed it even though I didn t buy the warranty he offers. Any car you are interested in buying with him is completely worth a look, you won t be disappointed

Our entire car purchase experience was outstanding..!! We were coming from Indianapolis..Joe's willingness to send additional photos and answer questions was beyond our expectations. Vehicle was as described - if not better. Would definitely deal with Joe on future vehicles.

Great experience! Quick and honest communication, I bought a 2004 Honda accord that seemed to good to be true online, but turned out be an amazing car for a great price. Great service even weeks after purchase.

I came here after looking at 4-5 other car lots in Louisville. I was specifically looking for a vehicle that is spacious as my family includes four kids, and my partner and I. Joe had a nice 2015 Buick Enclave. I got it for a very good price and he wasn t pushing for me to get the car, he was very honest, and answered all the questions I had. I m so glad I did my car purchase here, I highly recommend checking him out if you re looking to buy a car.

This review is long over due!! I found this car and bought it within the same day. It rides great and he was very transparent about everything. Also a huge people person and won t just talk strictly about the sale of the car. Super friendly and super fast. He made this process very quick and very easy!!

Joe sold me an incredible 2014 Toyota hybrid for a very reasonable price. Joe seems to be a very honest, sensible guy, not a pushy salesman. I love my car and feel very confident that it will last me quite a while. I highly recommend Joe s Auto Sales!

Only went to him because of his google reviews! He did not disappoint!!! He s everything they said about him! If there were more Joes in the world it would be a better place. He s honest, laid back, humble, kind, and reasonable in price! We have been looking for almost a year and found exactly what we were looking for at his lot! I don't think it's possible to have a better experience buying a used car from a dealer. Joe was a pleasure to deal with all they way from contacting him on Facebook marketplace to signing the papers in his office. The smoothest and easiest car buying experience both my wife and I have ever had. The car we purchased was exactly as described and Joe was completely forthcoming with the car's history. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again

One thing I value above a good product is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE...and Joe displayed that from the time we met to wrapping up the purchase! The car stood out by price, mileage, and condition among many others. Joe was honest, had integrity, and was great to work with through it all. My previous car was totalled; still a sore spot. The experience of purchasing this car with Joe made things a lot better

Joe is providing a costumer service that you don t see anywhere else in the used car market. He went above and beyond to make sure i get the car i liked. I wasn t able to register a car as an international student with no US identification yet he guided me through the process and waited two weeks for me to get my identification so i can register the car. I am kinda good with cars and i can confirm that he has the best car in the market for every price category. I have recommended a lot of my friends to come and check his car inventory cuz he is the real deal. I recommend everyone to just call him and see what he got to offer and you won t be disappointed.Thank you joe!

NOT a typical used car dealer. I would give six stars if I could. Joe is knowledgeable to the point of being a car geek. The cars he sells are mechanically in great shape and a hell of a value. I bought a car with high mileage that runs fantastic. I couldn't be happier. I will be back when it is time for my next car.

I found one of Joe's cars on the internet. The CarFax looked great, so I decided I wanted to check it out. I called him on the phone and he agreed to meet with me later that day. We met him at his lot and I was skeptical of how genuine and cool he was. I am someone who feels overwhelmed when buying a car, but he somehow made me feel safe. I trusted his unassuming demeanor.After test driving the car and bombarding Joe with questions, I knew it was safe to purchase the car. So far, the car has been reliable and a joy to drive. I will be sure to update this review if an issue comes up, and especially if there is any resistance to the repair process since we also elected to purchase the warranty through Joe. Until then, you can know you are safe when you need a set of wheels from this dude.

I bought a 2009 hybrid civic at a spectacular price for its mileage and condition. Joe was very honest and authentic, which is uncommon for a sales person in my experience. He really takes cares of the cars before he sells them, and he won t lie to you about what condition they re in. I also appreciate that he cares a lot more about the functionality of the vehicle than he does about cosmetic defects. Other places often only fix cosmetic stuff to make the car seem like it s in better shape and then charge a higher price. Not Joe!

An awesome and a genuine used car dealership you could find in Louisville. I am a student from a different country and when I was looking to buy a car I was very confused as I know nothing about the used car market and also the fact that there are dealers that try to hide the flaws in the cars they're selling and you end up paying more. But Joe's Auto Sales is different, they're genuine and keep everything transparent when it comes to selling a vehicle and most of their used vehicles are single person owned vehicles. They do the business not just for the profit, they also want to gain customer trust which is a good thing for someone like me. Overall I highly recommend Joe's Auto Sales if you're looking to buy a used car.

If you want a car Joes Auto Sales is the place to go. I got a decent little car for a great price and not to many miles on the clock. On top of that the customer service is excellent. Stop by and he will hook you up.

I bought a 2007 Honda Accord from Joe in October, for my son. I usually hate dealing with car salesman for the usual reasons, but I had read some of his reviews and it seemed like maybe he was actually a good guy who was honest and could be trusted (I apologize to all the nice and honest car salesmen of the world for my over-generalization, I m sure there are a handful of you out there). Joe is one of the least car salesman-y person I have ever met! Just after one phone conversation, I felt completely comfortable and knew I was going to buy my car from him. You just get a vibe from people, you know? I can t even tell you how great he was to deal with! After having the car looked at by my own mechanic, he went so far and above what any person selling a car would ever go that I don t think they will let me write that many words here! Any time I am in the market for a used car, I will 100% buy from him!
