I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with Jim's Body Shop. They got my car in quickly and did the repairs in just over a week. The results were beautiful. I could not be more impressed with Jim s Body Shop! My family has used them for years, but this was the first time I ve needed body work on a car after a rear end accident. From the estimate to the repair, it is obvious a great amount of attention and detail goes into each car they work on. All of the staff was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I will ALWAYS bring my cars to Jim s, and I am so grateful for their work. My car looks better than brand new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car was recently stolen and banged up pretty bad. Needed about $6500 worth of repair done to it. Got a recommendation to bring it here which i did. They were quick, kept me up to date every week on where they were with the repairs and took extremely good care of my car. They were sympathetic and the staff was incredibly personable. I can't recommend this place enough, you guys were amazing!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had someone hit the back of my Ram Truck and damaged the lift gate and rear bumper. As I had used this company a few times with my children and their vehicles it was easy to use Jim's. They stated that the damage would take 3 or 4 days to repair these two items. Today I picked up the truck and everything was perfect. No sign of the damage and the truck looks brand new. I highly recommend this company if your vehicle needs repairs. They are good on their word and professional on fixing the damage. In all of my years working with auto repair companies this one is by far the best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After five estimates obtained elsewhere, I was struggling to decide which shop to use. The damage to my car was not severe, but the estimates varied greatly in terms of scope and cost. I finally described my hesitance with a friend that recommended Jim's. Thank you! Everyone I encountered at Jim's was courteous and professional. Information about the repair was explained thoroughly. The estimate did not have any questionable repairs, and made sense. The timing of the work was exactly as scheduled. The repair and paint match were excellent. There were no surprises in any way. This shop performs at a level that all other shops should aspire to!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit on the highway and when it came time to pick a repair shop, Jim's Auto Body came up on the list for estimates via the insurance company.I went with them based on the positive reviews I saw and I'm very happy that I did. They're very professional, helpful, and friendly.The fact that they take great pride in a top quality job is very evident in the end result.The area looks perfect, the paint job is pretty much the exact shade, and you can't even tell there was damage to it in the first place. So here's yet another well deserved positive review for Jim's Body Shop.

Both my partner and I have used Jim's for years and gotten honest, professional work. I had an accident several years ago and an issue surfaced recently. I went back and spoke with Mark - he was very quick to make it right. Knowing the shop was trustworthy, I stopped by this week after my bumper had come loose (unrelated to the accident). They were great about it. Looked at it, quickly diagnosed the issue and reattached it free of charge. Great shop!

I regret taking my truck to this shop. I hit a guard rail, so I needed my entire driver side replaced. From taillight to headlight. The work they did looks good. But they have been very hard to deal with.When I got there, everyone was very nice and friendly. I was excited to have them do the work. They had my truck for almost 4 weeks. When I got it back, there was bondo dust all over the inside of my cab and all over my truck bed and a tool box that I had in the bed. They didn't even bother spraying out the bed. Very disappointing.Then I quickly realized that my passenger side window didn't work. It worked before I gave it to them. I also realized that my left turning signal worked fine, but when I put on the brakes, it blinked rapidly. When I go to look at the bulb, all 3 of my bulbs are lit up and blinking, including my reverse lights.I have taken it back to their shop 3 or 4 times now to have them fix it, but they always send me away with an idea that it's not their fault. I do not recommend going to this body shop.I forgot to mention that I finally got another mechanic (Byrnes Garage) to fix these electrical problems I was having and it cost over $600. Thanks Jim's Body Shop.

I had a bumper replaced there. When they put the bumper back on, they crossed some wires, which caused my dashboard lights to turn off every time I hit the brakes. I called them and they said it couldn't possibly be related to the repair job. I then took it to Bog O, the place I usually go for mechanical work. They had it fixed within 5 minutes at no charge and told me that the problem was the fact that they had crossed some wires when replacing the bumper. Also, when they replaced the bumper, they removed the model number and never replaced it. On top of that, the manager is sexist and makes condescending comments towards women. I will definitely not be back.

Jim's has done body work on both of my son's cars, in fact, unfortunately, they have done work on my older son's car multiple times. Each repair has been well done and the cars were returned looking and driving as if never involved in an accident. 5 stars on my end.

I had the inside driver door handle break off. I figured it would take a couple of weeks to get it fixed. Two days after I first took it in they had the part and it was fixed. Great people!

This place is always my first choice when I need auto body work. When they cannot help, they will refer you to someone who might be able to solve the problem, as they recently did with me. Honest and reliable, competitive pricing.

These people were awesome! Easy, quick and fair estimate. Work done on time and with very high quality. Super nice and professional. Highly recommend them for jobs big or small.

Had them do some non-insurance work on my car... I really regret taking it here. The repair is very noticeable, and after getting the vehicle home, I noticed they had scratched my car in several spots, and someone managed to break my passenger side visor. If you care about your car, Avoid this place at all costs.

Mid to moderate price range for services performed. After body damage repairs were completed there were scratches that were very noticeable and not repaired even though this damage was quoted in original estimate.

Best body shop in town, hands down. Mark won't let you leave until you are satisfied.
