Got oil change excellent customer service, got oil change on 1-20-24 drove to St Louis then to Florida, noticed leak in drive, added oil then drove back home, noticed a small leak then added oil , and today went to drive noticed a larger oil puddle, 2 quarts low added oil, and took to nearest repair shop, they put on rack and found oil filter hand tight, really loose! Technician said apparently they didn t torque the filter! Bought new filter and had it torqued. Cleaned and no leaks! It could have been bad, as I was to leave for Missouri today! Please watch and make sure the tighten your filter to specifications!!! What s really strange is while getting my oil changed at this location the car next to me drove out and left a stream of oil as I was setting there! They chased the guy down and brought him back and found his oil filter was not on right!! I guess that should have been a sign!

I m 43 years old and have been using oil change companies since I started driving. This jiffy lube will have all of my business moving forward. The guys took such great care of me an my truck. They immediately checked on concerns I had and did not try to force sell me anything. Wish I had more words to describe how good this place was today! The mechanics and technicians at this Jiffy Lube went above and beyond and ultimately kept my family from a very dangerous situation. A different mechanic improperly installed brakes on our car, leading to a missing caliper bolt. When my car began making noise, the mechanics took a lot of time to locate the problem, even though the noise wasn't as noticeable while I was at Jiffy Lube. These employees treated me like a good friend with a potentially catastrophic car issue. They were compassionate, especially once I recognized the severity of the situation and my anxiety began to rise. They have a customer for life. If you want your windows cleaned to a crystal shine, find a good car wash. If you want your car and its occupants looked after, come to this Jiffy Lube.

My recent visit to Jiffy Lube left me thoroughly impressed. The staff was not only exceptionally helpful and friendly but also went the extra mile in providing complimentary services, including a thorough car vacuuming. They efficiently handled the oil and oil filter change, topped up my tire pressure, and conducted a comprehensive vehicle inspection. The added bonus of a $15 discount was a pleasant surprise. The meticulous work and attention to detail at Jiffy Lube have won me over, and I'll definitely be returning for future services. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know. My new tire went flat after a week of getting it (at a different Jiffy Lube location), so I went the to Jiffy Lube on Jefferson Blvd & they didn t charge me a thing. I believe there was a warranty & they lived up to it and told me they d take care of me. They were super helpful, extremely pleasant & even put air in my spare tire free of charge as well. 11/10 service, HIGHLY recommend!Service: Tires

With that being said, I would like to let you guys know that Jiffy lube multicare is where to go, and get your car inspection done very quickly. I am not done yet! They are so kind. Gave me great service with added friendliness they didn t have too.Had to get air in my tire. They provide this if you ve gotten oil changes with them. So worth it. Got tire repair today. Ive never been to a jiffy before, but they didn't disappoint me as a first time customer. They do a great job and were quick on the repair. Friendly staff and the lobby (and bathroom was very clean as well) is very clean, well put together, and comfortable. Good prices on services too. This place is definitely worth giving a visit to for your car needs. :)Service: Tires

Great experience. Had a slow leak in my tires, the guys couldn t find an obvious hole. They cleaned up the rim for me/ said that was the issue and fixed it all for free!

They did not check fluid, tires or wipers but noted that they did so. Also 100.00 for an oil change is absurd. I will go back to Valvoline for certain. We were running hot and pulled into the next parking lot. Jenna and Frank came over and found that we had a cracked radiator. Frank gave us an estimate and said he could have it replaced in about an hour! It took longer to get the part delivered than it did for them to put it in! This crew is awesome!! Been to this Jiffy Lube and it is one of the nicest, clean Jiffy Lubes I've taken my vehicles to. Would not hesitate to bring them by again. Kudos to the staff working there!

They didn't inspect any of my fluids. They did not clean my windows.They did not fill any of my fluids. All they did was change the oil. They did not change the air filter. They didn't check my windshield wipers. They just rushed me through. They acted like they didn't want to help me. I would never go there again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
