I believe my service technician was Gerald. He was amazing! Super friendly, kind, not pushy about recommendations, just explained them to me. I will definitely return to this location for future services. They got me on immediately, and I was on my way to work around 20 minutes later. Thanks, Gerald!!!

Definitely a five star experience. I was working directly with Gerald at this location and he was very friendly and efficient with the Uber inspection I needed. I highly recommend this location for anybody with a new or used vehicle.

I felt so comfortable, had a few good laughs really enjoyed all of your employees!!!! That's what keeps me coming back they even matched a coupon I had from Valvoline. I used to be a Valvoline customer but... Jiffy lube stole my heart, thank you all!!!!

The gentleman at the counter (sorry didn't get name) with red hair was very nice and respectful. The gentleman that came in and waited on me seemed displeased that I was there. Very rude. There was only one car in line in front of me. After an hour I left. I feel sorry for the redhead guy having to deal with such a horrible coworker. I overheard the employee complaining as well. Won't go back. I don't want someone working on my vehicle that acts like that.

I dealt with Donald specifically. I come there thinking I need an.oil change due to It being well over a year since my last one and several people telling me it should be changed even though I still have not reached the mileage. So I let Donald know that I needed a oil change and before I could ask him what the oil looked like. He came back to me quickly and stated that my oil looked good, and since it was like 3500 more miles till technically my next oil change I really did not need one and he could just top everything off. THAT'S HONESTY RIGHT THERE. I just knew they were going to do the oil change no matter what and say it was bad when it wasn't but Donald did not hesitate to be completely honest. So I left there topped off,no money out of my pocket and more informed about how oil works and things of that nature that he was nice enough to explain to me. Very happy customer! Of course I will be back!

The best service in Louisville. I really appreciate their honesty and never making me feel taken advantage of. I feel comfortable and confident in the service they provide. The Radcliff location had great service as well!

These guys are people of God. I have my uber inspection done here for free of charge. It took less 20 minutes to get it done. Good job guys

Had a full synthetic oil change with a new filter. After receiving my receipt I noticed that they marked the wiper blades had been checked when in fact they did not check them. They also checked that they completed washing the exterior glass of my car. They did not clean the exterior glass of my car. They lied on the receipt stating that they had completed certain tasks when in fact they didn't do any of these things. Makes me wonder what other services or materials they didn't use but charged me for, like the full synthetic oil. Makes me wonder if they actually put in standard oil but charged me for full synthetic oil. If they're willing to be dishonest about two things who's to say they wouldn't be dishonest about the kind of oil they charge you for. Needless to say Jiffy Lube has lost a customer! I will not be taken advantage of!

Being a female, I do not always trust that when I go into an automotive place that I am going to be treated fairly & honestly. I do not feel that way when I go to Jiffy Lube on Dixie Hwy in Louisville, KY. They always show me what they are doing to my car, & if something does not need to be done just yet but in the future, they will tell me so. They are friendly & will even joke with me & treat me with respect. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

Had a wonderfully pleasant experience at jiffy lube this afternoon. I hadn t planned on it, but passed by on my way from lunch and decided to take care of my oil light that popped on last week. They were kind, professional, and efficient I think the whole process was over within maybe 15 minutes. I only carry cash on me and having not planned to stop, I only had about 250 on me. while I needed a few more things (my car is getting up there in miles ) the man who talked to me let me know everything I could do within my set price range which I appreciated, and he gave me the figure so I can plan for future maintenance. The technicians were: James L, Kendle D, Keenlend G, and I think the man who swooped in and remembered to reset my oil light shirt said Michael? Not sure, but his coworkers referred to him as tank. I felt comfortable, they weren t trying to oversell me things just bc I didn t seem knowledgeable, and I appreciated their effort to explain things without using jargon that would ve went over my head. I would absolutely recommend this jiffy lube, and I plan to go back to get my break pads replaced by them soon.

The fee seemed to be rather reasonable for the services that I received. And I never felt any pressure from the staff, to get me to buy more than I needed. I went to have oil/filter change and to ask questions about other services. I was assisted by Gerald and Donald. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and took their time to help me. The service on my car which included cabin filter was completed in timely manner and cost effective for me. I will be setting up other services due to much better rates than dealership and other competitors. Very much recommend Jiffy Lube Dixie Hwy PRP business.

The gentleman at the dixie location are awesome! Donald, James and Cody! My windshield was cleaned, they gave my daughter a popsicle, offered me a bottle of water and answered all of my questions.
