I got an oil change and 4 new needed tires. Lacy B. in the service department is always helpful and truly a pleasure. She is always on top of the work I get done here. I always bring my Nissans back to this service department. Everyone here does a great job for me. I have bought or traded up many cars over the years from this dealership and have always been happy.

Just last week I applied for a 200 credit card and got declined. Yesterday, Lexy and her team got me approved for a 2020 Nissan with zero down!!! The whole process was done in just a few hours of texts while I was at work. Lexy even picked me up from my job and took me to the lot to finalize all the paperwork. Complete miracle workers with the very best customer service around. You think you won't be approved?? Call and talk to Lexy and you will probably be surprised.

1 Star because I can't give zero. They've had my car for 3 WEEKS! And the repair is both bumpers - it's not like it's totaled. At every promised completion date it's not ready (and there have been 3). This time It was promised on Tuesday of this week. I was to be out of town until Friday so I told them to take their time and I'd get it Friday morning. The reply was, "thank you so much, we'll have it ready first thing Friday morning." I arrived Friday MIDDAY and was told, "It's getting finished right now and will be ready by the end of the day." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! No communication about this delay, no professional usage of the extra time my schedule afforded them, nothing but excuses that "the repair was hard." NEVER AGAIN, NEVER EVER AGAIN! It's one level of frustration that the car AGAIN isn't ready it's yet another level of frustration that NOBODY CALLED ME ABOUT IT. (I've been working with Todd Osborne and he simply does not communicate.) It wasn't until I was standing in the shop today that I was told, gee, it's still not ready. I haven't even seen the repair yet. I hope and pray that it's done correctly so my association with this place can be over for good.

Purchased my new pre-owned Sentra this past Saturday morning, and unfortunately it had a faulty TPMS sensor because the low tire pressure light stays on. They assured me that the tires are good and fine, and that the sensor just needs to be replaced. My salesman told me to take it up to the service center Monday morning to have it fixed. They told me they were extremely busy and that it would take all day to repair, even though it's just a sensor. So they scheduled me the next available appointment which is 2 weeks away on Oct 27th smh. Shouldn't have to wait that long, when they sold me a vehicle with a bad sensor! Wow.Service: Electrical

Came to get a bumper repaired. Service was super fast, and when we came to pick up the car I thought they had installed a brand new bumper. Flawless work, the vehicle was cleaned with tires shined, and the inside was kept nice. I know where to go for any other body work. Someone over there really knows what they were doing.

Took my Nissan Titan to get worked on and they kept it for a week and did not fix anything. They never charged me, but after a week they told me it would be trial and error which would cost a fortune. Took it to a local shop that fixed everything within 24 hours. I had a terrible time trying to get them on the phone. I just had a very bad experience.

Worked on my van after I was rear ended. Did the bare minimum to fix problems. Made excuses for not doing repairs when I dropped it off. Wires were hanging down from the rear of the van by the time I got home. They are an Allstate repair center but there are other Allstate shops in Louisville that you should check out.

I had to bring my mini van back to them a second time to get it fixed. They were very fast, polite, and didn't even charge me to fix it.

Covid impacting service. They don't do a good job of answering the phone and they are not stocking a lot of parts. You have to be patient
