Called same day on a Monday to check to see if a tire had a nail or small leak. They were able to accommodate me and I made it in within the hour of calling in. Not only did they fix the tire but checked the other three to make sure they were good as well. Love this Service Department! Keep up the great work!

The repair shop was amazing and took great care of me! They covered the tax for my repair and everything! I wish I could give 9.5 of 10! The only thing holding me back was that I spent a total of 5 hours on site and they don't offer a shuttle service like the previous dealership I use.Shout out to Sean for taking care of me

Almost perfect! Great staff, Jeff Wessling and the technicians were friendly and grateful for their time. I have no complaints with the service. My concern was the website. I was unable to schedule a Saturday appointment because they re grayed out. I had to make a call. I even tried the chat feature to make an appointment, no luck there too. Please have someone anatomize these features. If these issues have been addressed then you ll deserve a five (5) star rating. Thank you for your time reading it.

I ve been a while or customer since 2015. I ve been using their service department consistently since then, and they are one of the best service departments I ve ever dealt with. They give you an appointment based on availability that works for you and they re always on time and willing to work with you. I highly recommend Wyler and their service department, Sean did a great job the other day on my car, no issues whatsoever.

Jack did a fantastic job making sure our Honda Odyssey was taken care of at the best price possible. This was our first time here and we were thoroughly impressed. The technicians did a great job informing of issues to address without pushing other maintenance that wasn't required. Thanks for taking care of us today!

I went in for a recall notice. They were very courteous, quick and thorough. They didn't try to sell me any services that I told them I didn't need. Very satisfied and definitely would go back if I needed Honda service.

If you are looking for a car, used or new, don t look nowhere, but at Jeff Wyler auto group in Dixie Highway and look for JEFF R (Best sales agent ) He went above and beyond I highly recommend him !!! Can t say enough very exceptional service. Service Tech who greeted me when I came in was super friendly and courteous. My service was completed in a timely manner and they were also able to catch a couple service issues and brought them to my attention. I was not pressured in any way. Customer Service waiting lounge was top notch.

I always feel that I have been treated fairly and my concerns heard and validated. The service personnel anre exceptional, especially Jack. They explain everything well and never try to pressure me into something I don t need or want. I absolutely love bringing my CRV in to get service.

The service I received and continually receive at Jeff Wyler Honda is top notch. Brandon Jefferson is who I usually deal with and he always shows the utmost respect and concern for all my cars needs. Him and everyone that works in the service department are phenomenal people and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Service was excellent. My first time there and felt at home! Definitely recommend for anyone in need of service for their Honda! I m terrible with names but I think it was Jordan who helped me today! 5 stars!

The oil change, lube, rotation and multi point inspection was performed with very little wait time. Service Advisor John Wessling was very friendly, informative answering all questions and concerns. 5 stars

jack from the service department was great, got my car taken care of quickly! i had my 6 month old daughter with me in her stroller, jack opened every door for me! was very polite, drove my car back into the garage area so i could get my daughter into the car in the warmth! i was only there for an hour, i appreciate how quickly they got the work done!

Staff was courteous, professional, and even answered all of my questions. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and performed a multi-point inspection in record time! I was certainly impressed with the service I received earlier today.

Went in for warranty replacement of DRLLED strip. Not expecting replacement today as part would have to be ordered. Pleasantly surprised when Jack told me they had the replacement part in stock and they could install it right then!Of course I said yes and got the job done.So appreciative of the service I received!
