I purchased a Honda CRV Sport Hybrid from Jeff Wyler Honda on Dixie and absolutely love it. My sales rep Ivan was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend you asking for him. I have bought many new vehicles in my life and this was the only time I have ever done so and felt like I received an honest price. Don't hesitate by your next car from Jeff Wyler Honda and make sure you ask for Ivan.

I had an amazing experience at Jeff Wyler Honda in Louisville. I just got a new Honda Accord Hybrid Sport-L. Shawn was my salesman and he got the best deal for me, and he was honest right from the start. The best part besides getting the car is I felt zero pressure while there. That s one of the things I look for when going to dealerships. I felt comfortable and the process went smoothly. Thanks Shawn and Jeff Wyler!

Ivan was a great salesman. He took his time with me to find exactly what I needed. And worked very hard to get me an honest fair trade in price. I highly recommend him. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Dixie Highway location . I worked with Jeff and Tony and they was very helpful. This location did not have the color of the make and model of vehicle I wanted . However , they did go all out for me and a few days later called me to let me know they was able to find one for me . I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic EX in the color I requested. They was also able to get the payment reasonably close to what I expected . They did everything possible to make me a happy customer. I will recommend to friends and family . Thank you Jeff and Tony for the wonderful service .

Blake and the staff at Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall were very courteous and polite. Went above and beyond expectations to make my wife and my experience very easy and comforting. They detailed my wife's new car and put a bow on it for her to make her fill special. The little things that the staff did made our experience so much more comforting, that we weren't being pressured to buy a car. Thank you to all the staff at Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall

Shawn Smith was exceptional to work with. I have to say I was skeptical to walk into a Jeff Wyler dealership from all the things I read but they couldn t be further from the truth with Shawn. He treated me with the utmost respect and honesty during the time I was there. I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda and Shawn Smith!

I honestly can t say enough good things about this place or even more so my salesman Shawn Smith.. My lease was almost up and I had to either trade it in or lose my equity I had built up in it. Shawn is actually the same one who got me into my lease three years ago. He was absolutely amazing! I never felt pressured into anything and trusted him completely! I honestly didn t think they would be able to get me into another car but they did I had been stressing so much about getting another car but they made it happen and I couldn t be happier! If you re looking for a car and don t want to go thru the pressures of the normal car buying process I urge you to go see Shawn!!! He is amazing! I hope he s there when my lease is up again because I ll definitely be back!

I went to Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall to look for a new SUV, but I left with so much more. I ended up leaving with my new SUV, complete happiness, and a new friend. Kay, our saleswoman, was incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. She was incredibly personable, honest, and genuinely wanted to give me a fantastic experience. Even after the buying process, Kay continues to contact me and ask if I have any questions and how I m loving my new vehicle. I highly recommend Kay for all of your car buying needs!

Jeffery is the best! I walked in for a test drive and left with my dream car at the right price. Everyone I worked with during my time at Jeff Wyler Honda was so nice. This was the first time I ve purchased a car directly from a dealership and it couldn t have gone better. My family who was with me were constantly included, taken care of, and treated like family. There was a charger missing from my car I noticed before I left and they went above and beyond to order that charger and even offered for me to charge my car there for free until my charger came in. I appreciate you Jeffery and the Jeff Wyler Honda dealership team this will be a memory that will last a lifetime!

I bought a 2013 Honda Accord from this dealership Back on 07/15/2022. I bought the car with cash for 15k, after tax it was 17k. a few months later I felt like something was wrong with the car so i took it to their auto shop but said they couldn't fund a problem. Today 3/30/2024 My Head Gasket Has Blown. Dont Buy From This Dealership. Extremely overpriced, After they get your money they could care less about your problems. Ill never buy from this place again.

We went to look! I am disabled and needed a larger car than our Yaris. We looked at the CR-V in the showroom but didn t have what we wanted. Marco brought up a EX trim that had everything we wanted. We took it for a test drive and it was very comfortable to me and rode great. When we got back Marco also showed us the SUV on each side of the CR-V. One was smaller and the other larger. We stayed at the CR-V EX. They had already gave us a good price for our car. I got a great price and even got a better price than expected. Had a problem with the title but Trey was able to talk to my old finance company and get that resolved and now we have a vehicle that suits our needs. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone that wants a new car. Marco my salesman and Trey the sales manager were great. Finance made quick work of getting me a great rate with Honda and the payments where we needed them.

Best car buying experience I have ever had.. from josh taking the time and answering a couple questions I had (sorry I couldn't wait another week for you to be on the floor) Marco with the initial contact and scheduling me to come in and see inventory after expressing interest in the vehicle online. last but certainly not least Blake who was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to make a deal with wasn't too pushy and let me make a decision pressure free I will definatly be back if I need to purchase another vehicle thank you everyone!!

I totally recommend Jeff Wyler Honda, I was first contacted by Barry Fox with a very competitive offer on my vehicle which was over the KBB offer. When I actually came to the dealership everyone so nice and knowledgeable and patient with me. The general manager Ryne explained all the financing options very simply and made sure I had the right information to make an informed decision. I couldn t ask for a better more patient salesman than Ismael Reyes, he hung in there with me. Did not pressure me at all and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I will only be using Jeff Wyler for my future vehicle purchases.
