The service department rates five star but sales were far less. My sales person was very nice and easy to work with but was limited by their sales manager at the time. I was looking to purchase a 2024 loaner vehicle with close to 7,000 miles on it. When I inquired about the price I was told the MSRP sticker price. Instead I found a late model 2022 that was fully loaded (the other vehicle was nicely equipped but not fully loaded) with less than 10,000 miles for a great price. I am not one to haggle price so I cannot recommend Jaguar of Louisville for sales. HOWEVER! Jaguar of Louisville service is top notch. I have my new to me 2022 Jaguar that was purchased out of State serviced at Jaguar of Louisville and I felt welcome and truly appreciated. I was given a loaner for the day and all on short notice. Benjamin Berry my service manager for this service was exceptional.

This dealership offers outstanding customer service. Over the years I have mainly dealt with Chad and Dylan and they go above and beyond to help whenever needed. Louisville is quite far from where I live, but I am a repeat customer because of their exceptional service! Highly recommend!

They for my car in quickly and were very clear about what services they would be providing and what the cost would be. If you buy a Jaguar, don't bother going anywhere else. Service members were all very polite and efficient.

Communication and customer service was very good this time. The issue with my car did not replicate itself while in the shop, the technicians tested it on numerous occasions and drove it for a number of miles and the car worked fine. I picked it up today. I was grateful for a loaner car while they tested my car for the problem.

GREAT experience. Barry and his crew were able to diagnose a fault code problem on my Jaguar F-Type, that other Jaguar dealerships were never able to figure out. Communication was fantastic and Barry helped with delivery after repairs, knowing that I live 2.5 hours from the dealership. Yes, you do get what you pay for, but sometimes it's worth it. Great job, everyone!!

Jaguar of Louisville did a great job fixing a very complex internet connectivity issue with my Ftype. They had the car for over 5 weeks and, working back and forth with JLR corporate, managed to resolve the issue. They were super professional and courteous throughout and calmed me down as my patience began to wear thin. Great work by Erik Gregory, Nick Gosset, and Gordon Nettle! Thanks Guys.

Barry at Jaguar Service Department always takes great care of me. He always explains what s being done and why. He is proactive in servicing my Jaguar in order to save me unnecessary expense. Barry has a courtesy car or complimentary shuttle ready for me anytime that I need it.

We had an appointment, and the personnel at the dealership were ready for us at the schedule time. The staff was very professional, and did the maintenance service in a timely manner. They kept us updated and let us know immediately when the service was completed. Everyone we worked with were very friendly. The waiting area in the dealership was comfortable. We were very pleased with our experience.

I'm very pleased with my service. Casey kept me informed and updated on my vehicle. She was kind and professional. She offered shuttle service and apologized for an unforeseen delay in repair. Informed me of the type of service needed and cost shortly after the drop off. I will definitely bring my vehicle back if any other repairs are needed. Thank you.

Amazing customer service. For a random person calling frantically on a Saturday afternoon. Janice and Tyler were so kind and amazing in helping me with getting my car to their dealership. The amount of time Tyler spent helping me out I can not express how thankul I am. He went above and beyond in helping me with everything and took the time to check in with me after everything was done. Highly recommend! Very satisfied.

I told the service department my concerns and they got me in ASAP. And also provided a shuttle to allow me to pick up my vehicle when ready. Car was clean and ready to go. My experience was great. Everyone was also polite and courteous.

My service provider, Eric, was very pleasant, and made sure that I had the best experience. Ensured that I got a loaner car, especially because I am from Lexington that was a huge concern for me coming in. He was also able to make sure that I was alerted to any problems with the car. He made the most pertinent changes, and help me solve the problem I came for. He did all this while also ensuring that I was able to walk away with my car. And not have to come back to Louisville for another trip. He also gave me updates, anytime, anything was found, and made sure to ask me if it was OK before proceeding on certain things. I have another car brand at home, and every time I take it to the dealership they like to suggest 100 things, and add a $10,000 bill to it. So I really appreciate it not being pushed on me or bothering me about it And being asked before carrying out changes. I look forward to working with him and now I'm hopeful to purchase another vehicle with you all soon

Great job as always. I thought I had a oil leak under my left front tire, but every time I stopped and parked I didn't see it anymore, so the oil spill could already been there, when I drove in and stop. Thanks for all your hard work

Unhappy with my service, trying to get a hold of someone to tell me when do I need to change oil again! Do I have to change oil by mileage on label or go with the date on my next service! Very disappointing not being able to get this fixed!

Love my F-pace but detest scheduling service. The wait for an appointment is months out. Recently, we noticed spots of oil on garage floor from my car. Called, stated issue and informed next available appointment was in 2 months. Was transferred to service manager when I raised concern about safety and stability of driving kids to school and practices. Service manager basically said sorry but nothing we can do. He added they strive for great costumer service so I could drop the car off but not only were they fully booked, they were overbooked so it would likely be weeks before they could work in my car. Then he reminded me they were only certified Jaguar service center in the state. Really Jaguar?

Team member Karen S. worked closely with me to fit my five-year service appointment in before my original warranty expired. I was taken care of the minute I walked in, and the team provided updates throughout the morning on how the service was progressing. And the lounge area offered a quiet place for me to work. I took my 2020 FPace in for service on the 28th of November. My service representative was very helpful and pleasant. My service only took an hour and a half but instead of waiting I was able to take a shuttle to grab some breakfast. I definitely would recommend Jaguar of Louisville for any of your car needs.
