Employees were very nice, but absolutely do not go here if you're strapped for cash. I got charged almost $600 just to find out what all was wrong with my car. I also understand labor costs add a lot, but $3300 for parts that I can buy for like $140 is a little insane.They also didn't replace the part on my car they said got recalled, only gave it a protective coating.

I had a 1:30 appointment and I arrived at 1:20. Chauncey greeted me and received my car. I sat in the lounge and before I could get a good nap he advised me that my service was complete. I was in and out in 45 minutes and I m very satisfied

I had such a smooth process with getting a new car. I was quoted a price and the dealership came in under that price by a little bit. Derek and Carlos took extra care to make sure that all my questions were answered and that there was no uncertainty in the process. Easily the best experience I have had in a dealership. They will definitely be the first stop I make the next time I'm in the market!

Not sure if I mentioned the sales rep who helped me in my last review. His name is Josh "Jr" Rebugio and he is the bomb . The manager, Carlos Cifuentes is awesome as well. Both are great guys. Very helpful and lots of patience with me and all my questions. I never thought any Hyundai dealer could outbeat the awesome customer service at Willow Grove Hyundai in PA but you guys proved me wrong. Thank you both for making my experience A+.

Here s a picture of my car that I bought from HofL about a month ago at a mechanic shop.The dealership will not stand behind their vehicles. I would avoid buying used cars from these folks at all cost.By the way, many of these positive reviews are fake. They train their sales people to bug you until you finally post it. Thankfully, I decided to wait before posting anything.

This is the 2nd time I've had to go there since they been under new ownership and I am very proud to say that I am amazed. They got me in for service diagnosed the issue but I already knew because it happened before. They stated that they ordered the part and it would be in within 2 days and that it would take 2 hrs to fix. He was correct from the first day I took it in then he called said the part was in then the time he called and said my car was ready. Chauncey, the service man I was told had been out ill. I am so glad he is back he is wonderful I was leary about taking my car there because of some salesmen who no longer work there but Chauncey the service man got better and hooked me up just as he said. Great person great service

What an amazing experience! This is the third time I have visited Hyundai of Louisville and they do not disappoint! I want to thank Derek and Chris for being amazing and super friendly! There was no usual-car-salesman pressure, which I absolutely love. I was able to walk straight to the car I wanted and drive it off the lot the next day. So thankful! 10/10 would recommend!

My man Jon Courtney was great! I bought a 2022 Tucson from him and I don t think he could have taken better care of me and my family. He was very accommodating and friendly. He was great with my kid, very patient. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He found exactly what I wanted quickly. I got a great deal on my new (to me) car! I love the car very much. I highly recommend going to see Jon if you re on the market for a car.

I m just here to say that I just got my car towed to the Dixie location and left feeling very confident that SOMEONE will find out the issues with my Hyundai as the rep was awesome(Brian is the name I think.)I ve taken my car to both a professional mechanic AND transmission mechanic and neither could tell me what s wrong with my car. My check engine light hasn t kicked so no codes are throwing. I was ensured that one of their best techs will find the issue(s) and fix it. However, after reading all the negative comments regarding the services department I am now SICK to my stomach as now I do not have confidence in their techs. Damn, wish I had read the reviews 1st. I m almost 100% sure that my issues will not be resolved within the anticipated timeframe that they provided me today. I m trying to be hopeful but I feel as if I just made a huge mistake and will be out a car. Guess I ll start looking for a new cash car! Cannot wait to see what comes about. I will let you good folk know. I was given a date of 4/15 ! We shall see. I will be back for a final reviewEdit: so I called today to get an update on my car and The guy said that they could not find my car and that I was not in the system and they cannot find my car key!!!!! Basically, if I had not called my car would have never been serviced. It s going on three weeks since I ve dropped my car off!!!! I m soooo mad The only good reviews I see are the ones who come in and purchase a car. All of the reviews regarding the service is absolutely correct. I called multiple days. No answer got transferred multiple times as well. Smh How do you lose a whole car and my car key and then you say I m not in the system and that you ll have to call me back so that you can go locate my car!!!!!! Very frustrating

Went in for a simple Drive Belt change. They changed all belts which was fine but they put a bad compressor belt on which broke the same day. I take it back and they put another one on. i get my car back but the heat and air stopped working. I take it back and they said my compressor bearings are bad and they can fix it for about 800.0. My heat and air worked just fine before they serviced it and the compressor belt was operating just fine. I'm confident that if I had not taken my care there to get this done I would have heat and air in my vehicle like I had before they replaced the compressor belt with the wrong belt. They took no responsibility for anything, according to them all of this was pure conicidnece. These are the facts, make your own mind up about allowing a Hyundai 'Technician' service your vehicle or finding a capable mechanic.

Carlos,Carlos & Alijandro are who my husband and I worked with-they were the sweetest most genuine polite respectful people I ve ever dealt with in buying a vehicle and I ve bought a lot of vehicles in my time. I do want to add that EVERY employee in that place was super friendly and just nicely came up to talk to you. We loved that place even if we hadn t purchased a vehicle-they were great and very smooth purchase. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service!! We scheduled our car to be serviced on a Thursday and it was looked at the very next day. After the parts were ordered, the problem was corrected on Monday the following week. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Louisville to anyone.

I ordered a backup key fob in late September and paid upfront for the part. I was told it d need to be ordered and I d be contacted once it was on hand for install. I was never contacted and so I attempted to reach out to the dealership myself and was rerouted by their automated phone system several times before finally reaching a voicemail inbox. When they called back I found out the part has been on hand, which was really frustrating considering it s been 60+ days and I wasn t contacted. I finally got the fob installed today (12/4) and by the time I got home from the dealership, I already had a low battery warning alert for the new fob. I m displeased with the quality and timeliness of this seemingly simple service and given this isn t my first negative experience here, I plan to try the Oxmoor Hyundai location in the future should I require a dealership for maintenance support.

We had a great experience at Hyundai of Louisville. We were in the market for a used car for my son and when one popped up at this location we met with Eduardo to look at it. Eduardo was extremely professional and able to answer all questions. We decided on the spot to purchase the vehicle and have it shipped to us in Oklahoma. Eduardo and Carlos facilitated this. The only reason I am giving a 4/5 rating is the amount of dead time we spent waiting at the dealership to sign paperwork.

Took my Elantra in for the anti theft upgrade to the Hyundai on Dixie highway. Got an oil change at the same time. Nothing wrong with my car when I took it in. After I picked it up, the back windshield wiper didn't work and the tire inflation warning light came on, with four three month old new tires, and the indicator showed all 4 tires needing replaced. I called and they wanted $160 to put it on the computer!!! I'm a 67yr old disabled veteran, and nothing wrong with it when I took it in!! Called corporate, and they offered a $100 gift card, but I still had to put out $160 plus whatever they did to fix what THEY screwed up! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO DIXIE HWY HYUNDAI!!!So I took my car in for the free diagnostic to find out why the tire indicator stayed on and why the back wiper no longer works. Of course, they couldn't figure it out but wanted me to come back for a tech to look at it . Well I think it's just a way to get my car back in there so they can finally figure out what's wrong and then charge me for fixing it. I still say DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO DIXIE HWY HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP!!! They act like they want to help figure out what THEY did to my car, but still not fix it without charging an arm and a leg to a female veteran cause I'm a female! Not doing it!!!
