the guys here are very knowledgeable and very nice. prices are reasonable as well. even if i move hours away, i will continue to use them.i love chatting with them about the flaws of certain car brands too.

Stopped in on a FREEZING morning because my car was running hot and blowing cold air out of the vents and I was concerned it was going to overheat. A gentleman looked at my car IMMEDIATELY and filled it with coolant at no charge (I did tip him for his service). THEN my key fob battery died and they replaced that too! So friendly and professional will def. go back for any repair needs I may have in the future.

I had a great experience using Harrods Creek Auto on LaGrange for an auto repair that included brake work and a few other things (old cars, you know). My car is running fine now, and the customer service there was excellent, too. Ask for Tim, the manager. I know from experience he goes the extra mile. I don't know much about car repair, but Tim took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me several options that would fit my budget. He made sure I got a tow when my vehicle failed, and even made arrangements to get me home safely.Service: Brakes

Had a chirping sound coming from the dash on my truck. YouTube videos had me looking all over the truck. Door switches, speaker removals, dome light circuit. All kinds of suggestions. Mechanics here found problem right away. Also the inspection I requested uncovered several issues that need addressing. Well pleased with service.

Excellent service at the Prospect and Lyndon location. They replaced a blower motor on my Camry quickly and reasonably priced. I took my Corolla to the Lyndon location to check on something dragging from the undercarriage. No charge to replace a push pin. Very nice. I ll be returning there for regular service!

Terrible, terrible, scam artists. My car caught on fire after they willingly broke it because I didn t get all of the recommended maintenance they were recommending. I didn t have the money. now they are claiming no responsibility.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

My family and I have brought many vehicles over many years to this place and are always happy. Customer service is great and price is fair. They are always upfront and honest, which in this industry, means a lot! Anytime I have trouble I don't even look around anymore, this is the go to spot forsure. Thanks again guys for great work!

I was stranded in KY on my way to Texas. I called several dealerships begging for service. They said they were booked and maybe in a few days.AAA recommended Harrods Creek. They were friendly and helpful. Professional and worked very hard to get me going again. I m so grateful to April and Tim for taking care so that I d be safe on my trip home.

I booked my appointment online as I'm always mobile in my job. They called to verify year, make & model prior to appointment to make sure they were prepared for me. They were quick & upfront with my car's condition. It was what I already knew that I needed & nothing more. It's nice to go to a shop that doesn't try to add & add & add to your ticket if it's not necessary. Great experience & highly recommend their services at either location as I have been to both.

Tim was very easy to work with. We gave him both of our cars to get an oil change and a 40-point inspection. He was very honest with us and offered us competitive rates for fluid flushes. Had my car turn around by the end of the day but the 2nd car took an additional day to complete. Most probably because I had asked for fluid flushing on that vehicle a tad bit later in the morning. Tim did a great job on the cars but I was left to deal with the communication a bit more on my end. If I wasn't moving I'd most probably come back here to get my car inspected.***AAA-auto service center approved location

All I can say about the people at this shop is that they are the absolute best I've had nothing but great experiences working with them on all my car issues they are super knowledgeable and friendly and above all else they are honest and reliable i would definitely recommend them to any and everyone I can it's not often you meet such honest people who are just genuine and really wanna see you do good with your car a lot of mechanics I notice are out to make quick money these guys are the total opposite they will tell you whether it's really even worth wasting the money to fix and the price they charge is fair they don't inflate prices or try to get over on you they really value their customers

Got an estimate over the phone to replace spare tire winch on my Yukon. I compared that to GMC service estimate and Harrods creek was a third less. His price seemed more reasonable to me. He was ready for me when I got there, put the unit in and sent me on my way in less than an hour. No surprise when the bill came for the quoted amount. Will use again.

Getting your car fixed is never an enjoyable experience but the crew at Harrod s Creek definitely makes it a little easier to deal with. They are honest, do great work, and are very friendly. What more could you ask for?

Second time using this shop. This time for wife's car. Unknown problem. Brought the car in early. Asked Dan to do road test while taking me back to our house. Noise revealed itself and I got home. Repaired quickly and very reasonable. Will use them in the future. Hopefully this cured my wife of going to DEALERSHIPS. All they want to do (since Swope sold out) is do services you really don't need. They wanted to replace her exhaust system when all Dan did was secure a heat shield

Feel like I was taken advantage of, my car was there twice for same problem that was not resolved after paying almost $400. Now I'm sitting with a car that won't even start because computer system suddenly went completely HAYWIRE. My 2nd and last dealings with person in charge were of a very unprofessional business like manner. Telling me we don't want your car back.

Great work! Danny was very friendly and explained all the work done and why it needed to be done. Made me feel better and helped me understand why I needed some parts and not others. He didn't make me feel like I was getting taken advantage of like other shops do. Thanks again!

They fixed my car when they promised they would. They stuck to the price that they quoted me and didn't sell me unnecessary parts. They went over with me the other issues with my car that I will need to keep an eye on. The car runs well and I am very satisfied.

"Theres a couple cars in front of yours. We can get to it in 2-3 days." (6 days later) "we still havent even thought about looking at it.Took to Wildt bros who also had cars in line, problem was fixed and good as new in 2 hours. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. It's either inability to accurately project their workloads which points to incompetence or else they lie about workloads to keep your car on lot so they can make that money when they feel like getting to it. Waste of $500 on rentals because of these conartists.

Extremely rude, gave dodgy answers to all my questions, and kept my car for a week without so much as looking at it. Had to move my car elsewhere to fix, and the mechanic looked appauled that I dare show up and question his service. Horrible experience. An absolute waste of my time and money.
