This was my third experience using Hall s Collision Center to make repairs to my car over a six year period. Each time has been very efficient in regard to creating the quote, scheduling services, and completing them in a timely manner. Two of those times also included communication with my insurance company to help pay for repairs, which was done with ease. Halls Collision Center provides impeccable work when repairing my vehicle. I hope I don t have too, but would easily use their services again.

I am so pleased with the excellent repair work Hall's Carstar did on my car. I had a broken headlight and a big dented gash in my front bumper. Now it looks brand new. I don't have any complaints. I would recommend them. Thank you.

Spare yourself the wait and headache. I decided to give CARSTAR a try after my Hyundai was hijacked and I was really disappointed. Their communication skills at the reception suck. From all the people I talked to only a guy and a woman were very polite. The rest younger girls in there have horrible communication skills. Condescending, disrespectful and I know better than you attitude. The person I spoke to regarding my insurance claim and appointment was horrible to work with. No customer service skills and didn t even know how claims work. I had to do her job and call the insurance myself to figure it out for her. The estimate changed but was never communicated until it was time to pay. I was willing to let go of my disappointed when I was called early to pick up my car just to be twice as disappointed seeing that my car repairs were half done. And broken pieces were re-used rather than replaced. It was such a bad experience that I prefer to keep my car as is than even give it back to get those fixes done. I constantly had to call for an update, as weeks passed. They didn t even know what car belong to me, I received automated messages from different car models to my number. Overall, really bad managing, organizational skills and customer service. You are better off going to Calliber Collision Center. This place shows no professionalism whatsoever and horrible handcraft. I was left with broken pieces and a unbalanced unaligned steering wheel.

Literally the best place! Did a wonderful job on fixing my car doors after being in an accident and were SO fast about it all while sending me updates via text. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! Hopefully I won t get hit ever again but if so, will def be back!

Thorough communication throughout the whole process of accessing the damage to the car. Received timely updates via text. Representative on site walked us around the car and noted all damage and what to expect next.Highly recommend and definitely would use again in the future if/when need be.

Hall's CarStar was great to work with. They took care of the insurance paperwork for me. They also kept me up to date on the vehicles repair progress. The car was finished 3 days early. The car looks brand new.

Halls did a gray job repairing the tailgate of my Toyota Tundra.My handyman had borrowed my truck to pick up materials and while parked at his home had accidentally crashed his truck into the rear end of my truck. It required a new tailgate along with alignment.Halls provided me with a reasonable estimate did a great job on the repair. There was a long waiting time for the parts but that was completely out of their control. I m very happy with their work and would highly recommend them

The lady that called me today 4/1/24 around 2pm to set up my appointment for my collision claim was very nasty. There is no way I d spend money or let my insurance company give money to such a rude business.

Old school liars and thieves.I got rear ended and took my car there.The insurance company told hall's they would cover $2093 for the damage.When I picked up the car hall's charged me $2768.Said they never received insurance company estimate, until I forced their hand and they said they did receive it, they just "FORGOT".Go anywhere else, you know hall's will screw you.

I would not recommend. I booked an appointment and man sitting behind counter was rude. He said he didnt have time to walk into parking lot and look at my car. They charge a $50 upfront fee to book Took business elsewhere

Staff is friendly, professional and quick. They thoroughly explained the process. They handle all correspondence with insurance providers. The finished product is excellent!! Back to original condition! I received appropriate communication throughout the process and I got my car back on the day they said...could have gotten it a day earlier but didn't have transportation. I had my car towed there on a Saturday and on the following Tuesday found they had a one to two month backlog from my insurance adjustor. Hall's receptionist did not mention this backlog when I called them on Monday to ask about my car. Finding about the work backlog on Tuesday I decided to move my car to another shop with a shorter lead time. When I entered the building to get keys to my car the owner was rude and charged me storage and handling for the car being on their lot for a few days since they decided on their own to put my car inside their fence.
