My wife and I love it. Sweet dogs that greet you when you get there. The prices are amazing. We don't go anywhere else now.

They do all my mechanical work. They are honest and trustworthy. I refer all my friends to them. If you want it done correctly with a fair price. I recommend them highly. I have used them for several years. Best mechanic shop in Louisville area. They put a starter in my car that I bought from O'Riley's Auto parts store. I was expecting to just buy the starter from them + labor cost in the final price but they just put the one I already bought on. They just didn't offer a warranty which is completely right because it's not their part. However the starter is still under warranty with O'Reiley's. $222 for labor + the starter was $155 I'm satisfied because I have a drivable car again.

The one thing I regret is not finding this place sooner. Great people and great service at affordable price. They replaced my air cabin filter and also repaired the heat shield that had torn loose and was hanging down. They're great. They always take good care of their customers. I've taken my car up to Grissoms for many many years. The address is 925 Old Preston Highway, it's a little hard to find their address online.

Ok... I m late to post this so please forgive me. This place is awesome the work is top notch the prices are more then fair. Got a rack and pinion, tie rod end and a front end alignment on my 2011 Chevrolet Impala and the work was done fast and correct. If I ever need anymore work done this is my spot for sure !! Took my daughter's car there to have them try to diagnose and intermittent problem that is not causing any warming/check engine lights to come on.They had it a couple days and sure enough as intermittent issues often do, it failed to show itself while they had it.Paid a nominal fee of (I think maybe $42) for their time and was promised that if a warning/check engine light should be triggered (something they could pull the code from) that they would run their diagnostic machine to pull the code(s) free of any charge to me...I think that's fair, and I'm good with that. Im good with that.

I picked up my mothers car from Grissom's yesterday.When I went to pay, the bill was about $50.00 less than what Mary had originally quoted me.She said the part needed actually cost less than they were at first told. How HONEST.I was prepared to pay the original estimate.My whole family has been going to Grissom's for years.A lot of my friends go there too.Never heard a complaint. They are the best.

After a day and a half searching for some shop to remove a deteriorating trailer hitch this place was reccomended. We were along way from NY. This shop helped us when more than nine others said they couldn't do the job. We had to return a UHaul and were thankful they not only tried but got the job done for a fair price too!

A great place to take your car! They are very upfront and honest about what you really need and won't try to sell you something you don't. Their prices are very good. A wonderful family owned business. I hope this location stays in business forever!

Im a mechanic and at times i do side work but i got to many jobs on myself asked roy if he wanted some of the jobs , he completed them and all the customers were pleased he even did some of them cheaper than i figured them to be , very professional

I was quoted one price over the phone and when I got there she said she had "calculated wrong" and charged me $100 more! I will not be going back if this is the way they conduct business! As if that wasn't wrong enough they over charged my brother as well. I would never recommend such dishonest people.

Went in with an electrical problem on my truck that was giving be big issues. It turned out to be a pretty simple fix, and they gave me the option of either paying them to fix it, or they'd show me how to fix it myself and they'd only charge me $20 for their time. I chose to do it myself and save some money. They even gave me some tools and let me fix it in their parking lot.

So sad they wouldn't install a water pump on my truck because I didn't by the pump from them. Just another way to scam you out of money.

Family owned and operated. Been in business since dinosaurs roamed the earth. That tells you everything you need to know. You dont stay in business since the ice age if you arent good at what you do. Honest, timely and experienced. They can work on everytjing

I've gone here several times to get tires plugged and they have finished for me in less than 5 minutes, fast and friendly.
