Traveled clear from Ohio for a Tesla model S that was an amazing deal and it was even better than advertised ! They didn t hide a single thing from me they offered a fair trade in price and went out of their way to work with me and approve me for my Dream Car! If you re thinking about stopping don t think stop in and you ll see ask for PAT and JASON they are amazing people and made me feel at home thank you guys so much for being honest polite and thoughtful !

Never trust a friendly staff and a smile!! I purchased a Chevy suburban about 15 months ago. I was told that the vehicle was inspected and in great condition. So, far I spent roughly $6000.00 plus in various auto repairs. I'm too invested to trade the vehicle in. Here is a list of repairs: brakes, calibers, all rollers, blower motor, corroded air conditioner line, both back window motors, rear U joints, heating coil, gas tank straps, spark plug cylinder, and spark plugs, oil leak, transmission leak, oil leak again, emission canister purge valve, heater holes and connectors, battery, all the trim that fell off the vehicle (they supposedly fixed that) etc. I wish this will allow me to list the cost in order. Look can be deceiving! I will never buy another vehicle from this establishment.

Not happy what so ever with this car lot!!!! Just bought a 2011 Chevy Avalanche LTZ from the sales Guy Greg and first of all I've only owned it not even 2 weeks yet and there's already issues. The first issue was that the check engine light came on and found out that it was the fuel injector but it was an hour after I purchased the vehicle. Finally as of today what through the icing on the cake to where I am done with this lot and once this car is paid off I will not be doing business with Greg Coats. Today I have to go and have the car inspected just to be told that the tint will have to be pulled mind you when I purchased the truck it had tint on it. Lo and behold the front windows had to have the tint removed they bring my vehicle back around and my car is covered in glue on the windows, adhesive all around the trim, and cleaner still residue still left. I was told by Greg just to go and have it redone this is not the reason why I bought a vehicle with tint already on it. Very unprofessional to say the least now I have to go and spend money to have this fixed after just putting $3, 000 down my down payment and a trade to be exact on a truck that had tint on it to now have to pay money to have it redone. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.

As a family of 5 we went to look for a truck at Greg coats and trucks , Conrado came and help us with any questions we had. He was very helpful with everything.. he explained with detailed information about everything. Thanks to conrado me and my family found the truck we been looking for I recommend Greg coats! Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

I want to talk about Conrado. Conrado has always been so helpful whenever we ve been there. He always offers a drink and a comfortable time. He helped my family and company get good cars for a (what I consider a fair price) he s always so simplistic and I enjoy it. I always go there for my cars and he ensures I walk out with what I need. The down payment kept going up and ontime financial company who handles their car payments, they send a reminder each week that's annoying.There Finance charges are high as hell.If at all cost, find a better car lot that want drain your bank account.

My purchase experience at Greg Coats was smooth and quick. Patrick handled everything professionally, helped setup coverage with my insurance agency-and even called out a rattle he heard on the truck I was purchasing and had it taken care of before I left the lot. (It was just a running board that needed tightened). Mike the Hammer , is one of the managers and is a great people person and all around professional. Dealing with a family owned business you get more personal care and attention to detail.

Customer for almost two years and current on all payments yet I still have to deal with truck being cut off through their lowjack system. When I call manager Mike Beam to speak of the issue I get spoken to like I done something wrong. Took vehicle in to have work done and the senior mechanic told me that whoever done work did it incorrectly and I can not for the life of me get the vehicle repaired correctly. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this place!

Brought my first monster truck from here . It was the easiest process ever with great help . They found away for me to get the truck that I wanted and left the same day with the truck . Eric was the guy to help me and made it easy for me .. so if you want a car or the best car ask for Eric best experience I had for my first truck .. this is not a paid for post this is a appreciation post

Traded and gave cash for a truck 1 month ago. Had trouble before I got home. This dealership wouldn't fix the problem. The catalytic converter ( both) were cut open and modified. I changed out 02 sensors and fuel rail sensor. It had new plugs all around. Still trash. Thanks for the quality product. SWINDLERS

I purchased a used vehicle a bit over a week ago. I live in North Carolina and flew in to pick up the car. At first I was a bit skeptical since everything had been done online or via text messages, but let me tell you...the professionalism displayed by Pat was the epitome of professionalism. Pat picked me up from the airport and I have to say that in less than 2 hours I was on the road back to NC. I highly recommend this dealership! I had zero issues with them and their level of customer service is top notch!Thank you for helping me surprise my son. He is still on cloud 9! Was contacted after an online inquiry. Found a truck on their website. It had a KBB value of 34,700-39,000 dollars. The dealership was asking 48000. Slightly in their defense it did have a lift kit which was not on the KBB value. Is a lift kit worth 11000 dollars.......haha NO. I offered 40,000 for it and the person responding said their mark up was no where near that, thanks have a nice night. They had 0 interest. So either they are trying to rob people or whomever they have purchasing their vehicles from auction, which is where it came from, is overspending tremendously.Best of luck to them. I had very limited interaction. They may be wonderful people but the one experience ive had is an extremely overpriced vehicle that they where not even willing to negotiate. Its a 4 year old vehicle with 5000 miles worth of warranty left and had been to auction twice. Since reading all the reviews and seeing im not the only one this isnt a fluke. They need a new purchasing manager or to stop trying to take advantage of people with overpriced flashy vehicles. The offer is 39,000 now.

I was recently blessed by the staff at Greg Coats cars and trucks. I came in not really believing I would be able to get anything. Through their phenomenal teamwork and Greg Duncan s guidance I was able to get a vehicle with payments that wouldn t wreck my life. Ask for Greg! He is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you.Also the customer service and teamwork is amazing
