I went last Saturday to balance the new tires that I installed a couple months ago at Chapman's tires in Carrollton Ky. Only one of them was well balanced and they did a great job for a reasonable price balancing the wrong ones. This place is highly recommended for this type of work.

Employees can't show up on time to work. Puts the customer behind in their daily work. Very slow to perform work assigned

Went for tire balancing. I asked on the phone for the price they said $28 per tire. First they made me wait for hour and half. After I did two front tires, and went to pay they charged me $200 they kept adding stuff they shouldnt. They always find a way to charge you more. Not recommended.

This place is awesome! I picked up my van at the airport and my tire was low. I had a 3 hour drive home and the employees at this business were ready to go home and stayed to help me get my tire fixed. Great customer service.

Charged me $240.11 for mounting and balancing of 2 tires. Not reasonable. Bad business

Beware!!!! They give you one price over the phone and another after they put the tire on your vehicle. Was charged over a thousand dollars for one tire for a tractor. I advise you to shop around. I was given a better price from other companies in the area but I went with this company because I was told a different quote over the phone. If you re rich this is the place for you, if not please shop around!!!! Get an ENTIRE breakdown of the price if you deal with this company.

Went in for a flat repair. And I must say the manager Paul was a very nice and welcoming person. The rest of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing and answered every question I had without hesitation. I would recommend Raben to anyone looking for good tires guys that are knowledgeable about what they are doing and want the best for there car !!

Wow where to start , We where on our way to a pig show as we had a tire on our trailer blow out . Stan got us fixed up in no time . Allowing us to leave the trailer there while I watched my daughter show. Stan also let me know the other tires where good I didn t need all four new . No pressure at all , just good Service

Had a blowout on my travel trailer. Called the mfg. They recommended this company. They had the specialized trailer tire in stock. Had to travel 100+ miles to get to Louisville. Went in the next morning. They got the new tire mounted on the rim quickly. Staff was both helpful and courteous.

They were super friendly and accommodating, had my car towed from triple A to there and they changed my tire out and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Thanks!

Worked me in right away. Resolved my issue with car for a very reasonable price. I have done business here before and they are always great to work with. Would recommend highly recommend this company

Honest people! I heard a noise in my car and it sounded like a flat tire. I pulled off the expressway and Ruben's was the nearest tire repair. They spent over half an hour checking my car, even put it on the lift, and was not able to find anything wrong except a broken license plate frame that was rattling. As a lady who doesn't know cars, they could have charged me for anything but they charged me zero. They were even super kind to my dog who was traveling with me. Customer for life!

Waited over 2 hours (while mot that busy) for a plugged tire and waaaay over-priced. Better options out there 4 sure

Raben tire on crittenden drive lou ky, has a very rude front counter staff, i went there to buy 1500ish hundred dollars worth of tires on a local commercial account. The manager was more worried about eating a peice of pizza, then me at the front desk. He acted like i was bothering him. Best one tire service from here on out.

Put tire on and asked advice about other tires, said all were fine on trailer. Blew another 100 miles later. Second shop recommended replacement of all.

I called today for a tire estimate. The service rep hung up on me several times. It was very unprofessional and pretty sad when a tire store employee refuses to give an estimate on their product
