I had a flat tire today while in town to pick up people from the airport. I live more than an hour away. The folks here were so friendly and said they would do their best to work me in. And they did! I appreciate their service and their friendliness.

This is an Amazing Shop. I was from out of town and I hit a curb and thought my alignment was off. I came in requesting a quick check and they went out of their way to prioritize me for a quick alignment check. They were honestly up front with me that there was nothing wrong with my alignment. This was my first experience with the crew at this location. I've previously been doing business for many years at the Shelbyville Rd location across from the Mall St Matthews. Imagine my surprise when I made an appointment for an oil change only to find out when I pulled up in front of the store that it was closed. Fortunately I always show up early for everything and it was an easy matter to simply jump on the Watterson and zip around to Bardstown Rd then right into Goodyear at the Gardiner Ln center. I Still made it before my appointed time. Terry and Deborah welcomed me to the store and sent my Jeep right back to the shop. Oil/filter change, radiator flush, fluid check for my 4WD transfer case, tire rotation, front end alignment and new wiper blades was completed in roughly 1 1/2 hours. I chose to wait for the work to be completed and made myself comfortable in the waiting area. I was surprised to find there were electric outlets, USB connectors and a nifty front desk where I could make myself at home, keep up with important emails, and even read a few chapters of my latest book while I waited. I didn't get to meet Dan Aboulfadl, the manager, but will make sure I speak with him my next visit to tell him how pleased I was with the service his crew gave. This is going to become my new home for service on my cherished Jeep. Look forward to meeting Dan and saying "Howdy" to the rest of the team soon.

Scammed me for an A/C recharge. Told me all I needed was a recharge, and then I needed freon and a recharge. Once that was finished they told me it was ready for pick up and that it was blowing cold air and charged me almost $250 and still didn t have cold air. Told the guy inside that I didn t have cold air and they looked at it again and decided it would cost me an additional $800 to get the cold air running again because it needs a compressor. They love hiding problems and milking the most money they can out of you. 0/10 do not ever recommend.

No, definitely do not use Goodyear. I brought my cars for service there for years, but on several occasions they misdiagnosed what was wrong with the car, made unnecessary repairs or the wrong repairs and then haggled over refunding me. The last time was the last straw, misdiagnosing an engine problem that ended up junking the car after we brought it back twice because of their mistakes. The amount of compensation they offered was pitiful. They've lost my business for good.

Mike is the Best! I have been coming to this location since the 90 s Mike has always helped me with the other guys that have helped me resolve the issue s that Have occurred with our vehicles. You can depend on this guys they know what they are doing when it comes to automotive repair!The service technicians are top notch!Thanks Guys!Terry is here if I remember correctly.

Wonderful shop with honest mechanics. They could have charged me with an inspection fee after finding nothing wrong but they didn t. I appreciated the time they took to look into the issue I was having with my car & even though I didn t get any repairs done, they eased my mind and earned my future business!

I am genuinely impressed with how much I was able to get done with my car with the price that I paid here. They noticed everything that was wrong and went out of their way to spend a lot of time on my car and even noticed things that I had not. The total price was half of what I would have expected it to be and the staff was really helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Sometimes it only takes something small to revive one s faith in humanity. I needed a wheel switched out on my truck- both were inflated and if I d had my jack with me I d have done it myself. But since I didn t, I required some assistance. Nothings ever free, so when they told me there was no charge, it humbled me and set the wheels for paying it forward. My chance came about 30 minutes later when I encountered a stranded motorist and provided him a ride to his family members home. I believe the Goodyear managers name was Kaiser(?) and this one action benefitted at least 4 people with his kind deed.

This seems to be a really well run shop. They were able to bail me and my girlfriend out of a flat tire situation close to closing on a Sunday. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with and how they were able to squeeze a repair in instead of getting to it the next day. Thanks again!

Amazing customer service and very helpful Mechanic's. Very dependable work. I've been taking my vehicles to them for years now and have never had a problem. They kept me informed about potential issues and worked with me every time I've needed it

I had a tune up from a local repair shop on Lexington rd. Being certified and having experience is a huge gap on best service. A spark plug and The GoodYear team, helped me get back on the road with a referral to Mr. Transmission on Hunsinger rd. Another awesome team of experience.

They've always taken great care of my car here. I moved to Louisville from out of state, and Terry went out of his way to answer my questions when I went to get my oil changed the first time.Additionally, Daniel called me a few months later due to a recall on a part. He was super professional explaining the issue, and promptly scheduled me to come in.I've also stopped by to get air in my tires a couple times, and its always been a quick and polite experience.I never really used Goodyear before, but I am definitely a loyal customer now!! Thanks!

Had to take one of the police vehicles in for service. Daniel the manager he is always very polite, very professional and really a nice person. All of the workers know me by name when I walk in that always makes you feel good. I had at our issue and this is where Integrity comes in to play. Someone else may have told me that I needed to have guitar replaced Goodyear found the screw that was in tire and said it could be repaired. I would highly recommend Goodyear on Bardstown Road in the Gardiner Lane shopping center to anyone that needs any work done on their vehicles as well as any tires.

I highly recommend coming to this Goodyear been coming here for over 10 years now and the service is always top tier. They don't try to nickel and dime you like most auto service businesses. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Had a brake caliper freeze up on my way home. Was able to drop it off and they fit me in same day. Great crew and they do great work.

We bring all 4 of our cars to this Goodyear, they are so helpful. They don t do unnecessary work and explain to me what is needs to be fixed and why. They always try to get me a rebate whenever they can. The employees are so friendly and make me feel comfortable. Our teenage girls bring their cars up by themselves with no problems. This is a great Goodyear with that old neighborhood feel.

Today, I had my car s scheduled oil change. Terry and the team at Goodyear are always efficient - and always so nice. They have been my place for car service for so many years. I know their excellent care has extended the life of my high-mileage car. Highly recommend!

Daniel, the manager, and the rest of the crew at Goodyear at Gardiner Lane shopping center have, for 15 years, always taken great care of my vehicles.Their service is timely and costed competitively. More importantly, the team has gone above and beyond their required services and made sure that I was happy with the service, even when that meant an emergency consultation during a busy weekend.Five star services.

6/2/2017We are from Indianapolis and were our way to Florida for a family vacation. Just before we hit Louisville our battery light came on in our 2014 Caravan. This was the closest Goodyear. We made it to the shop around 7 a.m. and waited until it opened. The manager and techs were great! They asked if we were traveling and they put us in front of the line so we could get on our way. Our alternator and battery needed replaced. They got us in and out on our way in a few short hours. Great customer service! Thank you so much for turning the beginning of our vacation around!

Never using this company again! Took my car to get serviced yesterday- Made it to work the next day and suddenly the car won t stop. Mind you, the car needed a repair but was running when I took it there to get fixed . After calling to tell them that I was having my car towed there, I was told that their guy wouldn t be in to look at my car for 2 days! I called another good year in town to see if they could honor the service warranty and was told that they could not because the stores were within a 50 mile radius of each other!

They always take great care of my and my family s vehicles. It s an actual shop that I trust what they tell me is going on. I recommend it to everyone I know who says they need something done, and will continue to do so. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I highly recommend the Goodyear Auto Service on Bardstown Rd. I had the misfortune of needing a nail removed from my tire on the weekend but I was able to make a Sunday morning appointment at this location. Personally, I was in & out in less than 30 minutes and my tire was repaired for free! The staff were professional and honest. I inquired about my need for new tires and was given an honest answer that I can go another couple months no problem. Honest, professional, quick service and weekend hours- can't beat that!

I've been coming here for years with different cars & they always take care of me. Yesterday I found a nail in my tire so had the donut put on. I dropped off the tire around 1:00 & this morning was able to swing by & have them switch it out for me. They got it done by 8am & didn't even charge me! Thank you Good Year!
