I have brought my car here for several years and the service has been ok. Brought it up last night to have them check the brakes and they call this morning to tell me someone attempted to steal my and several other catalytic converters. Your car is not safe being left here overnight. They stated they have no cameras which is ridiculous for this company. If you look through the reviews I m not the first person this has happened to. Take your car somewhere else where it will be safer.

Dropped car off by 9am on appointment. Didn t receive their call until I reached out to them after 7hrs. Told me the car is ready, in perfect condition and they couldn t find any problem. I arrived there and asked the technician to give me two minutes of his time. He found the problem in less time and advised the car is un-drivable and should be towed to the dealership. Question. What were yall doing for 7hrs? Car is ready and good to go in 1 min and then car should be towed in the next min?Now I know why their stores are closing down.ZERO STAR if possible. Wasted my whole day.Got in the car and drove off while they were all watching.

These guys operate on customer service and honesty, which I really appreciate. Because of that, there was no question where to take my truck for a significant fuel issue that left me on the side of the interstate. The guys diagnosed it and had me back on the road in no time. They called me with updates every step of the way and went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. The professionalism in this shop starts with the manager and reflects in each employee. 100% recommend.

I bought car tires from this place and it cost me more than $1,200. After 6 months, one of the tires tore and they refused to replace it under the pretext that they were not the manufacturer. They told me upon purchase with a three-year warranty.

I have done business up here on a very consistent basis. I usually deal with Sean who is an amazing experience to deal with. He communicates effectively and is very knowledgeable. This last particular time however Sean was not in the building. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle I am greeted by a gentleman that visibly displays unhappiness and frustration. While dealing with this employee I find out he is not a manager and also not a very good communicator either. If someone greets customers and is the face of your retail operation then the experience is what should be sold and integrity displayed. As someone with a consistent history of doing business with Goodyear this was an absolutely awful experience from a store I know is capable of better. We will see if I return in the future.

Weeks ago, I had my brakes done and I have to say these guy did a great job, from start to finish. Not to mention the price was affordable and I have warranty for my brakes.Long story short, I was going to take my car to the Ford dealership but those guys couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call.Anyways, Goodyear was the way to go and I got my car back in a decent time too.All around, good vehicle service, good customer service, and good prices.Highly recommend this Goodyear location.

I've been to this location several times for more serious services, but this time the core of my tire pressure gauge had suddenly gone bad and my tire was threatening to flatten entirely. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they replaced the core in my tire in about two seconds and didn't even charge me. The kindness and quick service really impressed me, and I'll definitely be continuing to give them my business. Good people willing to help you when you're in trouble is a rare thing. Thank you, Goodyear staff.

I hit a concrete traffic island in the middle of a parking lot after hours, bending the edge of my wheel into and causing an unrepairable cut in the sidewall. I brought it to this Goodyear store at 7 a.m. the next morning. Service Manager Sean Berry retrieved my tire, brought it inside and said they would look at it as soon as a general technician came in. Mr. Berry called just after 8 to tell me about the cut and suggested a reasonably priced new tire to replace it. This is where most shops try to sell you four new tires. Sean didn t. I was back on the road with a new tire by 8:15 a.m. That s how you earn repeat customer business, not gouging them or selling them a job.

Great service, great people, and a great price! I m a customer for life because of the way I was treated. Aaron and the guys took great care of me and got me out quick. Cannot recommend enough!

I sent my pickup truck a few weeks ago. Prior to it's arrival I called and made sure it would be looked at and diagnosed that day, which was on a Monday. Didn't get diagnosed till Wednesday. They fixed the problem with it, and did a good job on that, but when I got it back, it was missing the catalytic converter, which replacing would cost me around $2200 dollars. I expected my vehicle to be kept in a secure location while they had possession of it. They do good work, but they cannot keep your vehicle safe.

From out of town, I Dropped off after hours via tow truck. I called them next morning with details. They called me back with a diagnosis and accurate estimates on money and time. Sean and his crew got my parts and got me back on the road same day and it was some pretty involved repairs. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road and making money. Very courteous service.

I was traveling from out of town and was getting a low tire alert. They filled and checked my tires at no charge as soon as I arrived.Very friendly and helpful staff.

I have been a loyal customer at the Fern a creek location, and have always had superior service. Mike and his team have always treated me with respect, and I consider them to be a true friend. I always feel their prices are very fair, and I never have to wait long for the service to be completed. I have taken my wife s and daughter s cars here numerous times also. I won t go anywhere else!

Powers is always such a nice, laid-back guy to be greeted by. Sean was super helpful when service was a little out of my financial capabilities and called around to find the part at a better price. My car doesn't sound like an uneven washing machine load anymore so I'm very happy.

When the operator, salesperson and technician are the same, you feel for the person doing it all. He got me in and out in a short period of time. Very courteous and did a great job. Thanks Powers for delivering wonderful service!!

Great team! I had a low tire on Memorial Day coming home from the Gumball Rally in Bardstown, Ky. When I called they said to come on in. They put it in a bay as soon as I arrived, and in 15 minutes it was repaired and I was on ly way home. I would highly reccomend this store. I'll be back this fall to buy a new set for my Renegade. Thanks guys!

We were traveling from Ohio to Texas when our air conditioning stopped working. The service we received here was exceptional. They're hospitality was greatly appreciated. The staff went above & beyond to repair the AC as soon as possible and make us feel at home. They treated every customer with respect and courtesy. And the cost of repair was reasonable. Wish we lived closer so they could service our vehicles all the time. May God richly bless you for what you did for us!Thanks so much!

I want to start out by saying the gentleman to trust at Fern Creek Goodyear is Eric. He's a good guy! I pulled up and needed help. One of the mechanics said I should take to dealership without lookimg at vehicle. I knew at that point he did not want to work on my vehicle. Eric spoke up and stated he would get it worked on the next day. I got up the next day. I sat in the parking lot in my car and never saw it my vehicle move. I called and someone stated they will get to it. I went home and got my son. We sat in car for 1 hour. Car still in same spot. My son and I saw a mechanic get in my car and move it to another parking spot. I received a call 20 minutes later stating mechanic pulled it in garage and said he could not work on it. He never pulled in garaage. Now this was poor customer service. I will never deal with Good Year in Fern Creek again. If anyone do, please ask for Eric. He was honest and very helpful.

We called and got a price on 4 new tires with an excellent price, road Hazard warranty, and a $50 mail in rebate. After tires where put home, tire monitoring system came on, no road hazard warranty and we got our $25 mail in rebate. We called in and asked about our $50 mail in rebate, the service said you get it if you use your Goodyear credit card. That was never explained. They tell you everything up front with a good price and hope you develop amnesia. I would look elsewhere before you buy tires here.

Wow this shop is amazing. These guys, especially Brian are truly above and beyond the call of duty. They are honest and upfront and don't try to hard sell you. They even told me that my brakes were good (just dust) and that my alignment was good. Other shops in the area try to tell me I needed that stuff. Thanks guys for your integrity and honest.

I have been going to the Good Year store in Fern Creek for around 15 or more years. The work performed has always been satisfactory. I have had numerous different services performed and have always been satisfied. Mike and his staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate the consistent reliable service of this Good Year store.Thanks Steve

Made an appointment online and they were able to take the car back as soon as I got there. Had to have the rear rotors and pads replaced. Only took two hours and the price was great. Will definitely go back for any other services I need.

Called on snow storm Friday. Needed a tire.Their telephone answering service says their social distancing. It gave me four options to pick, none of them involved a human.Are they open? Or, just this way all the time?I've moved on you should too.

Friendly service, provided the information needed for us to choose the right tires. Installed and aligned in no time. Very happy with the tires. Goodyear Comfort Drives, Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! I am always leery of taking my car to a place alone. I am always wondering if they are going to take advantage of me, because I am a woman. Well the staff at this Goodyear location has always made me feel comfortable, at ease and not so quick to give them the side eye. I say this, not because they have a good sales pitch, but because they let me know what I need, always offer to show me their findings, and let me ask as many questions as I see fit. One day, I needed air in my tire, the guy looked at me and said you have a nail in your tire and its causing you to leak air. I quickly went into my side eye mode, but to my surprise, he offered to fix it at NO CHARGE and he offered me water while I waited. No more side eye for this place, every time I have been here since that day, they have been knowledgeable and helpful.

Made an appointment on line to have a tire repair at Goodyear Auto Service at 6810 Bardstown Rd in Louisville, KY for 4/25/21 @ 1:00 pm. Had to drive across town to get there. When I arrived was told that they could not get to me today they were too busy. When I said I have an appointment he states they do not take appointments on Sunday's and he does not honor on line appointments. He said he saw my appointment but I should have called the store. He could have at least called me to let me know this before driving across town. Will never visit this store or buy from Goodyear in the future. Why have on line appointments if they stores are not going to honor them?

These guys were great. Had a tire blow out and they were able to get us a new tire and back on the road quickly and efficiently. Allowing us to get back to work right away.

A great honest place. I had them check my breaks and a couple of other things before they put my new tires on. After checking they told me everything was fine and there was no need to replace anything. They easily could have sold me something I didn't need but didn't. That's why my family and I will continue to do business there.

I've gone here for a few years now and I've always gotten great service. I've been to a few other shops around town including the Goodyear on 3016 bardstown road but I've never had as good as an experience as I've had here. I've had everything from oil changes to wheel baring repairs here. Not only has the price of service/parts been cheaper than anywhere else but they've always been quick, reliable and honest. As long as I live in Louisville I'll always come here.
