I reached out to this company based on their reviews to schedule an estimate for a broken window in my home. They scheduled the appointment right away, the person arrived to do the estimate, however, he did not remove the plastic covering over the window to do a proper measurement from the interior, he did not access the window from the exterior. When I questioned this, he told me he was able to get what he needed without doing so. I trusted this information, considering he is the expert, not me. He assured me I would have my estimate by the end of the day, and informed me he was actually from Michigan, however, someone from the Louisville location would reach out to me with the estimate directly. It is now been 2 1/2 weeks since he was at my home, I have called daily to request the estimate, with no success. I called again today, I was informed by the very rude individual on the phone that they are based out of Michigan, and the Louisville office was closed until next Tuesday. Understanding it is a holiday weekend, I simply asked him if he could take my information and assure me that someone would call me back, he told me I would need to call back on Tuesday as he cannot take a message. Mind you, this very individual is the person I ve left messages with every single day for the past two weeks. with the temperatures getting colder, this is a huge inconvenience. I could ve scheduled with any other glass repair company in the area and likely already have the window repaired. You can t always go by good reviews.

Had an estimate done in September 2023. The tech was professional and prompt. I received the quote and paid 50% down payment. Glass Doctor has never contacted me again. I have called repeatedly and heard every excuse. Now I am trying to get resolution from the corporate office. It is December and I have received nothing. I will either get my money back or my window replaced. I would not recommend the Louisville location for any service whatsoever. They are horrible, unresponsive, they lie and blame corporate for all their issues.

The customer service from office staff is HORRIBLE!!! We talked to a few different people (Rob, Robert, and Mark?). We never got calls back and on the day of our service we were told "Call us in the morning and we'll let you know what time." I called just after 10AM and was told "We got your glass here and they'll be right on out." My husband and myself called 5 times over the course of the day and we got an answer finally at quarter till 3 in the afternoon we heard from the technician....not the office. Our technicians were awesome!!! The one that came out to measure (Charles) was great! Office never sent us estimate after...we had to call and hound for it. The technician that installed the windows was very professional and quick and did a great job!!! The technicians are the only reason this rating is a 2. The end result was great but the process was horrible

Under new ownership and operation, I was very satisfied with the entire process of getting a front window replaced. On time, friendly, competent service. And, saved 25% over other quote from another company.

Very fast and professional service, appointment was at 10:30,arrived early and was taken straight into the shop,window was replaced and service was complete in less than an hour, very pleased with the staff and I will use them again, especially with the price I received

I would highly recommend the place. Joseph took great care of me and went the extra mile to replace the glass as well as make sure the motorized window worked fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure that I the customer was happy. He was both courteous and professional in calling and arranging for the appointments.

Now I know why the other glass doctor company's closed, unprofessional, rude. They were to come out to my house today was told between 8-5. I told them I wanted them to call me the day before and that did not happened. So 10 o'clock the next day I called them she kept saying they would be there between 8 and 5 today. I ask her why they could not give me a better estimate on the day they were supposed to come out, then she said oh you're the next appointment. I told her I wanted them to call before they come and not 2 minutes before. She said again between 8 and 5, obviously she didn't understand. So I told her if he came and didn't call with at least 20 minutes notice I may or may not answer the door if that's the way they wanted to do business. So they didn't show up nor did they call very unprofessional. I'm hiring them they're not hiring me.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They do not call you back when they say they will. They will keep you on hold for 10mins and send you to voicemail. They will push your order / fix back each time you ask about your glass repair.

Got them to come out and provide a quote to replacing a glass panel in a sun room. Called them three times over three weeks to have them complete the quote and then schedule the replacement. Now four weeks later I gave up, not going to call them again. I called another company who came out the next day, gave me a quote the following day, and then scheduled the replacement for two weeks out.You only have one chance to make a first impression. The optics here weren't great.

This company did not stand behind an order that I placed with them on 11/3/22. I ordered a round table glass to protect a new dining table. I had the professional come out, measure and tell me that the cost was including delivery. I then paid the $219.27 through a link in the email quote within 10 minutes. The payment was accepted and the order was initiated. Today on 11/15/2022 my wife received a call telling her we owed a balance of $390.62 in addition to the $219.27 we had already paid. We were then told we could remove the $250 delivery fee and come get it ourselves and pay the remaining balance. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, unethical and a terrible business practice. I worked for the Glass Doctor many years ago and chose not to continue to my career with them and now remember why. Ethics is important.....

Brad and Joseph came out and repaired my back driver side window. They were very professional and did a great job. I had several quotes and Glass Doctor was cheaper than the rest. I had a great experience and would definitely use them again.

Great estimator and customer service team. Only problem is if you need to cancel there is a non refundable deposit you have to put down for the work. So make sure you really want them before proceeding even if same day order and cancellation.

The glass pane was destroyed in a french door at my house. I am outside of the service area, so, had to bring the door to their location. New glass pane was in stock and the turn around was four or five days. Price was reasonable at 450 for glass and install.Note that if the glass had to be ordered, it would have been several weeks. But, that's just how things are right now.Very happy with how things went.

My experience was great! I called and i was in the next day with an appt. The technician was educated and friendly and took great care of my window. He even went the extra mile to clean the old glass out. Not too mention how friendly the lady in the front was super nice and gave me a great deal!

I am very excited about the quality of product and work Glass Doctor provided!! Their cost was the best from the 5 places I called and everyone from the people answering the calls to the technicians were polite and very easy to work with! Joseph and Kevin were fantastic! My appointment was scheduled for my workplace in the morning but it ended up storming. Joseph was quick to adjust his schedules and offered me 2 different options for keeping my appointment the same day at my convenience!!5 stars all the way!!

Setting up the appointment was okay bc they had a bunch of different times. The person showed up at our house and we signed a contract and paid the bill in full. 3 weeks later Zac called us asking for an additional $390 bc the price was quoted to us incorrectly. They wouldn't go half way on the new price. They Voided their own contract. Taylor claimed they couldn't eat the cost.

Technician was asked to contact a hour before to allow time to drive home because of dogs. When he called he said he would be there in 15 minutes. When I stated it would take me a hour to get home he hung up. When I called customer service back they called the tech who said he had already left the area and I would need to reschedule. Thankfully this guy s unprofessional behavior showed up now I definitely would not recommend this company

The crew were great and professional. They arrived in a timely manner and replaced the window on the passenger side without any problems. The office staff were extremely helpful and took the time to answer any questions and concerns. I highly recommend Glass Doctor.

Filed my claim ten days ago. Called insurance to check-in and received a call back that this place "doesn't do that anymore"? Any notice at all whatsoever was needed.

Brittany was amazing, smile the whole time I was there and Lord knows I needed a smile today. Brad the Magic man was exactly that he was awesome. my experience was quick, inexpensive and they were both a Breathe of Sunshine they need raises. Thanks Brittany & Mr. Magic Man (Brad).

Wonderful experience. Appointment was scheduled for 12:30 and the windshield was replaced within 35 minutes. Friendly staff, clean waiting area. It would be nice if they had Wi-Fi, but since I was not there long it was not important.

Very professional! After clerical errors affected my first 2 appointments, the third appointment was successful. They even removed my "oil change reminder" sticker from the old windshield and put it on the new windshield they installed.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I was so pleased with the technician (Kevin) that I dealt with, that I felt the need to do so.
