My hats off to Glaser's Collision Center where I recently had some paint work done on my vehicle. Although most of us hate it when we have to spend money on updates or repairs, thanks to the staff at Glaser's, this turned out to be a painless experience. The office staff was delightful to deal with from beginning to end. The work they did was impeccable. My car looks great!! It was all done in the time frame they quoted me, at the price I was quoted, and they cleaned it inside and out before they returned it to me. Super service all around!

Worst experience ever I had to return over 8 times because I guess nobody knows what they are doing here. I kept being lied to. There was so many lies told to me. The body work was horrible and the paint didn t match and still don t. I am not happy with the outcome. They basically just shoved me away and wouldn t make things right. Also very unprofessional to walk in and see the two office employees flirting with each other. From now on to future customers check your car over make sure it s not glue that s holding your vehicle together. Make sure all the right clips are in place. Just don t want to see someone else make the same mistake I did. I feel like my 6 year old would have done a much better job. BEWARE DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! I had to take it to a different shop to have them fix it right for me. This place is a joke!! And don t even bother replying to this message I won t be reading it you have wasted enough of my time and money already!

This location was great from start to finish. The front desk staff are kind, approachable and always answered my questions. The owner is super nice and informative. They have a solid working relationship with State Farm and Enterprise, which made all those steps very easy. Thanks so much for taking great care of your customers!

Contacted them to get an estimate on my car damage to ensure the insurance company was writing me a check for a fair amount. I plan to keep the money and go about repairs on my own and she told me it would be a waste of time to do that and that the insurance wouldn't allow it... Seriously???

My vehicle was stolen then found but was torn apart. I went in for an estimate and they could see that I was upset. They were so welcoming and compassionate. The services were prompt and professional. My vehicle was like brand new when I picked it up. They made a horrible experience for me alot easier to deal with.

My Toyota repair experience was amazing! Travis and admin team at Glaser s on Preston are simply the best!! On time and kept me posted. Enterprise Rental on Preston worked seamlessly with Glaser s and both worked so well with my insurer. It was such an easy repair process. Brought my vehicle in recently after being rear ended and was very pleased with the outcome! Everyone I've met there was kind and helpful. During the process, Glaser's did a great job communicating every step and helped set up a rental (worked with State Farm). Would definitely recommend!

This place is awesome! After my truck got hit, I called multiple shops who told me it would be at least a month before they could give me an estimate on repairs. Glaser's had me send them pictures, and they had an estimate and date for repairs scheduled by the end of the week. The front office ladies were incredible - very informative and easy to work with.Originally, they gave me an estimated completion period of about 2 weeks. Instead, they finished 9 days EARLY. Not only did they repair everything to perfection, Chad Armstrong had the whole truck detailed inside and out. It was spotless and looked better than it did when I bought it.I highly recommend using this shop!

Great customer service and did a great job with communication. They also helped coordinate my rental car which took stress off of me trying to plan the car drop and rental car pickup. My car was clean upon pickup, running great, and they also communicated with my insurance company. It s never convenient having your car damaged, needing service, and losing it for a few days but they did an amazing job of making it as painless as possible!

These wonderful people helped us out with some big southern hospitality. Our car was broke into while at the expo center for our granddaughters graduation. We explained what happened, told them we just needed to get home to Michigan. They took our car right in, blew the glass out and patched the window so we could get home. We can not thank them enough! Wonderful business and great people. Thank you!

I did not have an issue with the front office customer service, however the Glaser's are frauds. Especially the second generation. They might be family owned, but they do not take care of their employees, nor do they know how to run a business properly. All they care about is money and they just pretend to be the perfect family in order to obtain the illusion that they actually care about their customers/employees. The employees they do have, do great work, however, the Glaser's themselves are fake.

My car was damaged in an automobile accident. USAA recommended Glaser and I could not be happier. They did a great job. Took about 3 1/2 weeks to repair the car. They kept me updated on the process and whenever I called regarding a concern, they were so kind on the phone and reassuring. I often get dismissed but I never felt that way with the staff. I got three quotes for a collision repair and selected Glaser's because the other two quotes were higher. Glaser's performance was so strong in quality of work and customer service that if I need another collision repair in the future, I will come to Glaser's directly.

Body repair for my vehicle. Work was scheduled out about 2 weeks. I was advised it might take a week but only took 4 days. I was kept informed by text messages with an update every day.
