I have used Glaser's many times. This last time for extensive front end damage to my Mustang GT after hitting a highway light pole. :-( As always my car was repaired like new. Everyone is friendly and helpful. No shortcuts! Lifetime warranty!

Such an easy process and great interactions with various points of contact. I had received a prior estimate and it was a no brained to go with Glaser. Even at the estimate they were thorough and friendly. When I picked my car up they had also cleaned the interior lightly, such good service and will be recommending to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop!

They did a phenomenal job with my first car, but not the second car that I brought to them, it was just a ding on the fender, they fixed it, but the color is off and so is the fender when they put it back on it is not aligned well, and you can tell that the car was repaired because of the difference in color.

Glaser s did an OUTSTANDING job in repairing my Lexus SUV.Their customer service and staff were EXTREMELY helpful with this entire process. They kept me updated with the progress via text messages and my car looks great! Glaser s even washed and cleaned it out before I arrived to pick it back up! I definitely recommend giving Glaser s a phone call.

It's already stressful when your car is in the shop, but Glaser's made this process so easy and painless. From estimation to payment I am so satisfied with my experience at Glaser's. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will be back when in need of their services.

Glaser recently completed a bumper repair for us. Their work was timely and the repair looks perfect, identical to the original bumper. Their customer service is fantastic and they even did a light interior cleaning of our vehicle before returning to us. (I immediately noticed this as the dash was shiny and kiddo fingerprints were no longer coating the windows. ) Glaser provides quality work all around. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I was in a car accident, where a person backed into my parked vehicle damaging my back bumper. Their insurance took responsibility and paid for the repairs, and told me to take my vehicle to Glaser's, and they'd take care of it all. Upon arriving I was greeted by Aaron Mizell, who I'd highly recommend!!! Aaron not only kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, but offered (after sending in my insurance quote and paying any differences) to fix my front bumper, which was damaged a few months ago from another not-at-fault accident. He informed me that it'd take about the same amount of time to repair the front bumper as it would my back, so my car would be repaired by the due date he gave me. Just like Aaron said, I recieved a phone call a few days later from Aaron personally saying Glaser's had finished, and my car was ready to be picked up, as well as, get this..... The cost of repair of my front bumper was cheaper than the quote my insurance gave me at their shop (not Glaser's) so I got to keep the difference, rather than having to it, like I thought!!! Aaron explained how they did it, and said he'd see me soon. When I arrived, who other was sitting next to my car waiting on me! Aaron greeted me, gave me a walk around my car, showing me the completed repairs, as well that they took the time to both wash and vacuum it for me. I'd highly recommend Glaser's Collision Center for their great customer service, hospitality, and work!

This is my second time using Glaser and they continue to impress. They quickly got my estimate done and got started working on my car. They replaced the drivers side door and front bumper from an animal strike and it looks as good as new. They were so easy to work with especially with the insurance company. I got updates via text and phone throughout the process and my car was ready two days early. I can t recommend them enough!!Service: Painting

The folks at Glaser s are amazing! Someone backed into my car and initially I was so stressed about having yo find someone to do the body repairs. I am not a car person so I thought it was going to be terrible. But the kind folks at Glaser s put me right at ease. They were knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The shop took far too long to complete their work as promised. Also, there is a shimmy in ther front suspension which wasn't there before they did their work. A personal piece of paper is missing from the vehicle. I am very disappointed.

This is my oldest sons car. His safety and well being are a major concern for us. Glasers understood and took the job seriously, communicated with me constantly, and delivered a finished product I am happy with. They replaced the door and some of the trim on my car after someone backed into it. I received text messages throughout the week letting me know what progress was being made and they also called to give me updates. Early in the week, they gave me an updated time estimate and ended up finishing early! I love the text updates and confirmations. It s a really nice touch and it kept me from having to contact them to get information. I went to them because that s what the insurance company covered but they ll be my go to if I ever need their services again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone that I had an encounter with is nice and willing to help with anything. The experiences that I had were : my car was nicely taped together when I took it for estimates. This was really helpful. Secondly, I noticed a scratch on the car after I picked up, gave them a call and they are willing to fix it for at cost.My car was ready before the estimated date.They are easy to work with and understanding.I highly recommend Glaser's Collision Center to all.I'm so pleased with their work.Good job Glaser' s collision center.

Glaser's does excellent work! They've completed 3 of my vehicles in the last two months. I'm very happy with all 3. I really like everyone there, but hope I don't see them anytime soon, unless it doesn't involve my vehicle. Had a great experience with Glaser's.Had my car back to me in a timely manner. I was very happy with the work they did. This is our 6th experience with Glaser s Jeffersontown location; they have handled everything from minor collision damage repairs and installation of upgrades to a full-on hail damage repair/refinish. We have found the entire staff from the front desk to the estimators and the skilled technicians to be highly professional people who are able to make what can be a frustrating experience go smoothly and efficiently. I have had to use Glaser twice because of people hitting my car while it was parked. They are amazing to work with and their receptionist is top notch. She is really helpful and fully understands the process with working with the insurance company. Both times it took 3 mos before they could work me into their schedule which sucks but the quality of work is excellent. This is the second time I have gone through Glaser's J-town location for property damage repairs. They are FANTASTIC! Communication is frequent and clear and, as a woman, I genuinely appreciate the fact that I never feel like I'm being talked down to.
