New name, but same great service and quality you have come to expect over the years. John was great and very knowledgeable and took care of my situation quickly explained everything to me. Make sure to give them a little flex room and patience as they are transitioning to the company process and systems.

I recently visited a local car repair shop for repairs to my front end of vehicle and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the shop was clean and well-maintained. The repair work was done efficiently and effectively, using quality parts. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and provided an accurate cost estimate. Anytime I had questions, John promptly answered my concerns. My car was returned in great condition. Looked like a new vehicle. I highly recommend this car repair service. Thanks again!

Recently I rated then 1 star. That rating was based on 2 things. 1 the lack of communication during the initial repair process which they more than made up upon returning my car. They detailed it inside and out and it looked better than the day I purchased the car. The other reason was based on the wrong information given to me by the manufacturer. Today I returned and Jeff and his team went above and beyond to get to the bottom of my concern. Again that concerns was based on information (wrong information) given to me by the manufacturer. I want to first APOLOGIZE to Jeff and his team for the added stress I placed onto them as they're going through a transition. I also want to THANK THEM for working together to resolve my concerns. What I didn't share with them is the fact that prior to purchasing the latest car they repaired for Mr the reason I have that car is because my Toyota was pitted on I-65 and when the car finally stopped it was wheels up and both my passenger and I after being pulled out walked away from it with very minor cuts and no serious injuries. Now I am very sensitive when it come to making sure all systems on my car are in perfect working condition. Again, I THANK Jeff and his team for GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO get to the bottom of and resolve my issues. In closing I want to PUBLICLY SAY THANKS TO THE STAFF FOR DEALING WITH ME UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES I PLACED THEM IN!

Highly recommend. Their service was stream line from the beginning to end. It s all taken care of at their center. Dropping off your car, getting your rental, returning rental, and picking up your vehicle. They made the paper work process so smooth. Updates were received as they worked on my vehicle and explained to you. Quality on the repairs and to top, my car was detailed very nicely!

TOC goes above and beyond. Their communication regarding each phase of repairs made every expectation very clear from start to finish. I was sitting at a red light only 100 yards from my house when the guy behind me decided not to stop,totalling my Mustang. I have never been in an accident and never had any bodywork done to any of my cars. I was looking for someone close that did amazing work. I was referred to Touch of Color by a neighbor. I got on their website that day and posted some pictures of my damage and they called me the next day. I drove to the shop on the following Monday to get the estimate. I met up with Destinee, she was very nice and knowledgeable about what I needed. She explained everything in great detail and she e-mailed an estimate to me the next day. I asked her when would be a good time to drop it off and she said they could take it now. I dropped off the Mustang on a Monday. Destinee stayed in touch with me every step of the way,letting me know everything that was going on. I got the call that the Mustang would be ready for pickup on my Birthday. Awesome Birthday present!!!They drove it out of the shop and it looked like the day I bought it in 2006. I was amazed by the work. I drove it home and did some more detailed inspection and noticed there were some burns in the clearcoat so I called Destinee and let her know I found something wrong in the paint. She said bring it back and we will inspect it. It looked like it had acid spilled on it. She said it is covered, and the Mustang went back in for another touch up. I got the call the next week that it was finished and it really is top notch now. Thank you to the Touch of Color team,they do really great work as you can tell by the photos. Everyone I communicated with is very friendly and they make you feel like you are part of the team. If you need any bodywork done go straight to Touch of Color and tell them Ryan Simmons sent me. They will take care of you.

Auto accident repair, using other drivers insurance...GREAT EXPERIENCE! The service was excellent, the communication was excellent, the repair was excellent, and repair warranty EXCELLENT! The car looked better than when I dropped it off! I will/would definitely use them again. I now want the car painted all over because the repair paint looks so great! Had a little accident, and wanted somewhere local with someone I trusted. Mike and his guys made the process extremely easy! The online estimate tool was extremely easy to navigate, the response time was quick, and the estimate was way more affordable than I had expected it to be.I was able to drop my car off just days after getting my estimate. The young lady behind the desk was extremely professional, and nice.John, who reviewed everything from the estimate to the actual car was thorough with explaining what was going to be done.Joy was amazing at keeping me up to date along the process with updates on where the car was. The time it took to get the car back was shorter than anticipated which was great because of some prior engagements.I would highly recommend touch of color to anyone needing any bodywork, or collision repair. First of all, it was nice to visit an auto business with such an inviting, clean office. That's one of the reasons I chose this business over another. And a plus for some, is a ramp for those in wheelchairs. My car was in for hail damage and I also had them replace my headlights. I wanted some of my own damage fixed, as well, but it turned out to be cost prohibitive as I was already paying a $500 deductible for the hail damage. But when I picked up my car, I noticed they had at least painted that part to make it look better and left a small jar of the car paint in my console. Loved the extra effort and that is what makes a great company. Their prices were fair as I had already gotten estimates at another business. Highly recommend.

Got into an accident back in December and spent months fighting with insurance to have repairs done. After finally getting all of that done I got my car into Touch of Color. They were EXCELLENT! They were always in touch with me providing me with updates and the work they did repairing my truck made it look better then the day I bought it. Hopefully I never have another accident BUT if I do, I know where my lifetime business will be.

After having a pretty terrible day at (no BS) a car show in Norton Commons where someone clipped the mirror of a car I literally bought 18 hours prior, Touch of Color not only made my car perfect again, they made the entire process seamless. The mirror is heated and has the car (as most do today) has blind spot monitors, so I wanted to bring it to a collision center where I know they have mechanics working on my car that are certified and always further educating themselves. After I dropped my car off, Josh worked with my insurance company and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I know Mike Hook and his family have been taking care of people in this market for a long time, but I couldn't have been happier with how all of this went down. When I came to pick up the car they had it pulled up from and cleaned like it was being pulled off the showroom floor. Hopefully I don't have to worry about fixing my car anytime soon, but if I do, it will 100% be going back to Touch of Color. Thanks Josh and Mike!Services: Painting, Electrical

I took my Ford Ecosport here after getting in two accidents, one including a rear end that was pretty bad. My car came out looking like it did when I got it brand new! They did an AMAZING job and I couldn t be happier with the result. The customer service was also great and everyone was so friendly. It made the process with insurance and getting it fixed so easy.

Communication was lacking. Not one phone call during the month they had my truck for a fender bender repair. I had to call for updates. Then I get there to pick it up and they had rubbed and scratched the whole side of my truck that hadn t even had work done on it. I had them fix it right then, but they would have let me drive home with it. No quality control, I suppose. Once they fixed that, I drove it home (gloomy and wet day). Park it and didn t look at again until today when I get a call from their office saying my truck is on their list of vehicles that was damaged by the hail storm while it was in their parking lot. Wants me to bring it in during my work hours, requiring me to take another day off work to meet THEIR needs instead of mine. Why in the hell would you let someone drive a vehicle home that you KNOW has new damage from being in your parking lot and then ask them to turn around and bring it back the hour drive it took to get there. I would venture to say they are the preferred shop with Allstate simply due to lowest bidder pricing. I can t see any other reason why they would be anyone s preferred shop. A deer jumped out and hit the driver s side of my car and kinda rolled down the side of my car leaving dents. Touch of Color was on a list of recommended shops. Other than not receiving an expected call back, they were very attentive when I called them. My car was ready as promised (still waiting on a Honda part). My car had been detailed and I truly appreciated that gesture! I d recommend this shop-absolutely!

Everyone there was very helpful and super friendly! We were there for an insurance claim! Our vehicle was a total loss so no work was done to our vehicle. But they are a very busy business which means one thing to me....... They must be good in order to have SO much business!!

When Allstate insurance said to contact you all, never imagined the service I was given. From the callback and then going in the service is exceptional. Thank you Lynn for making it easy on me. I was surprised at the lack of good customer service there. That was my experience. Even after having an appt for 2 weeks,the estimator waited til I went back in to remind them I had been waiting. my headlight is now flashing a headlight error , my sensors are not working for changing lanes, (the vibration when cars, or lanes are too close). after calling them to inform about the headlight took the car back next day came home same issue reply to a Gmail no response from touch of color. I have since heard from touch of color and would like to say that they have reached out to me although I have yet to take the car back to see why the headlight era light still comes on. Incredibly friendly people.I needed my front end alignment/steering wheel position checked on my Ranger, so while price shopping I figured I'd try them even though I doubted it was something they did. Turns out they Do, and they were less expensive than the other places I'd looked into. Waiting room was comfortable, I got a complimentary soda and even a T shirt after the work was done. Took Maybe an hour and it passed by quickly talking to the friendly receptionist. If I remember correctly one of the guys even said they could fix my A/C, may be something I look into as well, so some pleasant surprises, top notch people, and like Arnold, I'll be back.

Mike, Destiny, and Sherry were great. Best experience I ve ever had with a collision center. Professional and courteous. Not only did they do an excellent job with repair and communication, they helped with getting a great rental car rate. They also repaired the vehicle for less than expected. Call them if you need a repair.

Not only did it take an extremely long tome for my car to be repaired, especially after they admitted it wasn't extensive damage, now I have to pay to take my vehicle someone else because it is running poorly and is now kicking out errors. My car ran better with the damage from hitting the deer than it does now after bringing it to this shop. Also, had my car for over a month, call and tell me it's ready and then realize that my seat belts are locked and informed me they would have to keep it even longer. Couldnt have been to thorough of an inspection if no one ever noticed the locked seatbelts. They claimed they werent aware but I had the car towed in to the shop because they said it was unsafe to drive because the seatbelts were locked. When the seat belts were finally installed the driver side was installed backwards. I dont know how allstate feels comfortable recommending people to use this company.

I m extremely happy with the body shop. If I had extra money I d let them refurbish my car. But I really don t want or need any more accidents.
