Very helpful on the phone, but they are way out on being able to get customers in. I couldn't wait two months for my truck to be looked at.

I walked in and they gave me an estimate in the body shop right on the spot top notch on a scale 1 to 10. I give them a 20 all the way around

Town & Country service department is bad the lady that took my service order was rude i had an apointment for an oil change which was only supposed to take less than an hour but i was there 3 hours i had asked the lady why it was taking this long she said she didnt know i had told her i was late for work then she said what do you want me to do about it that was wrong on so many levels

Place is clean, quality service, prices while not cheap are in line with value of services. Had an appointment at 9 for an oil change, they did not get me out until 1130.

Terrible my car has been waiting on a part since June 5 months and I've been offered nothing! No rental nothing! I've been taking ubers to work for going on 6 months avoid this place at all cost!
