FleetPride has been a godsend! They do great work, and unlike other facilities I've had the displeasure of dealing with, they do show great care in making sure it's fixed the first time! Turnaround on heavy trucks is also incredible! Thanks guys for all that you do!

5 star Shop hands down. From road side service to the shop you can't find more knowledgeable and hard working guys to get you back out on the road. You won't find a better shop or a better deal in the surrounding area I can promise you that.

How To Funk with DOTTell ya hwat man, I'm so pride o' these guys. They fixed my reverse lights to turn on when I mashed that brake pedal. Thank you for that wonderful sixth grade service. See ya next time.

Was picking up and dropping off a truck no one that the service counter had to talk to someone in the office long wait slow service not good communication regarding what was going on the staff I did see was friendly somewhat difficult to locate location has a nice waiting area with TV and chairs at least the long wait was okay rugs and Floors needed cleaning

The people at this garage were outstanding from beginning to end. My husband and I live in a converted school bus and had some brake problems - although they were booked, they still got us in same day to see if it was something they could just do quickly for us and get us back on the road. They were transparent and even though we had to leave the bus with them for a week, we still knew everything that was going on. Needed a new radiator, radiator blown. Called was giving a price and grantee. To have me out in less than 48 hrs. This is a tractor trailer. Usually impossible, down time for guys like us it's almost a week. They started on my truck Tuesday morning, Today is Wednesday and the nightmare is over. This is know promotion or payoff. To all drivers, if you break down and you want good reliable work at a good price and people who actually stand on there word. Deal with these people. Trust me you'll be most definitely satisfied.Know lies over over charges , just Great work. A person word still stands here. I felt with Jeremiah, Paula & Keith took care of me and my equipment. I just wish the industry followed Nationwide standards.

Nation Wide Truck Service, called them up and explained to Jeremiah my issue I had with my trailer, kinda Spur of the moment deal, great customer service, good bunch of guys you want find a better place. They had me back on the road in no time. If you have truck or trailer issues this is your place.

I have personally worked with Jake, Chris, and Mr. Adkins for the past 2 years and all I can say is they know how to put their customers first! They treat you how they would treat a friend and family member! They are have timely responses, take the time to fix what your issues, and always take accountability! All of their employees are kind and respectful. Did I mention they have 24/7 service and that service always comes with a smile. If you ever need your trucks attended to and done the right way the first time, we ll look no further!!

Engine emissions light came on my Kenworth T680 so I brought my rig in to have it checked out just before closing. Within an hour, my technician Chad had the problem diagnosed and the parts ordered. Next day he did the work and I was good to go. Highly recommend Nationwide Truck Service and I can't thank them enough for getting me up and running so quickly. Wish all diesel repair shops operated this efficiently.

Our company deals with Nationwide Truck Services to fix our trucks either when we cant figure something out or if we don't have the time. It really helps that they come pick up our trucks so we can take care of other things that need to be done. Service is always done in a timely manor. Very easy to deal with. I would recommend Nationwide Truck Services to anyone.

Came to this location to have a pre-purchase inspection done on a f-350. When they went to take it on back the truck wouldn t turn over. Tyler came and talked with me and my business partner giving us great insight on what he can tell is wrong and recommended better alternatives for different trucks that would be a much better bang for our buck. Not only did we get good information on other trucks worth looking into but also some knowledge these mechanics have learned over the years. Would recommend coming here for great service and mechanics.

Paid a visit to Nationwide Truck Service today. What an amazing business! From the warm greeting you receive after coming in the door, to the prompt and professional service from their very knowledgeable office staff and service personnel. I will be here again. I run a marketing program for a branch of the military. We had a breakdown in Louisville and asked the staff here to perform a fix on our tire in order to get us to an airshow in less than 24 hours. They were able to fix the damage to our trailer and get us rolling in no time flat while being reasonable on pricing. If I am ever in this area again they are the only fleet maintenance service I would trust!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

We have a small fleet and we have used nationwide 4 time in the past 2 months. We have been very impressed with the service but most importantly the speed. It is rare to have the truck back the same day, but they have. We had some more involved repairs returned by the next day. You can't argue with results!

"great working truck, in good condition brakes are a little spongy" is what the add said on Craiglist... Having to drive down to South Florida 1200 miles away I wanted to have the brakes checked . The seller has a mechanic come by and adjust the brakes and to no avail the brakes didn't get much better but being that I was on a temporary insurance we had to put some road underneath is so We set out on our road trip.. about 3 hours in me and the driver decided our lives were in danger as the truck would not stop! So we pulled off the road rented a hotel and looked for a shop who can work on the truck on a Sunday Google led me here 1 phone call and a mechanic named Jason came to our rescue. He informed us that the previous mechanic adjusted the brakes back-words!!! He crawled under the truck in under 30 min we were back on the road with brakes!!!! Best money I ever spent

Terrible service!I called this place for roadside service but the guy could not fix my electrical problem. But he promised if I towed it to his shop they could fix it there. So I have the truck towed to the shop and after several hours of playing around with my truck they gave up and said they don t know what s wrong. I had to have it towed again to International. They looked at it for a few minutes and discovered that my only problem was a bad relay in the fuse panel. They changed out the one dollar relay and the problem was fixed. Between the towing and the $700 bill nationwide gave me for doing nothing I was out over $1000 for a simple problem that any first year mechanic should ve been able to find right away. Just take your truck somewhere else. These people have no idea what they re doing.

Called for road service for air dryer leaking on truck. Came out pretty quick to bypass dryer. Wasn't happy with price. They charge a minimum of 3.5 hrs of labor plus a service fee. $400 is definitely not a fair price for a 20 minute bandaid repair.

Jordan is the best. This establishment always treat my pocket fare and reasonable. Great mechanics. Speedy services. They give you plenty of choices. New or after market prices. Keep doing what you do guys. .

This is the best full service mechanic in the louisville area. Ive had a fleet of trucks for 8 years now. Finally around 4 years ago i found this shop. They do all my work now and keep me on the road. Tyler and Wayne are great and get me in and out and on the road quickly. Highly recomended by me thats for sure!

I just checked out Nationwide's new website that they're so proud of. It is really sad that they did not use a single picture of their own facility, equipment or mechanics. Are they that ashamed of their facility? It's not a bad facility so found it odd. Also, why do they have to buy their reviews? Good service should bring in reviews on their own in my opinion. Bribing people for reviews seems deceiving just like the pictures.

Top rate technicians. I had an issue with a truck. They went out of their way to come to my site, look at the problem and resolve it very quickly and efficiently. I had a truck go down in Louisville with an electrical problem. I called Nationwide, they came out and went through the easy things, like batteries, cables, loose wires, etc. but could not fix it on site, so I had it towed to their facility. Then they spent the whole next day trying to diagnose an obvious computer problem without the Freightliner diagnostics. We ended up having to tow it to the Freightliner dealer, who diagnosed the problem immediately. So Nationwide charged me a total of almost $1400 for a problem they could not fix. Not cool.
