You can't quantify safety. This becomes particularly poignant when the safety of a young family, including a 10-month-old child, is at stake. While First Class Auto attempted to rectify their mistake, the gravity of their initial oversight remains unchanged. Did they try to correct their mistake? Yes. Does that make the mistake any less heinous? No.TL; DR: First Class Auto Service incorrectly installed front struts, leading to a dangerous malfunction in the upper strut mount - where the entire weight of the car was improperly supported, risking severe consequences.Story: The job was simple, replace front suspension, all the parts were supplied & installation was all that needed to happen. Unfortunately, this ended up being a drawn out 3-month process of me (the car owner) knowing something was wrong with the job but not being able to prove it.January: They installed new struts, upper strut mounts and sway bar links. (850$ in labor)Initially, I noticed the car was visually sitting a little higher than I thought it should but was told it will take a quite a few miles driven before the suspension settles in.February: The car still didn t feel right & I knew I needed new tires so I replaced them.March: Car develops a weird cranking sound when the steering wheel is turned. I felt uneasy about First Class Autos work, so I took it took pep boys to have it inspected and got a new alignment. Pep Boys told me it looks like there is some sort of installation error with the upper strut mount and that s what causing the odd steering sound and feel.I take the car back to First Class Auto and they inspect it to let me know the strut and upper strut mount had failed and should be replaced.*You really must be there to understand just how dangerous what he showed me afterwards was* The driver side wheel was dropping 6+ inches when the mechanic pulled on it, so I knew it had to be replaced soon.April: I order a new strut and new strut mount for them to install. (Parts were under warranty so just a 400$ receipt in labor) After replacing the parts they show me how the strut mount was bottomed out and said it must be due to "aftermarket quality". The thing is, this wasn t after market, all parts are GM Genuine. Something else to note: They had no idea how to install the Bump Stop & there was also a new rubber ring in my trunk. I asked what it was, and Corey told me it was on the bottom of the mount. Now this rubber ring looked rough... Really rough. It just didn t sit right with me.I started researching on all things CTS-VSPRT Suspension and finally put it all together. The strut mount only failed because First Class Auto failed to install the strut properly. They put a rubber cup that goes on the top of the upper strut mount UNDER the strut mount. Meaning the entire weight of my car was supported by nothing but air. Which is what led to the failure of the strut mount, the strut, the ride height and what made the car just overall feel bad to drive.I take it back IMMEDIATELY and show them this because it needs to be removed from the passenger side as well.To their benefit they did acknowledge that it indeed was their mistake (referring to the now fired employee as a "jack hole" who made this mistake) and that they would refund the 400$ charge. This partially fixes it but not totally. This cost me 3 struts. 3 mounts. 3 trips to the First-Class Auto. 1 trip to another shop (pep boys) for an outside diagnostic and countless hours of my time.Final Word: If you need an oil change or a tire rotation... Go to Valvoline. At this point I wouldn t trust them to pump my gas. If you drive a car you care about just avoid the possibility that they will get it wrong. Save yourself the trip. Take it elsewhere, I promise, it s not worth it. Yes, they fixed it ... but at what cost?(after I discovered the issue myself)I am writing this as a father who drives his 10-Month-old daughter daily in a car I trusted them to fix. Who knew that they would put all our lives at risk.

Zero stars. This is the worst car I've ever seen for sale. Literally listed as "no issues" and "drive perfect." Far from it. The car cannot be aligned because there is so much frame damage. I'm not a mechanic so I didn't know until I took it to have it aligned. Alignment shop said they can't do it and that I need to take it to a frame shop to have it assessed. I did, they stated $5k worth of repairs. Instead of paying to fix it or take the car back they said they would give us 85% of our money back, so basically give them $1800 to take the car back. Run from these people. They are completely unqualified to repair any vehicle and will lie directly to your face. I was also told the oil was changed, another lie. EDIT The response below is yet another scam. This is where I met to look at the car, inside this shop, and this is most likely the same mechanic that "rebuilt" the car. The man I bought the car from even threatened me that he had me on video checking out the car, like that meant he wasn't responsible for selling a bad car. This shop just doesn't want to do business by the book so they don't register as a dealer.

Nice desk clerk. Last time I was there the mechanic told desk clerk that the oil level was very low. (This type of car is known to burn oil - it is an old car). This time I asked about the oil level but he only commented that if it was low the mechanic would have told him. I knew it was very low when I brought it in. Also I think they may have forgotten to fully close the hood. I noticed it was not closed a day or two later.

I normally don t post reviews, but First Class Auto is absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful when my engine needed to be replaced, and worked with my warranty to get the costs covered. They communicated every step of the way and always made sure to be upfront about costs and the time it would take to repair. I HIGHLY recommend coming to them when in need of a repair. They were even able to get my car in last minute before they closed when I was stuck on the side of the road, and gave me a recommendation for a very quick tow truck to get there. I knew I was right to trust the other reviews and take my car to them.

I have grown to respect the people who work here. Have had a few issues but most have been solved. Corey is the best along with the tall 'master mechanic' fellow. I always feel like I'm getting the best when I know he's working on my car. My car warranty place brought me to them and it's worked so far. Again, I give coery so much praise and respect. He has to go through a lit dealing with the public but he handles it like a pro.

I just came in today (1-12-24) I picked up my 2015 buick enclave after I had to get it towed because my tire caught a flat and the wheel was melted to the hub! This place accepts my GWC warranty on my car so I got it in and they saw my check engine light on, ran the codes and did the works. They informed me of everything that needed done and worked with me on what was priority and what I can afford at the moment. So not only did they finally take off my flat tire, but they did some other work like my rotors, brake pads, and spark plugs. I m pretty sure it was the boss man who came out during my checkout and he got me all together with a tire on my car. I recommend this place for the repairs you need, they re a really good business and I m happy that I have a place that I m confident to take my vehicle to. It s nice too, on the inside they have madelines for snacks and hot chocolate, also a sitting area with a TV.

The people at First Class Auto Service are very straightforward, approachable, and quick to service. I had an emergency where my coolant was leaking everywhere; and this was the only place close that was open Saturday. I just brought my car in and they were able to get the diagnostic and fix my car in just a few short hours. They even complimented my car which was very nice and unexpected considering it's just an old Tahoe. Very happy and relieved now, highly recommend.

They do an excellent job on changing my oil they do it in a timely manner. The only issue that I had was I asked a question to the manager and he said I would get back to you I am still waiting for an answer but I found someone who who gave me a quote and he now has the business.

Great people, if the mechanics book says that it takes 2 hours to complete the job, then it takes them 2 hours to complete the job. You can sit there and wait and get your car fixed the same day!

Professional mechanic Haydar best guy. I had issue in my ram 1500 2021 4 people before him checked the truck they didn t found the issues horn was not working and wiper one speed only and truck was stopped not run I take it to him he finish everything in on day was mouse inside car eat some wiring and he found it great man great price great shop thank you all guys

Worst mechanic I have ever used.Inaccurate information, illegal charges with no notice, and rude correspondence. I strongly suggest against using this business. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

Way overpriced they charge you a ton just for a diagnosis for your car then they ll try and tell you there are other things that need to be done and they don t really need work. They will also overcharge you just for labor when the pieces and parts are cheap

Not sure on this place yet. Dropped my car off Saturday, feb 25 2023 at 10 am to have a new radiator put in. I thought it was going to be a one day job. They never called me back and when I went up there they were already closed so now I have to wait til monday to find out about my car. I brought it in on a weekend so I could be ready for work on monday. Now I guess I don't have a car for monday. I understand things taking longer than expected but a phone call would have been the professional thing to do. This review to be continued monday I guess. ...... So anyway, the owner called me back that saturday and said there was a miscommunication and he opened the shop on sunday so I could pick up my car. Really nice guy, they did a fine job and I'll be going back to them.
