It's close to where I live and they seem to do good work. On the other hand, I was told it would be an hour at most to have my car looked at and a tire patched. Took more like 90 minutes and I had to buy a new tire. Get ready to listen to right wing TV if you wait in their lounge.

This location serves as an island of friendly, efficient, straight shooting customer service, in the desert of car repair facilities that is downtown Louisville. With actual trained, diagnostic mechanics, the identified and resolved my issue quickly. (Slow Leak) Options, with up front pricing where offered, and honored. Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive option, but fair. They will, as is the parlance of our times, 'Hook a brother up "

Sometimes getting to the parking lot can be a bit confusing/congested since this location is close to downtown, so may not recommend to people I know that would get overwhelmed with that situation.Based on my experienced Marc was great! He made sure to answer all my questions and explained what the techs would be looking for/at once they got my car pulled in. I did the drop off service and he called and explained what they found and the process forward. Marc is very knowledgable and creates a great environment to ask questions if you're not 100% confident in what's going on. See y'all next time!

Mechanics have a reputation of taking advantage of customers because of the complexities of automobiles. Often I leave a mechanic feeling cheated. However, I felt like I got treated fairly when I went into this location.

been a regular at this Louisville location for 11 years. Always easy process. will keep coming back. Friendly folks, good product, match reasonable prices. convenient location. all good.

The front office staff and mechanics are exceptional and I highly recommend them for tires and other repairs. They finish work almost always the same day even if I show up without an appointment. Happy customer over the past 8+ years.

I have been going to this Firestone shop for about Four years. I recently experienced some of my worst business with them. I spent about 500 Dollars with them to fix my brakes and rotors and a noise. When I received my car back it had a nail in my tire. They didn't try to plug or anything for me, like it was my fault.And they basically acted as if they didn't hear a noise in my car. So, I scheduled another appointment with them, for me and one of their technicians to ride together. On my scheduled appointment they used the same excuse that they had a technician out with COVID-19. I can't believe they did me like that

I have been a Firestone customer for at least 6 years and have never received the kind of treatment the manager at this location treats his customers with. I have gone to this location multiple times and more times than not, he is condescending, and flat out rude. I'm not one to write reviews but it truly was disheartening being that I went the day before and received top notch, hospitable customer service from a different worker. I wish the manager had the same ability to be personable like the workers below him seem to have.

Been using this place for years but recently it's gone down hill. Will never take car here again.My car was fine when I drove it there but now the breaks went out.Looks to be an obvious scam,Like they are holding my car hostage.Run don't walk from this repair shop.

The tires are wonderful however I'm not too fond of the staff and their work ethic and respect for the customer. They glued weights on the inside of my rims on my corvette which rubbed, I had to bring it back the next morning and was told I could be in and out in half hour if I was there at opening, so I wake up early and bring the car back and was told it would be an hour or two at most despite being told something different the night before, I flippantly said fine whatever and walked outside to call an uber and luckily the front desk clerk said he could make it a half hour. I got the car back and noticed the tires weren't balanced and I had a wobble, but I wasn't going to turn back and spend another day without my car. Upon inspection two weeks later while cleaning the car, I see they removed the glued weights that were rubbing and just left the messy adhesive inside the rims. I called this morning and they said I would have to leave the car again as they are short staffed and I informed them I would let them i know when I could make room for a 3rd trip. Its disappointing to see the glue left. I worked hard for my things and expect them to be treated with respect when in the hands of a service tech but this was not the case.

I had appointment on Fri 11/11 at 7am I dropped my car to fix the windshield wiper and motor and they didn't even see what's the problem and the didn't look at it, even I call them to get updates if the going to see the car , bad service, not professional. This is my last time going there

Mark was a lifesaver! We drove here from NC for an outpatient surgery and hit truck tire debris on the interstate and were dragging our undercarriage shield. Mark got our car fixed without any hesitation and we are able to drive home. Thank you so much!

Update: A reminder that there are much (believe me much) better places to get your routine car maintenance completed. This place has a few decent people but tends to hire a large number of people and managers who will attempt to rip you off and treat you like a kid.***************I keep trying to like this place but I have now given up. I have the lifetime balance and rotation and still could not get a simple appointment days later to get the work finished. The main manager when he is here is fine but the other guy totally sucks and I just cannot keep dealing with him.

Came here to get a tire patched... dropped it off at 1130am, told they would call me in a couple hours. I called at 530pm asking eta, and it was obvious they hadn't looked at it. Said they'd get to it soon. I walked 20 minutes up there and it had just gotten on the rack. They were slow, they had just forgotten about it... all day. Wasted my entire day to tell me the screw, in the first tread, was too close and I'd have to buy a new tire for 175. What a rip off scam. Don't go here to get forgotten about and potentially scammed.Update: went to a competitor BigO and got it fixed in 1 hr. Not close to side wall.Service: Tires

Pulled in to get air in my tire. When I went to the front desk the guy but always rolls his mustache told me to pull my car to the very last Bay and someone would be out in a few minutes. My car was already there so I went back out and waited. No one ever came out to put air in my tire, but the guy that was working the front desk was walking around the shop smoking his vape, And at one point there was four employees all outside standing around a motorcycle checking it out. I feel like every time I come to this shop the service gets worse and it seems to stem from lack of front desk communication. If they don't want to put air in my tire, or they don't have time they should just tell me so I'm not wasting my time

They seem to do a pretty good job. We had a tire rotation and alignment scheduled and they completed it in about 2.5 hours. They also had quite a few people waiting and a constant flow of traffic. Overall, we were very pleased.

The employees that work on the cars seem the be nice and friendly, they were kind and helpful when I went up there to get some air in my tires but when I asked how they was doing, they proceeded to explain to me how their manager is making it a toxic work environment, I hope y all can look into that, bc I would ve sued based of some of the stuff they told me.Service: Tires

Great job at replacing our tire on a Sunday when most other tire shops are closed. The gentleman working told us it would be a two hour wait and it was. We were happy to wait and watch the NFL game on the widescreen in the lobby. Thanks for being open on Sundays and having a clean and pleasant area where customers can wait. The work on my vehicle has always been done professionally. The problem I run into with this location specifically is their appointments mean NOTHING.The first time I dropped my truck off for an appointment to rotate and balance and front end alignment I was told they were short staffed and too busy. Instead of informing me half way through the day so I could at least have my truck at some point it went all day and nothing happened. I was told I needed to reschedule so I did and they were able to get it taken care of the second time.6 months later in for another appointment for rotation and balance. Same thing happens. Both times I was without my truck all day for it to just sit there. Both times I had to inconvenience a coworker to pick me up and drop me off so that my truck sat there with nothing done to it. I understand that there are staff shortages. But don t over schedule as much as you do. I m not trying to have a transmission rebuilt just a simple rotation and balanceServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Firestone is a very honest and reliable place to get your car fixed. Firestone employees are very respectful on East Broadway. They have always returned my car looked at and fixed in the same day although they explain that they may have to keep it until the next day and in some cases they will if they are extremely busy.They have warranties and give you the entire and exact problem your having with your vehicle with a paper copy and via email also. Although they are a little pricey I would pay their price and have it fixed correctly, instead of the cheap route that's going to have you back in less than a week trying to fix the same problem they were already supposed to have fixed.
