What good is it to make an appointment if they take all walk ins and you're still sitting here 4 hours later. This is definitely a never come back to business. An appointment, in a well run business, means you have priority over the ones that randomly stroll in. I guess Firestone does not agree. 0/10 would never recommend in even your most horrible circumstances. Taking the bus would be a faster option than having this place work on your car.There should be an option for negative stars on here.

Car has been here over 18 hours and still hasn't been started on. All it needs is a tire replaced. Brought it last night at 6pm and at 2pm the next day, still hasn't even been started on. Front desk person has been exceptionally rude. Last night he argued with me over my warranty, turning the screen and saying "show me on this screen where it says warranty " and then I showed him. Told me an hour ago that my car would be done in an hour. An hour later, not even started and getting so much attitude from this same front desk person. I have been a long time customer to this location and will never come back to it. Attached picture of front desk person. Don't know his name. When I expressed being upset, he told me to file a complaint, so I did so. I would give this no stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in "customer service." All of this over a warranty replacement .

I was very disappointed with this service. I made an appointment for my car, and 2 days after my appointment they still had not even looked at my car. Initially they told me it would be done the same day, but after I was never given information on when my car would be done, or how long it was going to take. I understand there are staffing issues, but there was no need for me to make an appointment if it was not feasible for Firestone to finish when they originally told me it wouldn t take longer than a day. I was able to take my car to a different shop and they fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes. Again, extremely frustrated and disappointed in this service and I would not recommend taking your car there.

I scheduled my service (4 tires and an alignment) more than a week in advance, and dropped off my vehicle @ 7:30 on 4/13/24 when they opened the doors. I was assured repeatedly that I would have my vehicle back by the end of the work day. I repeatedly told them I had somewhere important to be. I got back 15 mins after close and my car had not even moved from where I parked it that morning. So although I was a bit upset I rescheduled for 4/20/24 and again dropped it off @7:30am. Having had to now get two rides up and back, I once again asked if I would have it back before the end of day, and was assured again that yes I would. Once again did not happen. I did not receive my car back completed until an hour after closing the following day 4/21/24. I understand that there are labor shortage issues of qualified people who want to work. But, if they knew that they could not get my car done due to lack of available techs, why not just send me to another Firestone/Bridgestone location, rather than wasting 3 days of my time? And their internal communication was horrible. There were (service related) questions I had asked about my vehicle (that I would ve assumed would have gone in a note on my account.) But when I d ask about them in person, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. Highly dissatisfied after being a loyal customer for over 5 yrs now (sets of tires and two lifetime alignment packages on two vehicles.) I m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere in the future. The only saving grace this place has is their employee Ashley, she was the only one who was a pleasure to deal with, and because of her great customer service was the reason I scheduled at this location in the first place. Otherwise the rest of my experience deserves 0 Stars.

The customer service was great and they did a look over on my car which i hadn't expected. I also got my tires on sale, Which was almost 200 cheaper then Discount tires. The wait time is really all i can complain about. But over all, id go back and recommend to others.

The new manager likes to brag about how he turned this place around from previous management but I have been here twice since he has taken over and I have been disappointed both times. If your car is serviced here, add 1-2 additional days to the repair time (no matter how big or small the job is). Expect to spend half an hour at the desk (not including waiting in line) while the manager talks to you about irrelevant stuff and answers the phone in the middle of you giving your information. And I cannot stress this enough: If they give you a price expectation, get it in writing. We will not be swindled here again.

Gerald was extremely helpful! Showed up first thing in the morning following an incident where my car during an oil change at a local quick lube. He and the team not only were able to squeeze me in the schedule, but helped me identify and resolve the issue within a few short hours. Really appreciated their advocacy.

Ordered tires yesterday with this location. Bring rims in for install. No one knows anything about the order. Guess it is my fault that the staff can t do simple things.Have had other issues from them. Kept my excursion for two days. Finally I took my truck to big o. Guess what an hour for four new tires.Called the only other Firestone, can t order the tires I need. So here it is. Big O tires just ordered the Firestone tires I needed!!!!!! How can a company not have their own product? I would not buy them but have four new tires and needed six. Firestone will never get another dime from me or my family or friends. Read reviews on this company. Be warned about their work, time or attitude problems.

I visited the Firestone Complete Auto Care service center located at 4818 Outer Loop in Louisville, KY. The purpose of my visit was to have my tires rotated and balanced. While I was there, I asked if they would check the accuator door on the passenger side. They did and gave me a quote of $419.08 to make the accuator door repair. I declined that service at this time.When I picked up my car, I was billed $108.88, of which $42.99 was for A/C Performance Check with Dye. I thought the $42.99 quote was to fix my accuator. I was not informed that there would be a charge to just check the accuator door. I did not ask them to check my A/C system. I was told that my accuator was bad, which I already knew, that is why I asked them to check it and give me a quote. My air conditioning worked fine yesterday, but when I picked up my car today, it wasn t working. In addition, there were greasy handprint/marks all over my car dash and glovebox.I called the service center back and asked about the $42.99 charge as well as my air conditioning not working and the greasy marks. The guy went and asked the tech and he came back to the phone and said that my car was low on freon. He was very short with his response. I stated that the air conditioning worked fine yesterday and he just said the tech told him the freon was low. I asked about the greasy marks and received no response.

The workers were exttheremely transparent. There was nothing hidden either on purpose of in the form of absent mindedness. They were upfront about costs and what needed to be done. They checked in with me btheyefore any work was done in an effort to make sure they had my consent. They were knowledgeable, reasonable, and quick to make the most of my time and not waste it. The results on the work done was very satisfying. Nothing was left unchecked and they even went above and beyond to apply any available coupons without being prompted. I highly recommend them and encourage those seeking automotive repairs to at the very least set up a consultation before making any final decisions.

Took car in for a alignment and the 20 year master tech...decided to beat the crap out of my car for this alignment. Manager and really everybody else there has been cool, was in 2 times prior and that guy was awesome (didn't take a hammer to my car) but he was on his honeymoon. $200 plates trashed and hit the car with the hammer around the plates chipping the paint. Unfortunately I will not be using this facility any longer, don't trust leaving my car there.

I don't understand how I have an appointment to take my fiance car for a oil change at 10am and finally leave at 12pm. 2hr oil change is unacceptable if u ask me. #Do better Firestone

A huge thanks to the team at Firestone! I was passing through on my way to Tennessee, and the radiator light came on in my car. The gentleman working the counter quickly came outside to inspect and determined I needed a top up of fluid. It was close to closing time, but that didn t seem to matter. He was courteous, helpful, and got us back on the road to get home. In a time where most people just don t care anymore, this gentleman helped us in a big way. Many thanks!

Had to get tires today, had 2 flats due to nails. Steve was able to get me in and taken care of within 4 hours even though they were booked solid. Very fortright in pricing. Thanks Steve, loving my tires and alignment.

One of the many worst shops in Louisville, in my opinion. Every time I take my car to their shop, either they mess it up, or find something else wrong. My car is still practically brand new. The price they quote over the phone changes after you arrive. And don't try to use a coupon, they will make sure to charge a higher price to cover the coupon discount. If I didn't have a Firestone credit card, I wouldn't deal with them whatsoever! The latest experience on today, I had them put my car back together and took it elsewhere for repairs. Gross business. The staff were really pleasant and explained things in a language my mama could understand. They were thorough with the work that was done. We had a 10 am appointment and were back on our way within a two hour window. I would trust them to take care of the car and treat mama well in the future.

When my check transmission light came on and I needed an oil change, I wanted an auto shop close to me that would be able to take care of me. I made an appointment for 7am and hoped I would be out of there in time to get to work around 9am if nothing was really wrong. After sitting for an hour and a half, someone finally took a look at my car. There was nothing wrong with my transmission, but there was an extensive list of problems including my battery, tires, and brakes that totaled about $1500 to fix. I was shocked and asked them to hold off on any work and just change the oil. I didn t leave the shop until 10am. That s a long time for just an oil change.Then I managed to get my car into a smaller family mechanic. They ve taken a look at my car and told me half of the paperwork I provided was nonsense and I didn t have nearly as many issues as they made it seem. They ll be able to fix everything for about $800.So, it took forever to get service, I was given a list of things that weren t really problems, and was told I would need quite a bit of money to get everything fixed. I think these folks saw a young woman walk into their shop and decide I didn t know enough or have enough resources to know better and tried to take advantage of that. Please do better.
