This company allows their employees to go out to restaurants and tip their servers 9% on a $415 tab after amazing service. If you are representing your company out in public you should probably have the manners to match what you want people to think of your workplace.

They get you in and out FAST!! I wish the fence was not so close when you back in to the dock but they are understanding and work hard. Just make sure to follow the rules and you will be fine. I am speaking to the truck drivers. Also make sure theyre aware if your running behind schedule

Great place for drivers just go down by door 5 and that's where shipping and receiving is located there's no over night parking here and no one in the guard shack either but they will get unloaded very quickly as long as u are on time for your appt

open shipping reciving starting 5,30 no overnight parking on site but h can find something on the streets nearby

My husband works here and loves it. Great staff, very well ventilated, helpful if needed, and all around wonderful to work for. Downside is only 3rd shift available for work at the moment.

This company could be so much more if they had more seasoned upper management. Employees are troopers here they tolerate alot. Employees make this company what is and a few supervisors.

It is the worst place I had ever worked in my life,I was descriminated against because of my diabetes,around town people calls it, the death factory,they actually don't care about their employees ,hr is unfair to most employees, and they only help their special friends,you will have no life working for these people,the operations manager is unhelpful, I sent him a fed ex letter trying to talk to him about my accident where I was hit in the face with a tailpipe, he would not talk to me ,he ignored the letter,they force you to work 7 work shift days at a time,for months at a time without a day off, they have their special friends who miss work and they don't get pointed for it, it is also a dangerous place to work with a superintendant who won't talk to you or help you with any situations,uncaring supervisor on 3rd shift who descriminates, against people with a disabily, this factory has almost caused my death on many occasions, they were unhelpful In dangerous situations, especially on the night I was hit in the face with a tailpipe, the supervisior could,not stop laughing when he seem me hurt, bleeding and lithargic,80% of the people on all shifts hate their jobs, this place is ran by people who should not be working there, faurecia emission control systems na llc, needs a union very badly, hr , the safety person and operations manager has used many scare tactics to keep the uaw out, so they can treat their employees any way they want, I would not recommend anyone to work there,I have also done a corporate complaint against these people, and was told by corporate that appropriate would be taken, then after this more retaliation took place by these people in managementThey are at 4415 east Indian trail lo ky 40213, you are much better off to find a job somewhere else, I feel so sorry for people who still have to work there, god bless these people, I pray that they can find something else ,and get out of this terrible factory

Faurecia's been here for over 20+ years in Louisville and I've recently had the pleasure of working for them... So, I maybe a little bias but I think they're Great!
