Etscorn came highly recommended from a friend who had a great experience. I tried them out and had a great experience! They resolved an issue to keep the family van running for another 100k+ miles. Nice seating area to work from while waiting on the work to be done. They will be seeing the other cars in the family for sure.

Etscorn s came highly recommended for being a great & honest local family business, so I thought I would give them a try. They did not disappoint. My AC repair turned out to be a minor fix & I got fair pricing on new brakes & rotors. The best part is how quickly they took care of it all. This is my new spot for auto repairs.

What a place! Locally owned and operated, this place has that home town feeling that takes you right back! The service from beginning to end is fantastic. While the service is old school, the technology is all new! I won't take my truck anywhere else, I trust my friends at Etscorns 100%! If you only need an oil change, come on out, if you need something bigger they do that too! You just need to give them a chance, I bet you will agree with me! Watching Lord of the Rings in the waiting room, a big plus haha!

Came in today to get help for the metal clanking sound next to my exhaust. They helped me right away and gave me a great understanding on what's going on and what needs to be done. Chris and the guys were extremely helpful & pleasant. 100% recommend!

Etscorn s Auto Service has always given me the best service! The mechanics are very knowledgeable, and pay attention to detail. They let me know about required maintenance schedule, and keep me up to date. The staff is always friendly, and the waiting room is welcoming and warm. They will work with you to find the right tires, and price that works in your budget. Thanks again for being my neighborhood s favorite car repair shop!

The guys at Etscorns have been taking care of my vehicles since I bought my first car. And they were taking care of my mom s cars before that! I can always count on them to get me a quick estimate and to get my car taken care of whether it needs a repair or just an oil change. When I started taking my cars to Etscorn's over 30 years ago, I didn't think anybody could be nicer than Joe! The faces have changed and the building has changed, but that culture of customer service is still the best! They really do take care of their customers.

Had my car in for repairs after my other repair shop in wisconsin failed to do a proper job. Etscorns did a diagnostic and I had many issues to be fixed, the final bill came out to be $1,000 less then quoted, what wonderful surprise. Very honest people.

We have used Etscorn and Sons a few times now after getting bad service at another shop. The team has been a pleasure to deal with. The repairs have been quick and the prices have been fair. It s a longer drive for us to get there but their service is worth it!

We were traveling and had multiple problems happen to our H2 Hummer all at once. We were so worried because finding a mechanic even where we live is almost impossible. This place made us feel like they truly cared and we were a priority. We were so afraid of what it was going to cost and how long it was going to take. The cost was beyond reasonable and we got our car back the same day! We are on the road for a living and the only regret we have is not being able to get this kind of service and customer care near our home. Don t waste your time going anywhere else. These people are the best we have ever found.

Josh and Mike at Etscorn s really gave me great service. In a hard situation where I was stranded hundreds of miles from home, they were really proactive in part ordering, insurance wrangling, and the repair work.What really went above and beyond for me was their communication, keeping me up to date on my vehicle status day by day.Thanks again for getting me back on the road!

I took my 2010 f150 in to get a cam follower replaced because of a ticking noise. I told them what side and what part that needed to be replaced. Instead of fixing my problem they tried to sell me a timing kit, 2 camshafts and 24 followers. They charged me $512 for taking off the valve cover and didn t fix anything. I ask him why they didn t replace the follower causing the noise and he said they couldn t see it. A customer SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING IF THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!! It s not my fault that the mechanic is not experienced enough to check or replace a cam follower on a ford truck!!

This is my testimony to the ABSOLUTELY GREAT service at Etscorn s Auto! These guys are Extremely knowledgeable, Very professional and saved me a TON of money fixing my Ford Raptor. I had another mechanic in town misdiagnose my truck and tried to tell me that I had a blown head gasket. But the guys at Etscorn s properly diagnosed my truck as a partially blocked radiator and incorrect thermostat. Etscorn s replaced my radiator and thermostat with OEM equipment and even helped me avoid a costly repair later on by replacing my AC condenser and they also found a pin hole in one of the AC hoses. These guys are the absolute BEST and they definitely will have my business going forward!! A+++

They diagnosed my Ford Escape transmission problem. Even though my car had to be sent somewhere else for repair, they still helped me with the process. I would absolutely recommend them. I will use them in the future.

I'm a AAA member and they often offer a free checkup for your car, so I decided to get my jeep checked out since it's a bit older and found a local place not far from my home. I made an appointment with Chris, he sounded very helpful and let me know that they were part of the AAA deal and it'd be better to schedule an appointment vs just show up. I was at the shop for maybe an hour total, but they took my car back right away. I spoke with Josh and he ran me through all of the things they found. I was not pressured to buy or do anything but felt confident that my car was in good hands and if I needed any additional services bringing it here would be the best option. He took the time to explore the cost of tires with me, and even checked out my window which has been having some issues as well. I will very likely return for any additional repairs. I hope others check them out as well.

These guys are honest and trustworthy. Daryl fixed our AC and it s now working great. Price was fair compared to other shops. We also went ahead and got new tires. Driving cross country currently and everything weeks later is still doing great.

On a Friday afternoon, they were able to get me in for an inspection on my vehicle. They were up front and honest about expectations. Despite my multiple phone calls trying to make a plan to get my vehicle before closing, Mike was very patient with me and helped me out. I have had my truck serviced here for over two years. The staff is wonderful. I do regular oil changes and tire rotations. I appreciate it when I earn a free oil change. They have also done major work on my engine. I have used Etscorn's about 5 times now and so has my partner. We chose them because they are close to where we live, but ended up LOVING their business and refuse to go anywhere else. They don't overcharge or up-charge their clients, they are very very fast with their work, they are kind and you feel like a friend. I appreciate a trustworthy car repair shop because I feel like those are rare nowadays. Yesterday I stopped by for a second opinion on a issue with my trucks steering. It wasn't until after speaking to Josh that I realized I was almost scammed into paying for an unnecessary diagnostic by the first mechanic. Thank you for your help, you have earned my business in the future.
