If I could I d give zero starts I came in for a break issue , and I couldn t pay for the over priced break pads they was tryna sell me on so I asked for the car back *beam* tell me why they backed my car up and hit someone else s car didn t tell me two of my lug nutts on my tires are different and did nothing to compensate for what they did also tried blaming me cause my breaks are bad saying I m trying to screw them over when they still had me pay for the lil bit of labor im pissed not happy wit this company and I will be taking them to court that s not how you conduct business point blank period

I arrived at home and seen a screw in my tire. I came to them and under 5 minutes they had my tire fixed. Fastest and most efficient tire place around. Mohammed is the one who helped me thank you so much!!

Spent $115 on a used tire that literally had a chunk missing out of side wall and they were supposed to balance as well but they didn t. This was 2 weeks ago and I m already having to buy a new tire. Friendly guy but only to con you into feeling comfortable to buy. Highly don t recommend!

I've been coming to this shop for years and they always go the extra mile to make sure my car is good for the road. The staff are friendly, fair and professional. They've given me good guidance when I've had some minor car issues to get the repairs I've needed instead of wasting money on unnecessary repairs.

Only go here if you enjoy bad customer service. Opening at 9:00am appears to be a loose term for this business. I pulled up a few minutes before nine, and there were three employees sitting in their car. At 9am they got out of their cars, and then walked to the building to stand against a wall and smoke. Myself and another woman were just sitting there waiting. I got tired of waiting for them to finish smoking, so I went a half mile down the road to Tire Pros where they were open and took me immediately. Go to Tire Pros, they are so much better. Empire gives zero ducks over getting business.

My daughter needed to drive my car but it needed new brakes, rotators, and two new tires. Usama got me ALL THE WAY together and at a great reasonable price. Now I don't have to worry about my daughter and grandson. Thank you Usama. You do great work and fast.

I was in a bit of bind, having woken up in the late afternoon and finding out that my car had a flat tire. Empire was the only tire shop open and a kind man named Osama fixed me up 10 minutes before close. The whole experience was very quick and stress-free. Great establishment.

I strongly suggest to bring your cars here if you're having to deal with brakes tires control arm issues.

It is the worst service I have ever been there were changing my oil from my car I asked them synthetic oil they put it regular oil is the worst place I m not recommending to go to that place and they will make sure that you re coming back because they gonna break it somewhere else. Always be careful when you re living check your car all the time double check the service they do.

I've gone here twice for issues with my tires both times I've had incredibly affordable fixes and the customer service is great the main guy takes great care of you all around only tire place I'll go to from here on out

I am absolutely going back to them, they helped me out so much and truly were the nicest people ever. I literally gave him a hug when I left. They had me out in an hour also in time to pick up my grandchildren

The other guy who sold this place was much better than the young disrespectful boys who bought it . They mess up your car . They can t even fix a tyre.Don t mess up your cars people.. It is under BAD New Management . I can say it is literally Kids who even don t know what they doing .Ali is not there I heard he sold it to these boys .

WHEW By the time I found Empire tires I had 3 flats from Texarkana to a farming town in Tennessee.Empire tires gave me a deal I could Handel because I had purchased a tire with first flat and paid tow to remove it . I needed to keep North bound.I don't drive at night. Oh well Empire got me on my way quicker than I expected.First time in 10 years I had this type travel trauma. Good god I am glad that trip is over I will get TRIPLE A

Don t go here unless you want want a car anymore. They do the oil change but don t put oil in the car and will not do anything for you afterwards. I would give them a negative 5 if I could.

Rip offs don t trust these guys under your hood, tires only, each guy will tell you a different price. Those guys are rude also, I wouldn t recommend this place

Ali, the owner, is very nice point one. Point two is he has almost every common size tires in stock on hand ready to install, and a lot of off size singles.. Plugs take 10 minutes and cost 10 bucks. Same for stems. The tires are always clean, have very good tread, and are priced very reasonably. Installation is fast, your tires get spin balanced and leak checked before installation even. 2 bucks each to dispose of your old tires. Tires range anywhere from $25-$30 up to$ 45-$50 for literally like brand new Michelins. You pick your price range. I've been going to Ali for 8 years now and won't go anywhere else for used tires, oil changes or tire repair. Minority owned local business doing it right.

I've been there 4 times. Thrice for oil changes ($20,$25, and$30) and had a tire mounted (a reasonable $8). I'm done with them after never knowing what I'm going to pay for their services.

Rude employees. Asked for an oil change and to check for what was underneath my brother s car and the employee was too occupied with joking with his friend. After looking at my brother s car for a few seconds he then told us to go to valvoline cause they did not carry the specific oil we need. Must be under new management cause last year they did.
