I actually had two of my vehicles here for alignment this week and they are great! Very professional and both were done when they said they would be. My truck I lowered and most places won t touch it and they had no issues and absolutely nailed the work. Other is a Jeep wrangler that drives like new again. I highly recommend them.

The staff is always friendly and courteous ,maintains professionalism at all times SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL TIMES. The office always clean,!!!!!!STEPHEN AND TIM AT THE DESK TO GREET YOU!!!!!THANK YOU GUYSIt's also a bilingual shop. The mechanics takes pictures with a tablet show the problem and show you exactly what's wrong or advise what needs to be done or replaced .They explain everything. They will always call you to get approval before moving on to complete work.They thoroughly diagnoseMy problems for my van had major brake work ,power steering issues ,alignment issues ,tire issues it was a nightmare for us .The prices and labor extremely fair. This is my second, vehicle Ihave brought to the shop my Toyota.They did work in a timely manner they go above and beyond to make it everything right.. Every MECHANIC IN THE SHOP IS GREAT!!!!�!We our well satisfied with Eagle tires.I highly recommend this shop to family , friends you want be disappointed.Both vehicles running like new ones I will give this shop a 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!This is my very first time giving a review it was warranted. The crew here is the best kept secret in the south end!Over the last 3 months we have brought each of our vehicles here for various services. With each visit we were treated like we were the day s priority!For the price, comprehensive service and efficient operations, this is the best auto care center in town!

I love going here for my car & I ll never go anywhere else. Mo & Brian keep me taken care of for anything my car needs done. They Even help me with prioritizing what needs to be done asap & what can wait. The service was great. Tried to get an alignment at Firestone and they took 9 hours and refused the service because they said the rear suspension on my 2003 Jetta with 249k miles was almost an inch low after i replaced all the suspension components. They refused the alignment after making me wait all day.Alternatively, I took my car to Eagle and they had it fixed before we finished our meal up the street. The service was fast, and after inspection, the suspension was only lower because the car needed new tires. The service was great and I feel like I would much rather support a local business that is willing to work with what you have and not try and sell me a service that they knew I could not afford. This company is great and is ran by some great people. This is my 3rd time getting my car serviced by them and they have always done a great job. They are my new tire shop and they should be yours too! Thanks Eagle Tires

I called at 11 o clock about an oil pan gasket leak brought it in 30 minutes later 4 hours later it was ready for me to pick it up. You won t find that anywhere else. Phenomenal customer service. Great atmosphere and great prices. Do your market research, their prices will beat everyone else.

These guys are the best. Very professional. I got a flat and had to get a new tire, I went here because it was closest to me I am from out of town. I walked in and they immediately took my car back and I was back on the road within an hour. I highly recommend these guys they were very helpful and kind. Thank you!

Steven, Hunter and Mo are the best! I came in before going out of town with a problem. It was a Friday at 5 o clock, they had me fixed up and on the road within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this business!

I have had experience with eagle tires over the years always great work done and always friendly staff . As a mechanic myself they never try to take advantage of you !!! most of the time I don t let shops know that I know what supposed to be done and how since I was a mechanic for years and still build engines for cars and atvs you know when work is honest and done good I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in my experience!!!!

brian was the best with helping me out with my car. he gave me the right prices, he explained to me the financing, and explained to me everything that was wrong with my car and even recommended what i should get fixed. he always stayed in contact with me which i really appreciate bc most car shops do not do that. and he didn t give me the run around things i really appreciate brian and his help and will be coming back!

From the phone call to payment, the service was excellent! The inspection was very thorough and led us to the appropriate decision. Watching the staff interact with customers proved they treat all customers well. Would recommend the shop for any and all needed services, just wish it was closer for me to use.

As much as I hate car troubles, this place the manager has always been helpful and patient. He comes out explains everything and almost always gives me options!! I feel completely taken care of! I don't think I'd be comfortable going anywhere else

Came for an alignment, They inspected my car, Found out a few other problems that was wrong with it and offered to fix it for a fair price. They fixed my alignment and I will most definitely be coming back.
