Omar, and Jerrod at DriveTime I got a great experience. I got a new car today or at least new for me did not feel any pressure to purchase a certain vehicle or anything so that was very refreshing. Usually when you go to a dealership they try to put you in whatever they want you to be in had a lot of questions was trying to shop, smart and I feel like they really did help me to make the right decision and walk away to the car. Great job. My new baby

Omar was really great. He work with us on everything he was patient and kind he went throw every everything us made sure we understand everything. Made sure all our paper work was great even help with a little conundrum we had with one of our documents. Would 100% recommend ppl toCome here. Everyone was nice and friendly and really helpful. Will come back if we need another car. Would recommend

They have been very helpful and honest about everything! Super smooth experience also answered all 500 questions I had in regards to the vehicle we purchased. I d highly suggest them to anyone looking to buy. All their vehicles are in great shape, have extremely low miles and priced very well. The vehicle we chose had significant gouges in the glass of the driver window and the batteries for remotes were dead. They instantly got everything lined out and scheduled for the window repair and replaced the batteries with zero hesitation. Make sure you see Omar A if you decide to go through the Louisville location

Jordan was very professional and respectful. She made me feel comfortable and did not try to pressure me into buying just any vehicle. She listened to me on my interest and communicated very clearly and played no games. I would recommend Jordan to my friends and family in the future.

I would recommend this car lot to anyone! Mike was great & helped us get the best deal. He checked the car thoroughly and made sure it was ready to go. Nice cars that all comes with a warranty!

I purchased a vehicle from the Louisville Dixie Hwy location the last week of July 2023. White 2019 with less than 30k miles. Should have known it was too good to be true. I get the car washed for the 2nd time on my way out of town, 8/19/23, and there s patches of paint missing in several places. So my car looks white with gold spots. The car wash exposed all of the paint chips and areas where the dealership clearly spray painted the car. This is clearly a place for people who have low credit, so they feel they can take advantage of you. Since it hadn t been 30 days, I was able to have my loan reversed as if I never got it. Thank God. But of course the shady dealership didn t return my car payment due to miles driven even though they didn t take off the price for spray painting the car. This whole scenario is hilarious! People are so crooked. Do better Drive time.

I had a great time with Omar and Emily from the Lexington location they were balls of sunshine!! Love them make sure your driver s license isn t cracked worn or damaged because corporate means businesses!! I ll let y all know if my car falls apart next year before next year!! :)

The easiest most fun car buying experience from start to finish. Mike was phenomenal form the minute he greeted me at the door. There was absolutely no pressure just complete focus on meeting all of my needs. He listened to my requests and answered all questions before I could ask them. Everyone in the office was amazing. Destiny, Jerrod, and Omar really all interacted with me and others. Everyone seemed to genuinely care and show compassion. Top notch customer service the way car buying should be!

I had a great experience buying a car from DriveTime in Louisville. The store manager, Jerrod, was more than helpful and made the process very simple and efficient. I felt like I was getting my hair cut, not buying a car. I would definitely recommend DriveTime to anyone looking for a car with less than perfect credit.Here are some of the things that I liked about my experience:Jerrod was very knowledgeable about the cars they had in stock and was able to help me find the perfect car for my needs.He was also very upfront about the financing options available to me and helped me find a loan that I could afford.The entire process was very quick and easy. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour.I was also very impressed with the quality of the car that I purchased. It was clean, well-maintained, and had low mileage.Overall, I had a great experience buying a car from DriveTime in Louisville. I LITERALLY love this car lot! We drove around all morning & couldn t find anyone to get us in a car! We went to ideal autos and was promised a car & then got let down! They wanted 6 grand down on an old beat up 3rd row. We went to drive time & was there 30 mins with any pick on the car lot we drove off in a nice 2019 3rd row. We re in love with the car & thanks to the girl destinee who helped us she s amazing! We didn t mean to keep her so late I didn t want to leave without my car! Thanks drivetime for everything you did for me and my family!

Seriously the most easy car buying experience I have ever had! Jarrod was fantastic in finding the right vehicle for me and I did not feel pressured at all. He explained everything through and through. We finished the process with Omar and he was absolutely amazing. Explained the buying process and was very kind. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience with drive time. I wish I would have came here years ago. It will for now on be my only place I buy a car.

RUN DONT WALK RUN AWAY. They are nothing but crooks and will say anything to get you into a car. We have had the car less than 30 days and it s been in the shop 3 TIMES. Called the dealership and they said there is nothing they can do sorry no trades.
