When it comes to my Body Shops , I only trust the PROs at DON EMBRY BODY SHOPFrom start to finish, my experience with Don Embry Body Shop was exceptional. The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless. The quality of work done on my Corvette was top-notch, and my Corvette looks as good as the day it left the factory. The turnaround time was impressive, and the communication throughout was clear and prompt. I highly recommend Don Embry Body Shop to anyone in need of vehicle repair or restoration. The staff at Embry Body Shop did an amazing job after my wife's Infiniti was rear-ended. Although the damage didn't seem that bad at first, much more was found that would've affected the safety and function of all the components. I'm very thankful that for the decades of combined experience of the shop's staff! And last but not least, the paint for the repaired parts was a perfect match to the rest of the car...awesome!

I want to give a super shout out to Joe. Thank you so much for Buffing out the fine scratches on my vehicle. He was very detailed , knowledgeable, and also educated me on the types of fabric that I should be using in the future When it comes to cleaning a vehicle. What a life saver. I would recommend Don Embrys Body Shop to any who is in need of quality body work. My truck looked like it did the day I bought it. Joe at the front desk was extremely nice and knowledgeable when I had any questions. Joe went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. They even went as far as to detail the inside and out at no charge to myself. If anyone asks me where to go for body work I m gonna tell them Don Embrys.

Yes 5 stars, Don Embry body shop is the place to take your vehicle when needing repair. They worked with me and the insurance company that was responsible for payment. Customer service was excellent throughout the process from the estimate to the finished repair. I highly recommend them for all your auto body repairs.

A metal bracket on the back of my Rav 4 broke, making the back hatch crooked and hitting the side hard when closing.Other body shops didn't want to fix it, saying it was a lot of work. Don Embry was right on it and fixed it while I was out of town. Everything works great and they even cleaned my dirty car spotless!Inside and out! Will definitely recommend them and use in future if needed.

Brought my 2019 Hyundai Elantra which was damaged down the the whole left side. They wrote me up an estimate and swiftly worked me into the schedule. They handled everything with the insurance company and I didn t have to get involved at all! The body and paint work was top notch! Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time as well. I have had work done on this vehicle at a different shop in town the the paint match Don Embry provided me was leagues better. 100% would recommend.

Don Embry Body Shop provides the best body shop experience in town. It is never fun when your vehicle is damaged and needs to be repaired, however the team at Don Embry go above and beyond to turn a negative situation (vehicle damage) into a positive situation by providing excellent customer service and communication. I hope your vehicle does not get damaged, but if you are in that situation Ryan Embry and the team will make your vehicle look amazing and treat you like you are the only customer they are working with!

I have heard other individuals that this body shop was probably the best in Louisville, so I took my car there when it was damaged by hail. I ve been to a lot of body shops in my life and I have to say that this is the best work that I have ever received on a car, so if you want your car fixed the way it look when it was new you probably should go here. Customer service is very professional. I highly recommend these people to repair your vehicle. If there was 10 stars I would give Them.

Was in a Car Accident back in June of 2022, I have known Ryan Embry back in High School, the Guys did a Great Shop putting my Wrecked Car back together again and shined all 4 tires and buffed out the Dents and Scratches off the Driver's Back door that needed Work on it. From the beginning of my first call, I was treated like family. They re very knowledgeable and professional.I ve had few of my friends have their repairs done at this shop.. they were super happy with the quality of workmanship and done in a timely manner Most importantly the repairs were back to factory specs .My insurance wanted to use aftermarket parts.. I wasn t happy about that.. being the quality will be sacrificed, and most likely depreciate the value of my car. They used OEM parts.. and I didn t have to do anything but wait for my car to be finished.. they did all the leg work, phone calls ect..They used top quality material.. and it shows if I m ever in a wreck again. Don Embry body shop, will be one doing my repairs..Much respect for the owner and the technician, they use we re very good and skilled techs.. very professional body shop!!Very happy Service: Body & Trim

I took my vehicle here after I was hit by another vehicle. I worked with Ryan Embry and Troy. Being family owned and operated, I didn t have to press a bunch of numbers to get through. They kept me update to date with the process and were friendly, and professional without cutting any corners. They did an amazing job. From the estimate to picking up my truck it was handled very professionally. No shortcuts, kept his word on timetable, and communication was second to none. Not only did they say my truck would be done in four days but it was done in 3 and even stayed late so I could pick it up after work. As far as quality goes, you re not going to find better. Paint looks incredible, along with the new bumper/tailgate. Very happy with my experience and will be back in the future if I need any work done. My 2018 camry mirror was hit and they went above and beyond what was initially scheduled. Not only did they restore the mirror, they also worked with the insurance company to get the additional damage restored that I didn't notice. They also fixed my fender and cleaned the car inside and out which was the cherry on top. I highly recommend these guys for their exceptional work and professionalism.

Best experience I've ever had at a body shop. My 2002 Toyota land cruiser was down and out with a completely obliterated tail light panel and rear bumper. They got it fixed within the week, buffed out dozens of scratches, and had the car ready and gorgeous Monday morning. Past that they were always amicable, enthusiastic and ready to answer any questions I had. It's never looked better and I owe it all to the crew at Don Embry body shop.
