Okay prices and services. Rough on your caps. Broke one of my rims center pieces by taking tire off. No discount afterward or apologies. Acted as if breaking was going to happen. If you go the discount route prepare for problems. 40.00 used tire ended up costing me an extra 50 for center cap on my Cadillac deville.

Do not go to this place! Firstly the owner doesn t understand that the year is 2023 and 95% of money transactions are digital as he only takes cash. Secondly, he will charge you by what kind of car you have and not by service. Me and this other customer came at the same time and we both literally got the same service done, when it was all said and done I asked him how much I owe , he looks and my car and not the tires and gave me a quote, he proceeded to go to the other customer and quotes him $15 less for the same service. I asked him how much it would be for a used tire and quoted me almost $200, and said that brand of tire is expensive , it s like he didn t understand it doesn t matter what brand of tire you have it matters as it only really matters about the size of the tire. If you have a nice car he will assume you have money and try to bleed your pockets.

Bought 2 sets of tires paying 385$ for both, the so called new tires they ordered didnt last me 3 weeks before i had over 4 flats. They Only take cash and if they order a tire for you and it's not the correct size they will still charge you for there mistake nobody is capable of translation of languages its theft, No refunds, awful human beings watched them take advantage of a old man. They sicken me. Worst experience by far!!!

Love there service and honesty worked with me all the way even though i was short on money. I bought tires (used) a a year later they are still working great. They are clearly god fearing honest people once I got to know them. There was no up sell and no pressure tactics just pure good old fashion take it or leave it and showed me five different tires.They were patient with me. I recommend them and will go back when I have enough money to buy brand new set. They sell used and New tires they also have repaired my lawnmower tires.

Absolutely horrible service, they only take cash and don't give you a receipt. If they have to custom order the tires and they order the wrong on they will make you pay for them. No refunds and no manors if I could give them a 0 star I would absolutely awful

Fast service, no non sense, prices are great. I'd go back AGAIN. They took care of us when everywhere else had a 3-4 hr wait at double the cost.

Terrible experience today. Stop in to get air in my wife's car, he the owner I suppose inflated all four tires when he was finished I asked what do I owe you he answered 5 dollars, I couldn't believe it, I then replied $5 for air yes he said, so I let him know that that was ridiculous. I went on to explain that my wife and I purchased two sets of new tires from him but to no avail. I paid the man but it will cost him a lot more because I will never send anyone his way!

Recently like a week ago recently had a tire go out. No where else I could get my car too than here for a tire now it hasn t even been a week yet and I m at another shop having to get a new tire because the one that was replaced the tread is showing so I paid 70 bucks for a bad tire. Guess because I was alone and a woman they thought nothing would happen and I wouldn t see it but I did, normally they have been good but apparently it s going down. I used to get tires here all the time and so did my grandparents sad no reason that this fast a tire is going bad because I haven t been anywhere since

Rude people. Sold my son a bad tire, then refused to replace it when he brought it back. It blew out, it was dry rotted. It wasnt just running over a nail, or something. We've been going there for 10 years. Service gets worse every year. Will not be going back. There are better stores around with better service. Doesnt even deserve the 1 star I gave them.

I went there two months ago and the tire i bought from them has already went flat and popped. They stripped my lug nut so when the tire was changed to put the spare on the post broke on the hub because they couldn't get the lug nut off that was stripped by this company, when i went back and told them my problem they insisted it was me that had done it and would not fix it, then proceeded to try to sell me another tire that was to big for the car. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back to this buisness again!

This place is horrible and would not even send my worst enemy to this jack leg. Bought tires a year ago from this place and the guy said he balanced them but definitely didnt balance, my car would shake everytime i hit the hwy. I just had to go buy some new cooper tires from Discount tire on Dixie and spent less on a set of 4, with lifetime balance and rotation and all. Which this guy at discount tires doesn't offer any of those. Would not recommend this place to anyone and would however recommended the REAL discount tire on Dixie hwy

I brought two tires from this place on yesterday. First problem, he quoted me a different price then put the tire in and charged me a higher price then quoted...I ate that price...After parking my car for the day I got up to my tire pressure light being on.(never has happened since I bought my car). I called them and the man was rude saying I probably ran over a nail or something!!!!.....Went back he took my tire off and said it was the valve and tried to charge me more money!! I said I wasn t paying anything more for the messed up tire.. So he so-called himself fixing it!! Nope....7 hrs later!!.. MY TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT IS BACK ON!!!!

Highly recommend this place ! Very professional, reasonably priced. Was in and out in 30 minutes with 4 new tires. They don t fear monger you into buying more stuff and replacing things that don t need replaced and then ask you to apply for a credit card like these big chain locations do. I will be back to this place for sure in the future. Thanks guys !

Rude service and employee smells like weed, ask me if I want to keep my wheel from a tire I had swapped like who ask to keep a wheel. An first said 25 then it was 30 and then some how it magically took them 10 minutes no one else here. An charged me $45 and then employee didn't want to provided me with a receipt.

I went to discount tires to get a nail pulled and plugged. Man who worked there insisted he remove tire and patch from inside.So I agreed to pay $10 more for the service.Woke up the next morning to a flat tire!!! Went back to discount tire to get it fixed.Man said whoever patched the tire didnt seal the rim. then as he began to fix it the owner comes out to tell me it's gonna cost an additional $16, for their mess up! This is unacceptable, I would not pay them to to fix their own mess up. so I will never take my vehicle's to DISCOUNT TIRES AGAIN! I advise everyone the same.

So it's 1803 and the level of care and attention to my needs were as though I had an appointment and it was 10 a.m. I have not had such a pleasant experience with car maintenance ever. The price, service, and Congeniality of the owner made this a high point of my unfortunate blowout experience.

Stop in back in April was sold a bad tire they wouldn't replace it or gave me my money back Within a day or two i was broke down on the eway and gad to go buy another tirebut not from there. Well nevergo back there.

My other review disappeared.. They didn t put my tire on correctly after asking to switch spare tire that was in the front to the back and didn t put the front tire on correctly and it flew off while I was driving on the expressway.. the person who speaks English wi think is the owner said he didn t care it wasn t his car and refused to do anything about it.. DONT GO HERE I HAVE SO MUCH DAMAGE TO MY CAR FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!!!! I WILL BE SUING

$48 to put a used tire on a rim that I brought up to them myself . They brought the tire out and it was SO bald and nowhere near the ( 50 ) or " 48 " dollers they were asking for . And all he had to do was put it on ? Just bring out a MUCH better looking tire . On my way out , he said to me ... " Okay , how much do you want to pay " ? ... I said : " $30 " He said : " No way " . They have to get it together up here !

Hello,My dad went to Discount Tires and he got robbed by one of the employees in the shop. My dad is diabetic so when he went he was not feeling that well, due to a medication that he is taking. I don't know why my dad went to get tires like this but he did. I wish he could have told me before he went alone. He was looking for some tires for his truck. The employee told him that he had a set of used tires for $149.00. I think that was a ridiculous price for used tires. So my dad gave the man $200.00, and for some reason the guy told my dad if he had change because he did not have change. My dad said yes I have change and gave the man $60.00. So in total my dad gave this man $260.00. Like I said my dad was not feeling all that well so he did not know what he was doing. Which makes me so angry. The employee gave my dad $15.00 back in change and my dad did not notice that until he drove away from the place. So my dad drove back to discount tires and said hey you did not give me the correct amount of change. The employee denied keeping any change from my dad and said I gave you the change. This employee told my dad that if he did not leave the shop he was going to call the police and that my dad was going to jail. He also told him that this was America and not Mexico. Which I do not know what that has to do with tires, but I guess this person was racist. When my dad told me all of this and that he was not able to get his $140.00 back I got mad. I told him that I was going there to get his money back. I went with my cousin the next day and asked how much were the used tires. Just to see if they were ripping my dad off. I asked for tires that were for a pick up truck and the manager said that they were $40.00 each. This is when I got mad and honestly I did not even bother to ask for the managers name. I was so dumb that I did not do that. I was mad and I was yelling at this man, but this man was yelling at me too. He said that he was 100% sure that my dad did not come to his shop. The problem was that my cousin and I went to this shop without any information. I did not know the tire size and also my dad did not go with us. But I was so mad that I had to do something about it. I mean how would you like it if your parents told you something like this. There was nothing I could do because I did not have anything to back me up. I told him I was going to come back with my dad and the police. The manager said bring your dad, bring the police, bring OBAMA! I don't care! I was so mad!!! I just left and did not go back because my dad is not that type of person. He said that it was his word against the managers so he gave up. Yes my dad did loose a lot of money there but he said there was nothing he can do about it. They did not even give him a receipt. I just wanted to post this because there was nothing that we can do about it and its not fair. I know that there is more people like this out in the world, but I do not understand why bad things happen to good people. We will NEVER go back to this place ever.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.I do not wish anything bad to these people even though they did bad to my dad. I believe in KARMA and I know that it well get them. I do wish that they read their reviews on their buisness. So they could see what type of service they have. Just know that you really hurt my dad by taking his money like that.He did not deserve what you did to him. September 10, 2012.

Very great service, highly recommend coming here from used tires to tire plugs, both jobs were done great. Have went for used tires a good amount of times and have never had a complaint.

I received the same tires That I would have got at big O's or ken towerys tire's and the owner was very polite honest and did not try to rip me off because I am a woman .he was a true honest hard working owner I will get my tires there every time my family needs them now.

I had to go there just to get some air put in my tire and he never charges but I always give him something anyway he's always real nice every time I go by

I believe people are getting your business confused with the overpriced tire discount store on Dixie highway this business is perfect they re open seven days a week and provide great service and honesty I would recommend to anyone and actually am going today to get two new tires

Driving home to Michigan from Nashville, we got a flat tire in Kentucky. Since it was Sunday, we weren t able to find much opened. We pulled in and got out in 20 minutes with a plugged tire. Thanks for saving our trip!
