Sold me a plug sidewall tire an mechanic broke lug nut stud and refuse to replace it or make it right saying that he's allowed to sell plug used tires which is illegal

If you need tires, new or used go see Justin & Josh they will get you all the way together at a fair price, not to mention the service is great and the employees are super courteous...they also offer all other Mechanic services...

I will never forget when they tried to sell me a used 20 inch tire that was bald and had wire showing for $80, a new tire would had cost $120 installed at pro tint this place will scam you. I would not go to this place unless it was emergency and needed a tire to get home other wise I'd call a tow truck bunch of crack heads work there stay away from this place at all means I'll be happy when west end gets a legitimate tire repair shop.

I would not take my car there again!!! First of all, they are rude and dishonest. I took my vehicle there for a specific issue they convinced me that it was breaks and roters, $250. They told me that the noise I went there for would go away. My car needed barring, $400 later at another place it is fixed. They lied to me, they specifically said I did not need barrings and replaced things on my car that didn't need fixed. Do not take your vehicle to this place if you want honesty and reliability.

Absolutely love this place, I went there to get a tire cause my back tire was knocking only to find out that when it was last replaced ( at another tire place cause this place didn't have my size at the time) they didnt tighten my lug nut and we could have possibly wrecked or died. Thanks to the young man who caught it ( we had been driving like that for over a yr thinking it was the spare tire that moving around in the back) definitely going to them anytime I need work done no EXCEPTIONS

Slimey, even for a used tire place. Sold my gf tires with dry rot, and over torqued the lug nuts. I broke 2 studs just by taking the wheel off.I gave them an opportunity to remedy the situation. They proceeded to tell me "they were perfectly good tires, and a lot of tires they sell look that way. It's stress cracks from being inflated and deflated. Dry rot would be on the sidewall."
