Over the years I ve brought three vehicles here to get new tires and each time they have always had the best prices and excellent service. I ordered a new set of tires, they got them in three days. I scheduled an appointment to get them put on, then I showed up gave them the key and they had me back in my car in under 40 minutes. I can t recommend them enough.

I had a great experience with this store and their team, in particular Steve and Antonio. They were upfront with me about wait times and possible delays if any. However, this was not the case. My tires came in in a day. And once they made it to the store they were put on and I was taken care of promptly and professionally. My fianc� and I will certainly be back.I highly recommend this location and Steve or Antonio.

Had an appointment and prepaid tires for 11:15am. They didn't take the car back until after 12:30. Staff seemed to prioritize phones over people who were actually there. Overall bad experience.

This place rocks! The staff is super friendly and they'll work with you! Haven't had a bad experience! Will definitely be a repeat customer. They got my car running as smooth as it looks! Great job! I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone there is nice and in a good mood, and they are more than helpful!! They replaced all 4 rims in under 30 minutes, with new tire's too! Quick, affordable, and nice. You can't beat this place. Shelbyville Discount Tire Store kicks ass.

I have never had a problem with this company until I started servicing my Ram 3500 dually. First issue is about A set of the tires and They had a bad vibration to them I went back and let them know and Wouldn t do anything about it $1400 down there. Second issue hang up I went back to have them rotated and balanced and when I left two of my Center cats came off and busted. Caps for a Lemaire longhorn how about $900 for all four caps not cheap. Third issue I went back for the second rotation and balance they informed me one of my front rims are cracked it would cost $200 to repair. When I left another cap came off they come to find out they cleaned the inside of my room on the chrome and brushed chrome on both out rims so I address the issue they said they would need my wheels for 2 to3 weeks so they can repair them. Very dissatisfied will never be bsck.

They have always done an excellent service to my LaCrosse Tires. When I have a tire problem they were very helpful. I had a tire that was going down and they made the necessary repairs. Check them out.

Walked in 20 minutes before they closed with a bad trailer tire. They were clearly busy and got me in and out like they weren't. No complaints about the late start either

Great store. Jeep wrangler and pilot tires. Matt at the counter is like the best customer service rep I've ever had at any store anywhere. I hope he has discount tire stock options bc he works like he does. I'll buy all my tires here for all 3 vehicles.!!

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for many years but always lived out west and always had excellent service just came to Louisville to care for my ailing mother and took her car to this Discount Tire the back tires are making a wobbly sound that increases the faster you drive I called and they told me to bring it in they quickly called back and said they checked it out and it needs 2 new tires and they would get to it as soon as they can but it would be finished no later than 4pm. I showed up close to 4:30 and the car was sitting outside where I parked it and had not even been taken inside or driven. They quickly put on the two tires and I drove off and noticed the noise was still there I gave it a couple days to see if it might be the new tires adjusting with older tires and it has gotten worse I called them and after being put on hold for a lengthy period I was told they don t work on anything that is not tire related - it s obvious they never looked at this issue to begin with so wouldn t be able to know if it s a tire issue or not! I explained I brought the car in due to a rear noise that seems to be coming from the tires or wheels they told me it needed 2 new tires. They never said it wasn t something they could fix the guy on the phone kept arguing with me about it possibly not being tire related and they wouldn t be able to fix it DUDE, you should have told me this when I brought it in to get the noise checked out but you never looked at it! He kept saying I don t know what to tell you I called the regional office in Florence KY to file a complaint and the woman said she would take my number and the district manager would reach out to me when he can I asked for a timeframe and she said he travels often, it s a Friday etc so could be a few days I spent $450 to get a noise fixed and it sounds exactly like it did before and they are taking zero responsibility for terrible communication and terrible execution. I am 47 years old and have never been so pissed at a tire shop I am going to contact my bank to dispute the charge and if that doesn t work on to the next step

Best place to get tires. They have great prices and a friendly staff. They get you in and out quickly and are true to their word. Won't need tires for awhile, but this is where I will go next time.

I watched 2 vehicles who didn t have appointments get pulled into the garage in front of mine. The guy who had my keys forgot to give them to the bay workers cause he was as dealing with a customer who evidently was paying for services so my vehicles tires which are covered under warranty got pushed to the back of the line. Then the guy tried to lie and make excuses for his mess up! I think his name was Matthew.

I ve been a customer of Discount Tire for at least 10 years for multiple vehicles. I won t go anywhere else! Always the best price and I love how they pay me to use their free financing! The staff is always helpful and it never feels like they are trying to oversell you. Keep up the great work!

I had a nail in my tire while traveling back home from vacation. Stopped here and they were able to fit us in right away & have us on the road in under an hour. Super nice staff and efficient workers! Highly recommend.

I was out of town on vacation and noticed I lost my wheel lock from the wheels I purchased from DT from another state. I didn't get the guys name, but he took care of me with a replacement. What a relief! I will continue to buy from DT because of the help I received from this establishment. Thank you to the gentleman that helped me.

Had a blown tire. Had to put the spare on. Rolled in around 5:30pm and they had replacements on by 6pm on a weekday.

I've taken my Mazda CX-5 and Audi RS5 to this location on several occasions over the past few years for new tires, rotations, and inspection/repairs. Every visit has been filled with great communication and attention to detail. It's not easy mounting new tires on the large low profile wheels of my RS5, but they have done an excellent job doing so without ever scratching the wheels.This is a very well run location with great employees. Kudos to them!

Best tire shop in town. I actually cancelled my other shop apointment and came to this place to save $30 and about 1 hour of time waiting. I changed my tire sensor in 35 minutes for $62. Other locations wanted $95 and had 2 to 3 hour wait. They also started selling wind shield wipers here.

I came here to fix a persistent vibration issue and the staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. They caught a problem that good year and tire discounters both missed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new tires. Steve was the staff member who helped me he is a great worker. Michael is the manager and he was great as well. They didn't charge me for a re-balance at all.

They got my car in and had it done in about 45 minutes. The service was great and the prices were as good as any in town. This was the fourth set of tires I've purchased from this location and I have always been satisfied. I would highly recommend this location.

I was visiting from Chicago and had to drive back the next day. Had a flat and without a full sized spare, needed to have tire repaired, which Discount Tire was able to do in an hour. Major props to the whole team, especially Antonio, for excellent service!
