This place is the best. I've been going here since they built this location and have never had a bad experience. I've bought two sets of wheels and tires from them for two vehicles. Truck and car. They are friendly and efficient and won't nickel and dime you on small stuff and I've seen them do small services for me and others with no charge. My tires came in early and they offered to move up my appointment by a day. An offer I could not accept though. The communications are great with their emails and texts. You can track your progress via text, so if you want to drift away from the store you'll know about when to head back. As far a pricing, they always have specials and rebates. I received a veterans' discount, a rebate from the manufacturer, and 5 percent off for using my Discount tire card with no interest for 9 months. So over two hundred dollars in savings. Lest you think they just jack up the price of the tire to cover it, they have a price match on their website. Free rotations for the life of the tires and those go smoothly as well. I always feel good when I leave the place.

Willing to drive an hour one way to go to this shop. Only shop around that will put tires on my 24" Lexani wheels. They greet me by first name and always make effort to make sure I leave in good standing.

The staff at this location has always treated me with the utmost respect. They are very knowledgeable of their products and work with you to get the tires you need and in your price range. They're honest about the current conditions of the tires on your vehicle and do not try to pressure you into a purchase you don't need.They're very fast at balancing, rotating, and installing the your new tires and even have a furnished lobby for waiting.

I have been using discount tires for decades in Colorado. They have always been Great! I recently moved to Louisville, and was happy to see that they have shops out here too. I visited this location today for some tire service. I worked with Matt who went above, and beyond to handle my concerns. Can t beat discount tires!

I m on a business trip from 2 states away and cringed at the thought of trying to get a leaky tire fixed, I don t know any tire places in the area. Had places try and screw me over horribly in the past when I had a tire issue while traveling. This is honestly the best, most friendly and professional tire place I ve ever been to. Quick, easy, reasonable, helpful, on and on. Get your tire work done here!!

Very good prices and friendly people to help in choosing the right tire. I asked them to come out and check my tires and they have a special handheld laser device that was able to accurately measure my treadware. I had new tires put on but was surprised how quickly they were able to do it. Apparently I arrived near the end of the day when business was not too backed up and they had enough people around to help get the job done quickly. I checked around at other tire stores and found this one to be the most affordable. Comfortable waiting room although there is no TV or soft drink machine available. It is worth comparing their prices if you re looking for new tires.

My vehicle had a flat tire this morning and my friend got some tire flat and fixed it. He also got a plug kit and plugged it up. He said I would have to go get it patched. I took it to this place and the man told me I would have to get a completely new tire because there was a plug in it. I looked at him like he was crazy and I said you just can't patch it he said no you'll have to get a completely new tire. I called my friend who fixed it and he talked to the guy and told the guy he knew he could fix it that he was just trying to get more money out of me because he has fixed tires before and patched them and so have other places. So I left as the guy was kind of rude. I went to Ken Towery and I told the guy it needed a patch and they fixed it right away with no questions asked. Tires Discounters seems to be scamming people to make more money. Please be careful of what they tell you to do with your vehicle. If I could give zero Stars I would

Ordered my tires and two days later they were installed in about an hour. Fast, friendly and DISCOUNTED. Nice tires that were less than Costco, pep boys and Walmart. And I got a warranty should anything happen, I get a free replacement.

The staff at this store have always been wonderful & so helpful!! 3rd time using them over a 2 year period.They helped me out on a Tuesday, when it was late in the day & I so appreciated it. All of them should be given raises!! Front desk & service men that fixed my tire. Couldn t have asked for better customer service.I drove from Jeffersonville, IN because another store near by me wouldn t fit me in so late in the day. I can t say how much I appreciate it, because I was going out of town the next day. Thanks so much & highly recommend to anyone looking for tire assistance.

I ve needed to get 3 tires fixes in the last 3 weeks and each time I have had exceptional service. They are great and super fast, was in and out in under an hour. Specifically, Kirk was very helpful and kind to me despite my sour face having yet another flat tire. Chose these guys!

Excellent service from start to finish. Every representative in there was friendly and helpful as can be. Even service techs came inside and were offering to help customers has the sales reps were swamped. This place is ran well and the excellent leadership is apparent to the customers. Keep up the great work at this location!

Very impressed. Professional and fast. My appointment was for 2:30 and I was out by 3pm on a Saturday. Continental tire pricing was the same as I found at the online tires places and arrived the day after I ordered. I hope I don't have to go back soon, but I definitely will be back!

Absolute pros! Highly recommend. I had a screw in my tire and they patched it for free! In and out in under 30 mins. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I ll be buying my next set of tires here.

This place takes customer service to a new level. Found a nail in my tire, took it to Discount Tire (NOT where I bought the tire). They not only repaired it for free (NO CHARGE??) they checked the other tires AND aired up all tires to correct pressure. No charge: can you believe it? Please buy your next tires from these guys!

I first went to Discount Tire years ago. Since that first purchase I have had great service at every Discount Tire location I ve been to. I ve now purchased several sets of tires and one set of wheels through them. I always price shop and haven t been able to beat them yet. The warranties and financing options are great as well.

Courteous and respectful team that seemed liked they got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The best thing about visiting a Discount Tire, if they don't provide a service, like an all wheel alignment, they'll refer you to someone who does AND with a discount coupon. You have to visit them if the need arises. Keep up the good work y'all!

Love discount tire. They are located all over the nation and are there to take care of you quickly. I will continue to buy tires from Discount Tire as long as they keep up their amazing customer service. This location will make you feel like your dollar is paramount and that your service is wanted.

Was traveling through the area while visiting Louisville when the seal for my valve stem failed. Kirk was very helpful, he talked me through the whole process and got me checked in. An hour later my valve stem was replaced, they even cleaned the wheel / tire. Very much pleased with the professional service I received.

I have a tendency to need tires more than the average person and can't imagine a better customer service. I've bought 4 sets here and never felt pressured in any way. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience here. They were friendly, got me right in (ten minutes before my appt time) and fixed my tire in less than 45 minutes. I have a fleet vehicle and I will be back every time I have tire issues and recommend them to the rest of my coworkers in the fleet. Thank you all!

Leaving a review to thank the people at Discount Tires on Hurstbourne Lane. My wife stopped in to see if they could plug a tire. We noticed a screw in a tire of our recently purchased truck. When she came by, Jeff exceeded our expectations. After inspecting the tire they found that we had two previously repaired holes and two new holes needing to be plugged. He gave us a used tire until we can replace all four and graciously didn t charge my wife for the tire or time spent. We will absolutely return. In the next couple of weeks to buy our tires from them! Exceptional customer service!

Bought tires onine and had them shipped here.Once tires arrived, scheduled an appointment and had tires mounted and balanceed. In-and-out in no time.On 5k mile interval, returned to have tires rotated Once again, in-and-out in no time. All while maintain professional approach.My experience here has been very good.

This was my first time dealing with them. I was surprised when I walked in and was greeted. I explained my tire was not holding air. They were very friendly and explained options I had and financing. I had to be ordered. Next day I received the call it was in. Went in and was informed it would be ready in hour or more. They came out and said I was ready to go in about 30 minutes. So happy it was completed quickly. They also have free air checks. Recommend them.
