*****BEWARE********Zero if I could I just spend $220 to get my inner tire end replaced. 15 min later & 3 miles the tire rod end falls off. I called. What a coincidence the shop manager is no where to be found. They refused to give me partial amount on my money back. They told me it was a pinon I m here at another shop pi�on is fine THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE. I have been here several times and they are terrible.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !

Friendly staff, however I bought a used tire from here in a pinch, and the literal next day the used tire was completely torn and flat. Wasted my money and time here

These guys bailed me out of a touch situating. In from out of and had a blowout. Had my truck tower there, they over nighted a pair of 22-inch tires and had me up and running to continue my trip.

Horrible place went there waited for awhile then finally our turn didn't realize we had a leak an they waited twenty five minutes to tell us they wasn't going to work on our truck bc they didn't want to ruin there lot. Like really when I turn the truck off it quick leaking. But they also made us late for work. Horrible.

I went here to purchase some tires. I asked all-terrain tires. And when I went to pick up my vehicle. I didn't pay any intention because it was the same brand but once I looked online to see if these was the actual tires they were not the ones that they had showed me on the screen. So I called today. And asked what was going on and they had told me that they had made a mistake the tires tires that I wanted were discontinued. Then they gave me a big salesman type talk saying that these are better than what I originally wanted but that's not what I asked for. Also they charged me almost $400 over what they are on the internet! I mean don't get me wrong I got tires mounted in a few hours it was convenient I don't mind paying for something that I asked for. They could have least call someone and let them know these are not the tires you ordered. But they did offer a free oil change. Yay ! Buyer beware! Make sure you stay there and check out what you are getting before they start mounting them I thought I could trust them. I've had things done by them before. I tell you one thing I wish I stayed there make sure you're getting what you paid for.

I went to this place to change a light bulb. When i arrived, the first guy that welcomed me (The Black dude) was very kind and welcoming. Then, their manager who is White with tattoos, took a look at the light bulb i brought. He said the front light bulb was wrong. He unscrewed my car headlights and said i can order you one and you will pay $50. I then told him to let me go back to AutoZone and get the right one. He said ok i won't put those screws back. I refused to get into an argument due to my mental health at the moment. I then told him to go ahead and order the light bulbs and replace it which he did. He then charged me $74. The $4 was debit card charges. No thank you nothing and it took 1h for the whole service. This man is very very rude and unprofessional. You are lucky because i really didn't want to get mad i was going to call Police on you. Change your job if you can't be kind to your customer. What a miserable angry mechanic.

Changing a flat at rush hour on the shoulder of I65S causing me to run on a spare (donut) tire, allowed me to gain a new respect and admiration of the gentleman at Discount Tire & Automotive on the corner of 7th and Berry. They allowed me to remain perched in my driver's seat reapplying my lipstick while they diagnosed, removed, repaired and finally reacquainted my car with the it's proper wheel. Took less than 30 mins and only cost me around $20!

They fixed a flat for me on a Saturday in about 10 minutes. Never get that kind of speed at the franchise places. Professional, fast, and well priced.

The manager, Mark/Mike (4 letter name starts with M) is an jerk. He is rude and aggressive along with another employee. I would never take my vehicle there for service or tires.

UNTRUSTWORTHY AND A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Management was disorganized and the place was a mess. They don't even keep paperwork of customers and their vehicles. Very unfriendly atmosphere and the owner Dean is very disrespectful. They installed two of the WRONG SIZE tires and 2 weeks later the tread separated on both. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited a month for a response back on how I can get a refund on my tires by being threatened off of the business with two flat tires and $200 taken from me. Unbelievable. However, Willie and Brandon were a couple employees there and they were very sympathetic and understanding. DO NOT GO HERE!

Excellent service!Stopped in on a Saturday morning for some as the weather is turning colder, and the repairman topped off air, found a nail in one tire, and plugged it all within about 5 minutes. Quick service, fair price.

These people are very good to me, ive been stuck without a jack and they let me borrow one a long time ago, ive been getting tires and rims here for multiple vehicles I've owned over a 15 year span, nothing but good friendly people trying to help me. Sometimes they seem real busy and you might have a wait....but that just means alot of people know what i know and would rather be there and treated fair than somewhere else getting over charged or misled. Again great place great people great service. THANKS DEEN!!!

They tried to charge me $100 for a used tire!!!! I said no and went right up the street and got one for $40. Don't know what was so special about their used tires. They are very pricey overall. And once they realize you won't pay those prices, they are dismissive.

Had a punctured tire fixed here. One individual employee made inflammatory RACIST comments about and towards some of the other customers while fixing my tire in front of me. Then hassled me for a tip after the fix was complete. The other employees were helpful and friendly enough to at least get to business and keep their opinions to themselves. I called the shop manager after getting home and made a complaint. He seemed shocked, apologized for my experience and said the situation would be handled.

Easy and fast tire replacement. You don t have to leave the car. They ve plugged tires for me and sold tires. They got scooters for sale and rims . Good service and you ll see some nice cars up there time to time that shows everyone trusts them with their car

BEST SHOP IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE GOT ME IN AND OUT NO PROBLEMS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the 7 years of service they have done an exelent job on my 4 family cars. Discount Tire has been the only shop that gets the job done right.

Everyone I've encountered here has been super helpful but most importantly very professional. I came in to have a nail removed from my tire and the tire plugged. Although I live almost an hour away this is where I'll be purchasing my new tires from.

They gave me a tire for 50$ that 2 days later became very weak and I had to go to another place bc they wouldn t refund me my money. But hey it is a discount place so you get what you receive.

Have wheels displayed. Went to get the other 3 to match; in the back.. And they didn't even have them or could never find them.. Smh. This place is honestly a hole in the wall and needs to be cleaned up.. It's honestly sad.. Or I actually feel sad; because I actually know the Owner to this business as well.. Smh

I was in a bind and called the closest place to me. They were fabulous. Got me in and out in about 30 minutes with a new, used tire that didn't break budget!
